Our driver was very patient waiting for us since we had problems with our luggage. The ride to our hotel was great. Our driver pointed out areas of interest and the history. Highly recommend
Our driver showed up on time, helped us with our baggage and drove us safely to our hotel. Everything worked out fine. Nothing more to say
Absolutely fantastic service I would highly recommend. Our driver Alessendro went above and beyond to look after us. Very professional, kind and supportive for myself and my mum travelling. He looked after us from beginning to end. Great driving, very safe and will definately be using this service again. Thank you so much!
We had a group of eight, just starting a two week trip. We booked two vans to take us to our hotel. The drivers were waiting for us right outside baggage claim. It was a bit of a walk to where the vans were parked. We were offered bottles of cold water. Would recommend this company.
Great limo service from Fiumicino airport to Rome center punctual, professional and comfortable ride. Highly recommended
Their pick up time was good and on time they could’ve been a little bit more friendly and accommodating to us. All in all, it was a good experience.
The driver got us to where we needed to go, but at the cost of my dad's wheelchair and a suitcase. The suitcase fell from the back of the van twice and the wheelchair lost a screw making it inoperable for my dad. Be aware: don't come with more than 1 bag. My dad had several medical suitcases and we had to split up our party and get an Uber because he wouldn't put all suitcases in the car like other drivers did.
The driver was prompt, courteous, helped us with our bags. He searched us out at the airport, loaded our bags, and delivered us safely and promptly to our destination.
Excellent service - driver was on time and van was clean and comfortable. The driver went way above and beyond to help us retrieve an item that was left in the van. So very thankful for this extra support.
Communication was incredibly easy. Driver was friendly, on time and met us right outside of baggage claim. After greeting us and he helped with luggage to the van and at the hotel. Overall great experience!
Needed to book a transport from the Airport to lodging for our Daughter participating in a Study Abroad program. Driver communicated with her before she was ready to leave the airport, giving locating and checking on times. Good experience and gave this mom reassurance that she was taken care of
Nice transfer. Nice car, very clean and knowledgeable driver. Drive grave many tips and information about the city and thinks to see
We ordered a taxi for 04.00 in the morning and were worried about its timely arrival. The driver arrived 15 minutes earlier, which was very pleasing. We got there very comfortably and quickly. To our surprise, the car turned out to be super class! Very pleased and grateful!
Driver was well presented, on time, polite, helped with luggage. Car was clean. No complaints, the service was good
Top service in Rome, very nice and clean car. excellent driver dressed very well and kind. I recommend with great confidence
The driver is very professional and arrive on time, I am skeptical at first but upon our experience of the service I highly recommend booking with this transportation very convenient
Comfortable ride through narrow streets and hundreds of turns. Alessandro was very personable and professional
The drive was very pleasant and the vehicle was a van that was able to take all of our luggage. When you walk to get you bags there is a long line of drivers with signs and it can be difficult to find your driver but ours texted me and was very nice. We would use this service again
This was the best experience and worth every dollar! I flew to Rome with my husband, two kids, and in-laws (6 people total). Our driver was communicative and responsive before we left the trip to make sure they had our flight and accommodation information (using WhatsApp and email). Then, we found them easily in the airport arrival and got to our AirBnB smoothly. We didn't have to deal with finding our way in to the city in a very crowded airport. The van was very comfy and spacious. This is definitely worth the price. A taxi in to the city would have been $75, since there were 6 of us it would have taken two taxis ($150), so the extra $40 for a comfortable and spacious ride was completely worth it. Special note: My father-in-law left a grocery bag in the van with very expensive headphones in it, and so I texted the driver the next day to see if it was left there and he checked and it was in the van. The driver generously offered to bring it back to our apartment the next morning! My father-in-law was very appreciative of this super kind gesture!
Horrible service. Cancelled our reservation without any notice before we got on the plane. Would not recommend to anyone. Not trustworthy. Might be better to get a local taxi when you arrive at the airport.
Our driver was prompt and professional. Pick up at airport with transfer directly to hotel. Great experience!
I'm definitely using this drive service next time in Rome. They were quick to respond on WhatsApp. Had clear and concise communication via messaging. They were able to get us scheduled for a drive with 24 hour notice. We were staying in area about 30 minutes drive outside of Rome. We were concerned about setting up reliable and timely drive services/taxi to the airport. This drive service was 5 minutes early to our requested time. The driver was friendly and drove well. The price was fair, considering we were in a more remote pick-up location and farther away from the airport. During our trip, we had negative experiences with OTHER drive service companies and some taxi's. However, NCC Star Roma was wonderful and was refreshing to use. (Family trip from US)
Excellent transfer. Very nice driver. Met us at Airport arrivals, helped with luggage from there to car and then into our hotel. Clean Mercedes vehicle with lots of room. We are so happy we chose this option for transfer from airport to hotel! Thank you to our driver, Alessandro.
