Private Transport From Civitavecchia Port To Rome Or Vice Versa

The pickup was late, he was supposed to pick us up at 10:00am at 1010 he texted he was on the way. At 1020 I asked for an arrival time and he then said he would text asap. At 1025 he said he would arrive at 1040. He did arrive at that time. I would have expected him to have water in the car but, none was offered. The morning was very cold and windy and waiting for his arrival was very unpleasant. I would have liked him to be upfront about when he was coming from the start. He was unprofessional in his dealings with his clients. I will not use this service again

Very good. Early AM showed up. Great driver disposition. Previous experience from Rome airport pick up to Hotel in Rome never showed up. Wed. Oct 7, 2026 - Booking ref. 1443348773 Activity provider - CARLOS. Expecting to obtain a refund credit.

Safe driver. Friendly and helped us with our bags 100%. Picked us up on time. Text us when he arrived at port.

An excellent driving experience. The driver was prompt and easy to find and communicate with. He was efficient and courteous . An excellent experience- would recommend.

Fantastic. Each port is different as to where you meet the driver. I felt like I knew what was going in because Guiseppe gave me relevant info.

The perfect way to end a cruise. Great communication with the tour service and drive. Mauro let us know when he was at the port and dropped us off at the door of our AirBnB

Loved the tour and the guide was informative, patient and friendly. It was a great experience and better than imagined.

Our driver Princedeep was very professional and following the chaos of disembarkation we were in the car and on our way, arriving at our hotel approximately 60min later. I would recommend Princedeep unequivocally

The driver was fantastic there on time and we made our early flight because of him he was professional and kind

They were on time and transported us exactly as booked. Very helpful with luggage. I would recommend highly.

Our driver was 20 minutes late and it was very difficult in finding him. He didn’t have a sign with our names.

I’ve used this service from the port many times. Driver is always on time waiting for us right as we exit the terminal. Beautiful and roomy vehicles and excellent communication with driver before pick up.

Wonderful experience! Me and my mom had more than 3 bags, I messaged them right after I made the reservation and they ensured they sent a van it does cost 30€ more and they did tell me up front so I was prepared with cash. We got slowed down by elevators, lines and finding luggage so we were 15 mins late from what I scheduled. They will wait up to 30 mins. They were in constant communication and they answered promptly. Our driver was great and very helpful with our bags. I also received a follow up call to ensure all went well. I will definitely use them again.

On time, professional, safe trip into Rome. What more could you ask for?

The driver, Niki, was excellent! His car was clean and spacious and he was very professional. He was on time and delivered us directly to the cruise ship.

Driver was great! Picked us up on time at the hotel, helped with our bags and talked about Rome as we drove to the port. Very efficient.

Our driver was on time, shared a ton of information too. He was very knowledgeable about the area. Great experience.

Punctual and safe! Our driver was super nice also. He even stopped so one of us could use restroom. Walked her across the busy street and waited to walk her back. Above and beyond!!!

Professional driver who showed up early and was familiar with the cruise line and our destination. A very good experience

Driver reached out to us the morning of our pick up and confirmed our meeting time. He was on time, very professional and a great driver.

Safe, fast, driver is friendly but not talkative. With all the chaos at cruise port during disembarkation, it was so nice to see my name being held up on the driver's phone.

The driver was there on time and very personable. He delivered us safe and sound to our hotel. Thank you!

Very good private car service. Giuseppe our driver was on time, very courteous. Would definitely use this service again

We used this transport to get from the port to Rome. No problems at all. Driver was on time. Highly recommend!

Giuseppe was right on time. Car was clean and comfortable. Got us to the port in timely fashion. Would recommend as a great way to get from hotel to port.

Roberto was awesome! He communicated throughout the experience. I was always informed about his location and pick up and drop off was smooth.

This drive was provided by an experienced driver who provided excellent service! Very clean luxury car. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience with all our transfers from the airport to the hotel and hotel to our boat . Amazing communication and confirmation of all our trips. Driver showed up on time, assisted with luggage, offered water and provided great transportation would 100% recommend to anyone traveling.

