Our driver was fantastic! Considerate and punctual. He even pulled over to allow my sons to use the restroom before dropping us off. He made the transition from the hotel to the cruise port stress-free and relaxing.

DO NOT use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!! They would not answer my repeated attempts to contact them confirming my pick up and they did not show up at the time agreed upon which forced us to call a taxi to the port so that we would not jeopardize our boarding time. They showed up 20 mins after agreed time and now refuse to grant us a refund!!!! Absolutely HORRiBLE service. Do not use to get to the port!!!

I hope to be able to change this review but as of right now we have been sitting for over an hour outside of the pick up location with no answer to any of our calls or messages with an update! We have been trying to reach out on the app as well as the WhatsApp number we were provided. As of right now I would not recommend every booking this transfer!
Fabio was excellent. He showed up on time, communicated with me prior to his arrival and drove us safely to the cruise port. The van was roomy and comfortable and accommodated all our luggage with ease.
The transfer service from Rome to the port of Civitavecchia was reliable and convenient. The driver arrived on time and helped with our luggage, which we appreciated. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth. While the experience wasn’t particularly memorable or personalized, it did exactly what we needed—got us to the port without any hassle. Booked this via Viator. Money taken and slot booked, when I then provided the flight details via message, Fast Travel Services then cancelled with no explanation? I then had to wait 5days for my money to be refunded. Perhaps don't advertise slots if they aren't available. Went with Uber instead, much more reliable professional service.

He was early and made our trip to the port very interesting. Nice ride. Would use him again. The first group I booked wouldn’t do our transportation because we had one too many bigger luggage(3) for two people. This group were fine with it

Well you ruined the best part of everyone’s wish list. As we were standing on the port I get a text telling me your not coming. Not enough drivers. 45 minutes later we than the coliseum tour. Than you offer to refund one way and that you would be willing to pick us in time somewhere at 3:00. Are you insane? This also effected another group of 6 with us the Gordon’s. After what just happened you wanted me to trust you in a foreign city. Several family members are travel agents and I love writing reviews. However. Let’s see if your willing to make this right. That would be a refund for both transports and us missing our coliseum tour. The damages were even greater because for three of us it was a once in a lifetime chance to have this experience so it will never happen again! I am not back in the states yet but I hope to hear from you very soon!

We had to fly into Spain rather than Italy as originally planned. Transfer operator offered to pick us up at a different time but that did us no good as we arrived in a different country. Lost over $200
Highly recommend this company transferring from the cruise port back to our Rome hotel! Driver was on time, friendly and very helpful. We also used this company to transfer from our hotel to the cruise port. I will book with Fast Travel Services next time we are visiting Rome!
Excellent service, on time, beautifully clean van with leather seats, very comfortable. Will use again. we were worried about getting all our suitcases in but the driver was masterful in getting them all in.
Provider was friendly and professional. No issues, but I thought I'd reserved a private coach for just our party of 4 and our luggage. We made a stop to pick up another party of 2 which made the 90 drive a little cramped, but all in all it worked out fine as we enjoyed talking to the additional 2 people (1 with a wheelchair we had to accommodate). I would use vendor again but would make sure to ask if the service was private. This could have been an issue if we were pressed for time.
