Private Transfer From/to Rome-fiumicino Aiport-civitavecchia Port

On time at pier and drove safely. Had to book since ship could not accommodate transfer to airport and it was smooth. Was able to transport all 12 of us to the airport.

Prompt and friendly service! Driver stayed in touch constantly to coordinate meeting point. Car was very clean.

She was very friendly, patient, and helpful, especially when two people in our group arrived at a different terminal. She made sure everyone was taken care of. The ride to our hotel was smooth and comfortable for all eight of us. Such a great way to start our trip! We would 100% recommend this service and Valentina!

I booked the service weeks prior to travel. They canceled on me at the last minute. While they offered an alternative, I was mortified. I am in a strange place and they canceled service. This increased my anxiety. Luckily, the alternative service delivered.

Carlo cancelled the day before so pretty unhappy! Awaiting refund! I’m sure I made clear in the initial reservation where drop off was but I was asked for an extra 50 euros the day before and then it was cancelled.

Excellent experience. They do have a 15 minute leeway so don’t panic if they are a little behind pickup. However, also very easy to contact the driver as needed. Service from hotel door to shipside!!

Great communications, lovely comfortable vehicle, driver and car easy to find at cruise terminal. Only negative was that driver was very distracted by his phone and not always 100% looking at the road which made us feel nervous during the journey.

This was the best way to get from Rome to Citavecchia - it took the stress out of getting directly to my ship for my departure. My driver was very sweet and kind, and was able to drive directly up to port and help me unload all my luggage for check in. It really cut down on my stress for the day!

The driver texted me via WhatsApp and met me as soon as I disembarked from my cruise. It was easy to find the driver and my drive commenced immediately after I disembarked.

The vendor charged me more the quoted price 130 percent more and told me I would get a refund from viator. I have not gotten a refund

Frederico was an excellent driver. He showed up on time and picked us up right in front of our AirBnB. We had no issues getting to the airport.

Expect them to more than double the cost day before transfer when they know you are going to be in a time crunch and limited options. They state you did not fill out transfer properly, all correspondence before starts everything is okay and a go until day before. The company they used told me it is an error on Viators app.

Tried changing the destination, only by about a kilometre in Civitecchia. Got an email saying it would cost around £150 to do so. Asked them to forget the change. Anyway what they meant to say was that they would refund the original and recharge. Also I got the Airports in Rome wrong, though I'm surprised they didn't pick this up as I gave the flight details. However all was resolved and we got their. Though it did cost an additional £45 or thereabouts. For a much shorter journey, mainly my fault, but needed more clarity from Viator.

I reserved 1 big car for 10 of us but it took 2 cars which 1 of the car was delayed. It was to my surprise that the driver asked for additional fees because of time of pickup which I stated when booking. This is wrong!

Clean and comfortable luxury ride from Rome to the airport. Our driver arrived promptly & let us know he was outside our hotel. He also pointed out a few sites in an area that we didn't have a chance to see during our short stay in Rome which were very interesting. I was a little bit nervous about his arrival since after booking there was not too much communication (other rides/tours I have booked sent several messages) but I needn't have worried as the driver had it all in hand.

This was a great experience. I had to update the apartment address where we were staying. The driver didn't get the update so he brought us to the original address. I explained that we had a different address. He had no problem accommodating us.

Driver was not responsive to several on app requests for clarity about the pick up time. Drive to Rome was fine but he didn’t know how to initiate the air conditioning so the ride was quite uncomfortable. All in we got there fine but the ride was hot and the responsiveness was lacking.

So angry to arrive in Rome to find that my transfer had been cancelled by Carlo despite giving all flight information he claimed he didn't have enough information so he cancelled. Instead of an easy pickup in a strange country at midnight and after 36 hours of travel I was left to sort it all out myself . Very angry
