Our driver was waiting for us right outside of baggage claim. He had a sign with our name on it.... Vehicle was a very clean Mercedes sedan and we had a comfortable ride to the hotel. Thank you!

This company made it very easy for our party of four. Our driver, Alphonso, messaged me when our flight landed and was right outside the baggage claim area with a sin with my name. Pro tip: The Whatsapp app seems to be used a lot more in Europe versus regular texting. The car was very comfortable and clean and Alphonso was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
Alfonzo was great. Our friends were coming in on a different flight.. He found them and us had umbrellas ready to go. It was pouring rain. He was very friendly.

They used WhatsApp for communication which I didn't know and don't use. It led to some communication issues. Other than that, our driver was on time, courteous and the vehicle was clean and spacious.
You must be on time or you will missed your group. We were late by 30 minutes. ( Uber did not show up!!!) Please have your walking shoes on we did over 5K steps in the Colosseum. Everything else was paid for taxes.

Giuseppe was a great driver! He’s a friendly guy who drove a very comfortable and clean Mercedes Benz. He was completely understanding when I thought u misplaced my phone. He pulled over on the side of the road and he and I got out of the car where I discovered it was in my back pocket. He handled the incident very professionally.