Excellent service, fantastic educated driver nice and and gentle. Comfortable car clean and tidy. Punctual and perfect organisation.
Fantastic experience, perfect transfer, friendly driver, clean and smelling car I recommend it to everyone. Family trip
We had a good quality gentle service.the support and advice we received is amazing. I highly recommend this service.
Excellent service, very safe and attentive, friendly and charismatic drivers! the vehicles are of good quality. Fulfilled all schedules without delays The value reflects the excellent service! If necessary, I will use again, and I will recommend!
Very puntual and excellent driver. Also responded chat fast and polite. Reasonable price. Van in excellent conditions. I recommend them 100 %
The communication via whatapp was great. We agreed on a price and no other detail was mentioned until we arrived at the BnB when the driver told me that I had to pay 30€ more because it took too long to wait for our luggage! I refused and paid what originally agreed. At that stage the driver requested for me to speak with someone on the phone. Aggressivelly shouting nonsense about it being normality to charge more if delayed (for reasons indipendent from us). So be careful of hidden costs! And of course they wanted cash!
Excellent on time service! The drivers were helpful and pleasant. The cars were clean and obviously well maintained
I’ve dealt with car transfers all over the world and this one rates at the top. First time to Rome and the communication was impeccable, the Mercedes Sprinter was clean and comfortable and our driver a dream. Many thanks and highly recommend.
Perfect transfer- easy to contact them via WhatsApp, they were flexible when our flight was delayed, driver showed up early, car was spotless, driver was not too fast like a lot of crazy drivers in Rome, overall honestly perfect thank you so much!
The drive was very smooth and the driver was super friendly and talkative. 10/10 recommend. Really enjoyed the service and my experience with it.
Alessandro was an amazing tour guide. He went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing time! Great
No one was waiting for us outside the terminal. Our plane did arrive earlier then expected but not by much. we were waiting outside the terminal 3 exit at 12:10 pm and no one was waiting for us. We walk up and down the sidewalk near the exit and went inside multiple times and found no one. We even asked other pick up drivers if they were waiting for us. We sent you a message and called the phone number on the website and in the ticket details but it went straight to voicemail. Eventually we had to take a taxi as we got no response or contact from anyone. The one response we received was at 2:46 pm and the only response was hello. I also sent this whole story that same day and still no response nor offer for a refund.
terrible service and customer care. our flight got delayed in about 2h, and we informed them in advance. even so, they mistreated us, said they wouldn't wait and wouldn't give us the refund.
Don't recommend at all. They seem professional at first, but when problems arise (that they were well warned) their behavior start to be horrible. Terrible customer service, to the point where they answer the client ironically and lie to Viator when a refund is requested. Find another company, if you don't want to lose your money and/or patience.
Superlative and reliable service in the midst of a Rome taxi strike. The driver met us just outside baggage claim and escorted us to the van for the ride to our total. Definite recommendation for future travel.
Excellent service all round, it was very easy to book the taxis with WhatsApp, and pay the driver on arrival, very fast to respond. We used the service to get from the airport in Rome to our campsite, and to return the following week. The taxis and drivers were fantastic. The service was friendly and professional, highly recommended. Both of our trips were early morning, and we faced no issues at all.
Excellent service, beautiful private tour of Rome, my children were very happy. Professional and nice driver.
I am so impressed with the service from fco airport to Rome center by NCCstarroma the dirver is very courteous
Just landed from London, the is arrived on time. He was actually already waiting for us when we left the hotel. I have been using this service ever since I have lived in London. Very kind and friendly throughout the journey. Good choose! See you very soon.
Excellent chauffeur service in Rome! I traveled in a Mercedes, truly comfortable, elegant, and above all, impeccably clean. The trip was very pleasant, with attentive and professional service. I also appreciated the small detail of the Panna water on board, which makes the experience even more refined. Punctuality, comfort, and great professionalism. A service that I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality transfer in Rome!
Absolutely satisfied, service perfect, very reliable, very friendly, very helpful. Thank you very much, we will definitely return on our next stay.
Our experience with the airport-hotel-airport transfer service in Rome with this company has been very satisfactory.New and impeccable vehicles, drivers with very good presence, polite and ready to help in what we need, very punctual service. If we return to Rome we will re-engage your services and recommend this company without doubt for its professionalism.
Perfect coordination to move the guests of my wedding from central Rome to Grottaferrata. Very quick to organize and punctual! Very honest about the price!
Enjoyed a great and punctual service, friendly driver and very helpful; highly recommended for those who should need it
Everything perfect, who accompanied us on this trip was nice, kind and precise in his work. If I return to Rome I would still choose NCC STAR ROME
When in a jungle of cities like Rome you find kind, competent and above all helpful people, it is inevitable that their contact will become a reference point. H24 service Absolutely recommended.
Highly professional and reliable service. Cleanliness, presence, punctuality are the strengths of this company. Extra recommended.