A very nice ride to our cruise terminal. Dropped off, luggage taken and in the door so easy! Our driver Jordonno, was great and friendly.

Driver was on time and helpful with loading our luggage. However, the entire drive from the port to the airport, our driver was checking his phone messages. Looking down the entire trip. Not very safe and this should be communicated to this driver.

We left the Cruise ship earlier than expected and thought we had an hour wait. That was not case. Our ride was nice and early. The driver was polite and professional!

Giuseppe was on time and took care of our luggage He was friendly and insured our comfort in the car. A professional driver

Great trip Clean and on time Very friendly Will definitely use them again Mercedes held perfection us

Great driver: on time. Recommend those service. Safe and helpful he was patient while having to wait for my husband.

The driver was very friendly and helpful. He arrived on time and got us safely to the port. The customer service was very helpful with answering questions. The car was nice and well kept. Plenty of room for us and luggage. I would use this service again and recommend to anyone considering using it.

This is just what we needed. Good communication. Driver was on time. Nice/easy ride. And the driver was nice, easy to chat with and professional. Book this if you need a ride to your cruise.

From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Special thanks to him of his outstanding service and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Not only he did the private transfer for us, but also did some private tours (Cinque Terre/Sienna/Orvieto/Assisi) had a wonderful time and had a chance to try an authentic Italian food which was excellent too! He’s very professional and dressed very well. (fyi, we did some side tours prior to our cruise, and he picked us up on the return from the port) P.S. we do plan to return because of the excellent service we received, Giuseppe is now our Italian friend. thank you so much for this wonderful experience! until next time.

Communication with the company was superior. Our driver, Vladimir, was punctual, well dressed, and very pleasant with conversation. The van was very nice. It was very clean and comfortable and it was nice having bottled water provided. I would definitely hire this company again!

Upon learning driver was going to be late, they made arrangements for another driver who arrived shortly.p

We had a great driver who was “swift” but controlled; exactly how I feel I drive. He was on time and the vehicle was clean and well maintained! Great experience!

Our driver was on time, very pleasant & offered information as we drove to our destination - would recommend this service in the future

We were taking a train from Florence to Rome and had our transport scheduled to get us from Rome this the cruise port to get to our ship in time for our cruise. The train was significantly delayed and we got moved to a different train than scheduled. Our transport service was very flexible in handling the change to our schedule and gave clear and easy instructions on no where to meet our driver at the train station. Our driver, Niki, was there to waiting for us and did an awesome job navigating a lot of traffic and dropping us off right at the door of the cruise line. I would highly recommend using this service for any of your transportation needs in or out of Rome!

Giordano was amazing! My brother and I was picked us up at the hotel and drove to the Civitavecchia Port in a timely manner to catch our cruise ship Sun Princess!!

Our driver Giuseppe was amazing, ensured we arrived on time and also was helpful with identifying good restaurants

Giuseppe our driver was really great and went the extra mile to assist us during our stay in Rome. His services are highly recommended.

Guiseppe picked us up from the airport and took us to our a Airbnb in Rome. He was super nice, gave us alot of tips and places to go. The vehicle was clean, air conditioned and accomodated our family of 5 with lots of luggage. We also used their services to go to the port for our cruise and Paolo was also amazing. Paolo communicated with us and was on-time. He also picked us up after the cruise and took us to the airport. I highly recommend this service if you need to get around with your family. We loved Paolo and Guiseppe!

Guiseppe was very friendly and was right on time. He went above and beyond trying to get us to our excursion after we got stuck in traffic. (That tour operator left without us anyway, but that’s another review.) I would highly recommend this company and driver for your transfer needs.

Guiseppe of Black-Transfer was exceptionally friendly and attentive to our group. We will book with him again next time in Rome ! Thank you Giuseppe!

Service was excellent. On time and accommodated all our needs. Immaculate vehicle. Our driver was polite, friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced.
