Driver was waiting for us at arrivals area, friendly with little English spoken. Promptly walked to his car and he promptly drove us right to the doors at cruise terminal. No chit chat while driving ,which for us having not slept for over 35hrs travelling to Rome, was much appreciated.

Flight arrived on time but there was a delay in exiting baggage hall. Car service decided this was a no show while never responding to messages and never called to advise they would not be there to pick up. Viator were unable to reach the car service and initiated a refund.

I booked this private transfer as we needed transportation from Rome FCO to Civitavecchia Port for our Disney Cruise. I reached out the day before to confirm the driver would wait longer than the stated 60 minutes after our flight landed as I had been reading that immigration was taking long, longer than an hour to get through. As I expected, we were in immigration for 1 hour and 40 minutes total. I reached out at the 55 minute mark to the company to share that the lines were long and that we wouldn't be through immigration in 60 minutes. The company stated they would wait only 20 more minutes. I responded that it would take longer than 20 minutes to get through. I was then told they would wait longer, but for 50 euro more than the $331 I had already paid. I stated I wouldn't be paying more. They then responded that we must have a problem with our passport or be traveling with children under 14! And canceled our transport with a full refund! If the company knew it was going to take longer traveling through immigration with children under 14, why wouldn't they have mentioned it? As stressful as it was worrying about how we would get to Civitavecchia Port to get on our Disney Cruise, we ended up saving almost $200 by using Uber once we got out of immigration. I would NOT recommend this company. They were rude and were trying to overcharge us. Use Uber instead!

When I arrived, the limo driver was not there. I waited maybe 40 minutes then I had to call the number and spoke to someone. Finally. He came and was very nice. But I shouldn’t have had to wait and call. I wouldn’t us the same service again

Because of the uncertainty of air travel these days, we arrived at the Rome airport two days before our cruise. Maurizio Negro met us at the Rome airport at punctually at 9:00 am, provided an amazing three hour tour of Rome, and delivered us to our hotel in a lovely, trendy neighborhood. This was our third trip to Rome, so we wanted something special. Maurizio provided us an amazing experience that only a professional limo driver could do. He was exceptional! We called the tour company in the morning to ensure they would have a large enough van to carry all of our luggage as we had 10 pieces of between the two couples! The man on the other end of the phone at the transport company was quite abrupt when I asked to be sure a large van was coming. However our driver arrived on time, and was able to fit all of our luggage into his van! Additionally, he was very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to all of us! I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a transfer from the airport to the the cruise port or from a hotel in Rome or outside of room to the port.

Our driver was wonderful! Our plane was late and our bags were large but took care of that and had cold waters waiting for us. Once we got to our destination we were unable to find where our b&b was but he went the extra mile to find it for us.
