Order a van so we could carry our luggage and so we can have plenty of room to sit. Instead we got a small car that couldn’t hold all our luggage plus the 3 of us had to squeeze in the back set
Surprisingly, after a late flight and more delays in the airport, our driver was waiting with a smile.
We were picked up by a luxury car, roomy for our 4 luggages. The driver was prompt and courteous, the car smell super clean. His driving was smooth and no bumps on a rainy day that we got picked up.
The car was impressive. The driver came on time. Car is clean,driver is courteous.I booked a fesw and except in Munich, the driver did not show up but I was refunded anyway.

Our transfer below did not show up at the airport yesterday. We looked and waited for at least 45 minutes. No one called us or wrote us. We tried to call the company. No answer. We were not happy. I now wonder if the same thing will happen next week for our wine tour booked with your company from Sienna. I expect that you will provide a full reimbursement of the cost of the airport transfer.

The woman driver was AWFUL! I ordered 2 cars with separate reservations. The lady told me I was lying and gave me the worse attitude. She said she was the only driver for the company. She then said hold on and had us waiting for 20 minutes. When I asked her what was happening she said she doesn’t know. About 10 minutes later another driver came with a sign with my name on it and they spoke and laughed. I personally believe this woman was so terrible because she saw a group of 14 black people because she was extremely pleasant with everyone else who was not black.
There was no one at the airport to pick us up. When I emailed the company, they responded with "unfortunately there is no information in the booking. Kind regards"
Short review: With all of the airline cancellations and delays, just get a taxi. It is cheaper and more flexible. Long review: This was our first trip back to Europe in years. My wife and I decided it would be easier to arrange for airport transportation ahead of time. When we were just outside of the 24 hour window to cancel, our flight was delayed by airline issues. I sent a message to the operator asking to change our pick-up to our new time later the same day and was told: “I’m sorry, isn’t possible reschedule for this afternoon.” I contracted Viator support and no help was given. Okay fine, you can take my money; however, I get to voice my frustration and educate others… We arrived later that afternoon. After getting our bags, we easily grabbed a taxi. Our taxi driver was amazing! He was friendly/ professional and dropped us off at our hotel for less than half the cost of this service… as I said above, just get a taxi.
What experience? You never came to the airport to pick us up. Have no notification that you will return us to the airport. All you have done is debit my account and I have received no service from you. You owe me a refund....
Our flight was delayed from Paris, France to Rome, Italy and our driver waited patiently with a sign with my name on it and was very professional. Gave him a very handsome tip.
Although there was little precoordinatkon, I had a text upon arrival and our driver was waiting at the meeting area before we got there, It was a large Mercedes luxury van- plenty of room for our family of 5 and luggage.
No pickup due to delay of plane despite the fact that all travel details (including flight details) were shared, no contact and still required to pay the full price AND the price of an Uber taxi - absolutely not acceptable, totally unprofessional. Absolutely not recommended, total disaster.
No one showed up at our hotel Hiberia to transfer us to the airport. We previously confirmed that the transfer was for hotel to the airport and Mr. Geadino messaged us that we would be picked up at the hotel. Our flight was for 1pm, we waited until 9:30 am then asked hotel to provide the transfer to get us to the airport in order to allow 3 hours before departure. We texted several times asking to confirm pick up time. No response. We request a full refund from Viator for not providing the transfer from hotel to the airport.

Our flight looked delayed so I was concerned they would not pick us up. I emailed and they reassured me all would be well. I did not fully believe them. The opposite happened with our plane and it was early. So I had some slight anxiety that they would not be there waiting on us. The worry was unnecessary. They had a sign waiting for us. His english was not very good, although we did not care because he was friendly.
Prompt pickup and on time arrival at our destination. The driver was very courteous. The booking process was very easy.

After a 9-hour flight, my friends and I were so happy to see our driver waiting for us at FCO. The van was comfortable, clean, and he was so friendly and helpful.

I dropped my wallet in the car and made multiple attempts over a week to get in touch with the company. The phone numbers they provided were not in service and they never responded to any of my emails. Should have been a redflag when the service provider took days to respond to my initial clarification requests. There are plenty of easy transportation services in Rome; take someone else.
The driver never showed up and the call to the operator went straight to voice mail. I had to take the train into the city. I have asked for a refund for the nonexistent service—but I won’t hold my breath.

The driver and car were good. However, we had to walked 5-10 minutes from airport exit to parking lot. This was unacceptable. If I wanted to walk that long I would had booked an uber. I booked private transport to get in and out airport quick without a long wait. If I had taken a taxi I would have got of airport faster and without walking that much. I was expecting to be able to be pick up at the airport curve without walking to parking lot to board Van.
Chaotic airport experience as there are 100’s of transporters. Not fault of driver, just be aware. Once we found driver, he helped with luggage but walked away fast making following him thru crowds difficult. Not very friendly when attempting conversation

Total scam - we arranged and prepaid for this service to pick us up and drop us off but upon arriving there was no driver. We tried messaging and calling them directly but were unable to get a response. I’m in the process of trying to get my money refunded. Total scam in my opinion.

The driver left the airport without taking us to the Hotel. Additionally Viator refused to refund the amount. I paid $112 without taking the actual trip. Do not recommend the service.
We speak no Italian, our driver spoke no English, but he was amazingly kind and helpful! The company had the wrong hotel listed and he helped us figure it out and drove us to the correct hotel! Way to pivot!
Our flight from the US to Rome was cancelled, so we didn’t make our car service pickup. Vendor would not refund any money and did not offer to let us use our voucher 48 later on our new arrival day. Guess it does not pay to plan ahead. We’ll risk getting a taxi at the airport.

I would like to say from booking this the communication has been excellent. When I have emailed i received a response straight away. We were met where we were told and the young man that escorted us was very kind and offered to take our bags. We were dropped to our hotel and the journey was extremely enjoyable with the air-conditioning in the Mercedes. This was a great start to the holiday and would highly recommend.
After quite a delay (30 minutes) in meeting up with the driver we were then able to be driven to our hotel in Rome. The driver was pleasant and professional.

Our transfer did not show up. After calling I was told our booking could not be found in their ‘new system’. We were left to catch a taxi and assured we would get a refund as soon as the office opened (still to come!). After travelling for almost 24hrs with two very young children we booked a transfer to avoid being stuck at the airport. We were very disappointed.
Transportation service was exactly as advertised. Even though our flight was two hours late, Constantine was waiting for us as we exited baggage claim. He did a superb job navigating us thru traffic to get us safely and efficiently to our hotel. Would definitely use this service again!
the driver was late. The flight arrived early but we hoped someone was watching the arrival times in the event the flight arrived early. I’ll give credit where credit is due - someone from the company attempted to call to tell me they driver was running late which at least told us no one forgot about us. Once the driver arrived, the trip to our hotel was fine. I would not hesitate to use the service again.

We got off our flight which was delayed and the driver was waiting for us with my name on a sign. It was perfect and he drove us right to our hotel. Definitely worth it!
