Private Transfer From Rome Fiumicino Airport To Or From Rome City

Had a sign with our name and was walking through arrivals, making it easy for us to find our driver. Thank you!

Excellent communication with service provider. Our driver explained exactly where we needed to go when we arrived at the airport. The price was right and the driver was polite and friendly!

Stefano was very polite, efficient, and professional. He assisted with our bags, which was not an expectation, and maneuvered the busy streets of Rome to assist us in arriving safely to our hotel. The amenities listed on the website included bottled water and WiFi. Neither was available but Stefano offered us to use his hotspot to access cell service, which was much appreciated.

Our driver was great and knowledgeable! The van was comfortable and fit the 6 of us perfectly with a good amount of luggage!!

We had excellent communication from our driver prior to our arrival.. Over all it was a very good experience!

Prompt, courteous and professional driver. Handled the luggage, drove in compliance with speed limits, car was clean. Overall; excellent

Booked last minute transfer from car rental agency to hotel. Driver pulled up as we walked out of the building. Professional, clean, efficient.

Scheduling with Viator was seamless. Our pickup from the airports, hotels, and scheduled tours was WONDERFUL meaning timely, drivers were friendly and engaging. Our tour guide in Rome was extremely knowledgeable and we learned soo much history. Our dinner cruise in Paris was romantic and I didn’t want it to end 😊

We used this service for transfers four times during our stay in Rome. We had the same driver all four trips and he was consistently punctual, polite, and very informative. The price was reasonable based on comparable services. My only complaint is that the Viator write up reads like it is a roundtrip transfer which was not the case. It took many messages back and fourth with the ride service before we figured out this misunderstanding.

Rolando was awesome! The day we arrived in Rome, the trains were down due to a countrywide strike. We met him by chance at the airport and the price was right to get us to the city. He was extremely honest and full of knowledge. We also had train tickets from the city back to the airport on our departure date but we decided to give Rolando a call for a ride back instead because it was so easy and worth the price! Door to door service was amazing and I didn't care that I was losing money with the pre-purchased train tickets. If we had known in advance the other tours he offers, we would've booked with him for the great personable experience around Italy. We highly suggest booking with Rolando as he is friendly, honest and has great communication. If we are lucky enough to make it back to Rome one day, we will only use his service hands down. Grazie Mille Rolando for making it so easy for my family and I!!! Ciao!!!!

Rolando was very friendly and made us feel like he was a family member. Told us where to shop and what was worth seeing

Efficient. On point. No issues. No hassle. Exactly what we needed and expected ☺️ I was worried cause I had a bad experience last time I was in Rome with my transfer. But, highly recommend! No issues at all!

Our driver was waiting for us after our overnight flight and was warm and friendly and gave us a safe, comfortable ride. Thank you!

This service was excellent. Made arriving so smoothe, and my driver was lovely, and communicated well with me about where to meet, etc. Appreciate you making the start of my trip so wonderful!

I booked this ride because of the reviews, and it was all true. Due to a flight delay, I had to rearrange my ride that day. I contacted the driver through my reservation, and he immediately replied. When I arrived at the airport the driver was there waiting for me. What a relief. Hassle-free and professional. Driver was Franco and he was great. I highly recommend.

Great experience. On time pick up. Price was good. Would highly recommend for transporation from the airport to the city center.

The driver was on time. He was polite knowledgeable and helpful. The car was very good. Clean and spacious. We had a very good experience

We used Rolando’s Private Airport Transfer for our family of 6 adults for transportation from Rome to the FCO Airport. Rolando arrived early, helped loading with our luggage into his Mercedes Van, pointed out several sites along the drive, and was extremely friendly and professional. I will absolutely use his services again the next time we visit Rome!

Perfect transfer and very easy to meet up with the driver. He contacted us via WhatsApp and sent a picture of where to meet after we cleared customs and claimed our bags. He had a sign with our names and a short walk to the Mercedes and we were off to our hotel. I would use again with total confidence.

Good service, nice car, in time, professional, highly recommend. I will book him again when I come back to Rome

We bumped into Rolando by chance at the entrance of the train station of Fiumicino airport. He drove us (party of 4) straight to our hotel near the Vatican for less than it would have cost us to take the train and bus. He drives a Mercedes van which is very clean and comforatble. Rolando speaks fluent English, is very friendly and professional. We were so pleased with the service that we also booked him for the trip back from the hotel to the airport a couple days later. If we ever are in Rome again, we will definitely book Rolando again.

We ran into our driver by chance after returning our rental car. We hired him to take us into Rome and we’re so impressed we scheduled him to take us back. The ride was clean, water provided and comfortable. We are hiring him again when we return next July!

Rolando was so friendly and helpful. My flight got delayed and he waited for me for more than 45 mins. It was a good ride. Thanks

Rolando is such a nice man. Extremely professional and courteous. The ride to and from FCO was extremely enjoyable. Rolando speaks English beautifully, and is a wonderful conversationalist. Thank you Rolando.

I recommend this service. It is quiet interesting if you don't want to use public means of transport to go to the airport. The price is good and the driver is very nice.

Pan wart polecenia. Korzystaliśmy w obie strony tzn z lotniska i potem na powrót ponownie. Grzeczny, punktualny, pomocny. Polecam

Ronaldo super lovable and helpful! He treated us like queens, and made himself available for our return 👍

The nice gentleman offered me and my friends a transfer to the accommodation. I just wrote where and when. He was on time. I sincerely recommend, kind Sir, regarding airport transfer

Excellent service really to advise in case of arrival at Rome airport to access the city center and vice versa. In addition very punctual a big thank you
