Prompt service, clean van, polite driver! Communication was a little slow when I had questions, but they did answer.

We had a great car. The driver was on time and helped us with luggage and got is to the airport. It was wonderful. There was an issue with driver availability on the day of journey. But when I raised my concern, they were very collaborative and arranged a driver at the pre arranged time itself and ensured I am comfortable. I really appreciate that. I understand things happen, but staying in touch with the customer and fixing it correctly is very valuable. Thanks for that.

Paid for transfer months in advance, company cancelled transfer days before transfer while we were on the cruise... left me scrambling.

I’m not one to leave a negative review but we are very disappointed that our two transfers were cancelled by the operator with no explanation or alternative. The second transfer was cancelled two days before we depart on our trip which left little time to find an alternative. We originally booked months in advance.

It was a ride from the airport to the B&B at night. Not much to see. The driver was great and knew exactly where we needed to be.

Pickup from the port and drop off at FCO was quick and easy. Would highly recommend. The team was very communicative and helpful, even moving our pickup earlier when we had a change from the cruise line.

This is our 4th time using Rolando's car services. Rolando provided excellent and smooth transfer. He is reliable, timely and has great communication skills. We had several email exchanges and he sowed up early for our transfer. We had a smooth transfer to FCO from the port. Thank you Rolando for another great ride.

Update, I gave this transfer service a poor rating because we had to sit in the airport for 3 hours before we were picked up. We received the following text from them: After you paid nickels to get to the port and from the port, shared transfer you put a bad review because you had to wait at the airport?? I am working like hell and drive 500 600 km every day, and this is the result... So help you God... No good remains unpunished. With this type of attitude I know I would not use them again.

Efficient and nice, clean vehicles. Met at pre-arranged spot and were quickly on our way. It was good to have this set up in advance.

The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. He communicated clearly with us on the time that it would take him to get to us. The problem we had was with Viator booking, not the driver. when we made the reservation there was no place to put flight information. The driver had no idea when our flight came in. He tried to call us several times the day before but because we were traveling from the United States we did not get a call until the flight landed. My suggestion is to book this transfer and be sure to put in the “special instructions” what time your flight comes in and what airline. Driver was fantastic and we will definitely book with him again.

Our experience with Rolando was the most OBSCENE circus I've ever been a part of. There was some ambiguity about where to meet Rolando at the airport terminal, which wasted a bit of time. Rolando was PISSED and SCREAMING at our family for the first 20 minutes of our drive about how we've now cost him money on his next trip. Multiple times he threatened to just pull over and kick us out, but we had already paid. He spent the entire ride texting on his phone and calling anyone who would answer to complain about us IN FRONT OF US. The drive was jerky and honestly unsafe with Rolando so incensed he wasn't focusing on the road with what felt like multiple close calls. We booked the trip through a Trip Advisor subsidiary in Europe (Viator) and left a bad review there. That led Rolando to send us THREATS and text and leave obscene voicemails calling us stupid f*ers dozens of times. Never in my entire life have I ever seen anything close to this in customer service. Among other things he threatened to f**** us up if he finds us when we return back to the airport. There are a lot of taxi options in Rome. Please do not book with Rolando, I never leave reviews but this man is legitimately dangerous and erratic. In addition to this review we are contacting Trip Advisor directly.

Rolando was amazing! The ride started off with him making sure we had water and from there it was a smooth ride and timely arrival. He also was very punctual and got us to airport in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend him for any needs.

For our first trip to Europe and first Viator booking, we booked with this transportation service from the airport to the port. When we arrived to the pick up location, a driver was clearly marked with our name, which made finding them easy through the crowds. We were then instructed to meet our driver, Rolando, in the parking area. We then proceeded to outside and did not find our driver. We looked at all possible nearby parking areas and could not find our driver. With limited wifi and service, we were not able to call the host, but rather leave a message via email. Again with limited wifi, we finally got a response and found the driver where we were yelled at and blamed for nearly 30 minutes for not following instructions when we were simply following directions. The insults did not stop until we ended up yelling back. Had we not already paid and had we not just gotten off a 10 hour flight with little food and sleep, we would have rejected the service for poor communication and poor professionalism. We finally made it to our destination but this was not a pleasant start to our trip and we certainly will not be booking with them in the future.

Comfortable and clean van. After transfer from the airport to the city, we decided to book the return as well. Driver arrived on time and is willing to help or assist wherever needed.

We were a couple with 2 children and we took private transfer to the port and back. Excellent service: a few hours before the transfer we get a message from company by whatsapp that everything is fine with the ride and the driver will arrive on time. In practice the driver arrives ahead of time, offers a drink, takes care of luggage. Bottom line: a perfect service that we will definitely use again in future visits.

Rolando was great! He speaks excellent English and has a big van (7 people + driver) that is new with great AC. Very comfortable for our family of 5 + bags. He was quick and efficient and picked us up on time. He made our trip much more enjoyable, and I highly recommend his services to anyone traveling to Rome! It is always nice to get great service at reasonable prices from kind and knowledgeable professionals!

Found them just by chance when one of the drivers approached me in the airport. Glad we took the chance, trip to Rome city center was quick and easy. They pick us up on the agreed spot at the proper time and took us back to the hotel at the airport. Excellent and will use them on our next trip to Rome.
