Booked private transfer from Rome to Sorrento with Sorrento Silverstar. We were very pleased with the service provided by our driver Lorenzo, who was punctual and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Lorenzo drove us first to Pompeii, where we had an excellent private tour. He then took us to an olive farm and restaurant where we had a delicious lunch that Lorenzo arranged in advance. After lunch, Lorenzo drove us to Sorrento, navigating some difficult and curvy roads. We also were very impressed with Luisa from Sorrento Silverstar, with whom we booked the private transfer. She was very prompt in responding to questions and helpful. We highly recommend Sorrento Silverstar.

We booked our private transfer with Viator and our driver was Francesco (Frank the Barber). He was so professional and friendly we ended up canceling our other Viator bookings and booked a Private tour of Amalfi Coast, a private boat trip to Capri, and our final transfer from Sorrento to Naples airport. Francesco really made a lasting impression and is the reason we booked everything through GoodHeart Limos!!!! Be sure to ask for him!!

Such a great transfer!! Communication was great, driver was friendly and informative. He even suggested a restaurant on the way and made a reservation. That restaurant was one of the best experiences in our 2 week trip.

Rafaella arrived early and communicated well for our meeting place. He was very helpful loading our bags and the van was comfortable and air conditioned. He was courteous and provided great insights on our drive but also gave us space to relax/ rest since it was a longer drive. We chose to stop in Pompei and could not have been more pleased. Romalo was our private tour guide and he was very knowledgeable, funny and able to tell a story that brought this archaeological town to life. Our final travels to our hotel was smooth and we were very pleased with the 5-6 hour transportation.

During our trip we found out there was a planned strike at the train station and our tickets were not confirmed, so we decided not to risk it and booked private transportation from Rome to Sorrento. Erika was absolutely wonderful and made the entire drive feel effortless and stress-free. She was professional, friendly, and made us feel comfortable the whole way. We travelled from the US to Italy to visit our daughter, who was studying abroad in Sorrento. We wanted to be sure we made the most of our time with her and opted for the car service from Rome straight to our hotel in Sorrento—it was one of the best decisions we made for our trip. Francesco (aka The Barber) was waiting for us outside baggage, scooped up our suitcases, and loaded us into an impeccable Mercedes van, where comfortable seats and water awaited us. He was courteous, humorous, and filled with information about the various towns and regions we passed through. Recognizing we were also travel weary and time lapsed, he also let us enjoy a rest. By the time we arrived in Sorrento, we took his card with a plan to make him our go-to guide. We had a great time exploring Southern Italy with our daughter, and then tasked Francesco with finding the best pizza in Naples before driving us to the train station for the high speed line back to Rome. Francesco was amazing, not just because he was so professional, but he offered recommendations based on our conversations: which platform to find the best coffee in the Naples train station, who has the best gelato in Sorrento, and even explaining why Pompeii’s incredibly fertile, mineral-rich volcanic soil (thanks to the eruption of Mt Vesuvius) makes for some pretty incredible wine. All in all, we are already planning a return to Italy, and that trip will absolutely include Francesco.

My husband and I rode with Gennaro from Rome to Sorrento and we were able to stop at Pompeii on the way to spend a couple hours! It was perfect and while we walked around in Pompeii our bags were secure in the car and Gennaro made sure to check in with us to make pick up easy when we were ready to leave. The ride was very comfortable and I was able to take a nice nap on the way to Pompeii and then when we were riding into Sorrento Gennaro was able to give us an overview of the areas we were passing. So thankful to Gennaro for making such a smooth and easy travel day!

The best experience! We booked a trip from Rome with a stop and tour of Pompeii and then drop off at our hotel in Sorrento. On the way back we booked a trip from Sorrento with a stop in Herculaneum and then drop off at hotel in Rome. The company was so easy to work with and they arranged the tours with a guide and even sent me links to purchase the entry tickets. There were 4 of us with luggage and the van was very spacious and comfortable. Francesco “the barber” was our driver on the first trip and he was wonderful, gave us restaurant suggestions for both Rome and Sorrento! By the end of the trip, he felt like another member of our family! Our driver Paulo on the trip back to Rome was great too and suggested a stop at a winery for lunch at the base of Mt Vesuvius which we would have never known about. Can’t wait to come back to Italy and use Good Heart limos again

Francesco is the best! Francesco had great conversation and let us know some local details in Sorrento and Rome when asked. He is very personable and understands the needs of people. He was also ways on time and the van was clean. Communication was also very quick.

