Private Transfer From Fiumicino Airport (Fco) To Rome

Do not book a limo from any airport with Viator!! Do not! The driver does not check if your plane is even one hour late. They left and would not come back to the Rome airport. We emailed and called once we got through passport control which is under construction and takes forever. Viator would not give me credit for the $98 they charged. Their driver did not ever send me a text or call. Our plane was 1 1/2 hours late. They blamed us. The limoandgo company and Viator are totally unreliable and do no trust them. I have used.Viator for years. I will never use them again. 5 emails later. No credit offered. Nothing. DO NOT USE any limo service through viator

The driver did not show up. I called the number listed in Viator three times and left voicemails. I also messaged the operator two days prior to my arrival with flight details for pick up. I attempted to message the operator in the Viator app and still did not get a response. I recommend not using this service.

On time. At airport with a digital sign with your name on it…easy to find right outside of retrieving your luggage. Limited English. Beautiful clean car…Mercedes

Make sure they understand what 4 suit cases and 2 carryon mean. When you try to fit this in a Mercedes sedan , it doesn't work. Also had to wait 10 minutes for the driver, our name was there on the sign but he was no where around. Had fit all of this in a car. It ended with a suitcase in the front seat. How would you rate this!

They did not show up at the Rome airport for our transfer and left us stranded. Ended up having to pay double to get to our hotel. Tried calling and texting and no response. Not the way to start our dream European vacation

No one reached out to confirm booking. Tried getting in contact with company multiple times through viator. Viator claims they need to have a 72 hour wait but my transportation was in less than a day and they said we’d requested a refund but the company has to reply. Really hesitant to book through viator again

Pick up from airport was super easy. Driver was waiting with a tablet with our name and it was super easy to read…in the designated area. It was our first time arriving in Rome so we did not know where the baggage area was nor where the driver would be. He was where “limo service” was located, even though it was listed as pick up would be at the airport. I had accidentally made reservations to Rome rather than the port and Viator caught my mistake. I was able to use Apple Pay to pay the difference which was great because I did not have enough Euros on hand. Great driver, immaculate car, sorry I didn’t learn the language before I came😢

Leonardo was excellent. He drove us from FCO to our hotel near the Vatican. It was raining and he escorted us with his umbrella to the hotel lobby before bringing our luggage in.

Flight was early but our driver was waiting and easy to locate. Ride was pleasant and delivered us directly to place we were staying.

It was terrible, we were left at the airport, driver stopped responding to my request from phone # 393465390718 to please help us, as we are in a "foreign land" and don't know what to do. I'm requesting a full refund and an apology!

This company cancelled on picking up my clients 14 hours before their arrival, despite the fact that I booked this transfer 8 MONTHS in advance AND confirmed details 8 days in advance for this pick up. When asked why they cancelled they responded that my clients (2 passengers) had too many bags (1 checked bag and 1 personal item each) and had no concern about the fact that I had to rebook with another company last minute for a more expensive rate. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Horrible experience, our transport made us walk about 20 minutes with our luggage. Complained about the amount of luggage we had. We were stuffed into a vehicle with some of our luggage on our laps.

The driver did not show up to pick us up for our ride. We had to find other transportation to our hotel from the airport. He called us when our plane landed, but I told him that we had not yet picked up our baggage. When I tried to call him back when we picked up our baggage, he did not answer our phone call and he was not there holding a sign to pick us up. We are very disappointed and want a refund.

Great way to get from the airport to the hotel. Our driver contacted me to let me know where he was waiting. After getting our bags we easily found him holding a sign with our name on it.

The pickup area at FCO is a little chaotic but our driver Alex made finding him a breeze! The ride to the hotel was smooth and comfortable.

Waited 1.5 hours for someone to shut up for our hate in full private transfer. We tried numerous times to contact by Viator and anyone else, but no one responded. There was no assistance or help to be had. We were traveling with a disabled personally, who was in severe pain waiting that long. There was no response from Viator EVER no words or refund were sent to us. This way the worst experience we had in a foreign country. Very sad when you consider that we went to the trouble to have a private transfer so everyone would be taking care of it properly and no one showed up and no one called and we were left to find another transportation on our own.

We arrived at 1130pm. Eddie communicated with us before we reached customs and was a joy to see after a ling flight. He was helpful with luggage, friendly to talk to and became our unofficial first tour guide as we entered Rome at night. Glad I booked this.

Good experience, nice car, but the driver didn’t help with our bags and we had to put them in the car ourselves because he couldn’t figure out how to make them fit in the trunk. It was only 3 bags all he had to do was think about a puzzle. Smooth ride in though.
