First of all, we did get there safely. The driver was on time, but we did not know he was there. Seem to make no effort in getting out to locate us. We had to knock on his window to ask if it was him. Also, even though it was a nice Mercedes van, it smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a little offensive to our sensitive noses. Again, we got there safely with no issues. I guess he just wasn’t the talkative type.
Driver arrived on time in a beautiful car and dropped us off directly at the base of the ship. He handled all of our luggage with the porter. Very seamless and smooth embarkation process. Highly recommend!
We booked a ride from our hotel in Rome to the cruise port in Civitavecchia. The driver showed up on time and the van was clean and comfortable.
Should be s zero. they didn't show up
Meeko(Nico?) was a fabulous driver! He was there 20 minutes early and was so friendly and helpful. The hour and a half drive to the port flew by! Hopefully you will get him as a driver!
The travel from Rome to the port was very easy and having the time to see the countryside was like having a private tour
Timely, clean, professional. Driver was very courteous and kind. We would use this service again. Thanks
Driver was 15 minutes late but after that everything was okay. We arrived promptly at the cruise port.
Comfortable ride with a professional and pleasant driver. As requested, he was quiet and as requested the car was cool. We’re satisfied.
My driver never showed and never communicated. I have taken many tours with this company and have always been very pleased but not with this one. Yes I will use them again, I enjoy the tours they provide.

Our driver was very nice and knowledgeable. He arrived at port safely and on time. Very much appreciated him. Provided love knowledge along the route
Vendor communication was good during entire process until the scheduled pickup day. We confirmed a pickup time 2 days in advance. On the pickup day vendor did not arrive on time and did not respond numerous texts and phone calls.
We had a great transfer to the cruise port. Beautiful countryside. Very comfortable and clean vehicle
Our driver never showed up, we have requested a refund. We waited over 30 minutes for our ride to the cruise port.