Our party of six was picked up promptly at our hotel in Rome by our driver Francesco. The vehicle was spacious and sparkling clean. Francesco provided lots of information about Italy, the culture, history and current affairs. He also gave many recommendations along the way for dining, sites to see, etc. We stopped in Pompeii for a 2 hr explanation and walk through of the ruins and the company provided an excellent guide in Anna Maria. We booked this private transfer from Rome to Sorrento. Our driver, Francesco, was early and waited for us outside of our hotel. He assured us not to rush and allowed us to take our time checking out of the hotel. He was impeccably dressed and greeted us with a warm and friendly personality. He was so informative and educated us about different areas through which we traveled. It made the 3 hour drive go very quickly. We are so happy we booked this transfer and quite honestly Francesco has spoiled us forever with using private transportation! We will definitely be booked again through Viator. You will not be disappointed!

Easy 5 out of 5 for this company! From the first point of contact all the through our 4 day trip in Sorrento, they were nothing but professional. We used them many times to take us to restaurants and also for a day trip to Positano. Gennaro, our drive was incredibly professional and super informative about places to go and things to see while in Sorrento. He gave us his number and was always quick to respond. After searching thru many transportation options I chose Good Heart Limos and I am so glad I did!! The communication was top notch which made me so comfortable since I was juggling 7 ladies!! The driver Gennaro was AMAZING! So friendly,professional and clearly in great shape as he loaded SO many bags LOL I will be using Good Heart in the future as well as recommending them to anyone who needs transportation in Italy!

Our train trip from Rome to Sorrento cancelled due to the railroad strike so we had to find another way to get to Sorrento. Francesco was a great driver, arrived early and got us safely to our hotel in Sorrento. That being said… the price was astronomical and if you can avoid this expense I think I would.

What a relaxing trip! The transfer took all the stress of getting from point A to point B all in air conditioned comfort. Our driver was very friendly and informative. We will be using Viator again and definitely recommend them!

We had an exceptional experience with Good Heart Limo. Both drivers to and from Rome were extremely professional, safe drivers, friendly, and spoke excellent English.Both of them had great travel tips and "Francesco the Barber" does private tours as well . We were not able to take him up on that because he was the driver we had heading back to Rome for our flight home . We happen to be visiting Amalfi Coast and Rome in high season . It was HOT and crowded! Francesco has so many interesting ideas to avoid the touristy spots and get a true authentic taste of the Amalfi coast and Rome but avoid the crowds! I would highly recommend giving him a call before booking any tour excursions. And definitely use Good Heart Limo. You don't want to drive there !!! Trust me! Nanci

David our driver was wonderful from Tome to Sorrento. Very informative, generous and polite. A true professional. He recommended an Amazing restaurant (Antico Frantoio) on the cliffs overlooking Naples Bay in Sorrento and we stopped there prior to being dropped off at the hotel.

Our trip started off well. We felt very safe with the driver’s driving. No complaints there. The only negative was that we didn’t have a tour booked for Pompeii. Our driver suggested us someone he knew but we didn’t have the cash to pay his guide. We kept explaining we didn’t have a card to take out cash but he was persistent. It made us feel pressured and uncomfortable. He told us we had no time limit but after we told him we already booked another Pompeii tour through our credit card, he immediately changed his attitude and said we had to leave by a certain time because his boss called him. He felt that we didn’t trust him. Maybe it was the language barrier. I am not sure. It ruined our mood and experience.

Our driver, Francesco, coordinated arrival in Pompeii with our guide who provided a fantastic tour. Francesco stayed in the van with our luggage during the tour, he provided great information on sights along the way, and recommended restaurants for our stay in Sorrento. This was worth the money; it was an enjoyable and no stress travel day.

Our driver picked us up at our hotel in Rome and drove us to the ferry terminal in Sorrento. The van was very nice, clean and comfortable. The driver was nice and communicative.
