Yes. Read about the red worms in the natural Hot Spring pool. The open concept cafe has charged Locker for EUR5 and hold Identify card as security and a refundable EUR5 upon return of Locker. Hot shower for 2 mins is self operated coin token when exchange for your note etc. Bathrobe at EUR10. Small white pebbles on lukewarm terrace pool to walk with caution. Overall an unique experience like no other. Great driver and guide brought us to Pitigliano for a fine dining lunch in an Egyptian like tomb tunnel in an unique Medival Village and shops.

Peter is an amazing person to have as a driver/host. The experience at the mineral waterfalls was made extra special with his knowledge of Italy, the surrounding region of Tuscany. Our driver, Giuliano, was very accommodating, friendly,& made us feel safe. He was also punctual and informative. He made a couple of stops for pictures at certain spots and was our photographer 😂

Our trip to the hot springs was enjoyable, thanks to our driver, Alex Paolini. He was incredibly professional, texting us the day before to confirm our arrangements and share useful information. On the day of our trip, Alex arrived well ahead of schedule and let us know he was ready whenever we were. The drive was smooth and safe, even with the rain. Alex was attentive to our needs and clearly passionate about his work. We highly recommend asking for Alex if you want to be well taken care of.

We have the luxury of having Alex Paolini of Best Rome Driver as our driver on our day trip. Communication is a breeze. He prioritises safety which we greatly appreciate since it was raining almost the whole day. He drives steadily and is a great conversationalist. Alex takes pride in his profession and we can feel it in the way he takes care of us. He even bought some breakfast and provided drinks (in a cooler bag)! We did a day tour from our hotel in Rome to the cruise port we went out to Saturina hot springs and then to pitigliano. I can highly this day trip for anyone wanting to wanting to get a true taste of Italy outside the main city and tourists Giuliano was a fantastic driver and the best we have had during our Italy visit he was courteous and very informative on our drive. 10 stars 🌟

Beautiful place! The water is so warm and refreshing! Make sure to arrive early for a good spot,there are several, and bring water shoes since the floor is rocky.

We had a tour in Saturnia hot springs and Pitigliano and Stefano was our driver. He was very nice, friendly and social. He had water bottles for us in the car and was also punctual which is a big thing for me. We could not have asked for a better driver! He also gave us a little bit of history of the buildings when going through Rome, which was awesome!!! We enjoyed both places very much, this was one of the best days of our trip.

I had the pleasure of touring Saturna and Pitigliano yesterday with Beatrice, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the start, she was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the region. She shared fascinating historical insights and local stories that really brought the towns to life. Her driving was excellent—safe, smooth, and confident through winding roads—and she made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Beatrice went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable day, and I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you for an unforgettable tour!

The car was brand new, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The driver was on time and we had such a great day. The tour was well organized, and the springs are absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be using Stefano in the future again. Well done.

Our original driver had an issue, so the company sent another driver. The company was great at communicating using the viator message system and WhatsApp. It was a nice drive from Rome to the hot springs, about 2 hours and 15 min from the center of Rome. The driver waits nearby while you enjoy the hot springs. It’s a small place, so just a few steps from the car will get you to the hot springs. There are toilets, showers, and lockers for rent. There is a nice restaurant with Tuscan dishes. Bring water shoes because there are lots of rocks in the water. Bring towels too. We messaged the driver when we were ready to go and went back to Rome.

The driver that took us to the pools was very nice and helpful. I wouldn't recommend going to the hot springs as they are a free entry and generally the whole of Italy uses them often and get packed. If we had of known that, we would of booked a different tour. Sal, our driver was very accommodating and took us to a very memorable place for lunch and also pre booked it for us. We would highly recommend him not so much the hot springs.

Fantastic experience. Wonderful and relaxing day at the hot springs and then into a wine tasting which was amazing. Kudos especially to our driver Salvatore Dell Anna who is extremely personable and catered to our every need.. we have used Salvatore before and since he is so wonderful we requested specifically to have him drive us again.

Paolo was our driver and I will highly recommend him to all my family and friends when travelling to Rome. I received a message to confirm our pick up. He was there on time and waiting for us, he was extremely friendly and chatted with us throughout the whole trip. He stopped so we could take photos of our destination from a distance. We had our time at the Hot Springs and he was waiting for us when we were finished. He then took us for a walk in a near by village and recommended a little family owned restaurant to have lunch before delivering us back to our accommodation on time. We had the most amazing day and Paolo made it extra Special. Thank you Paolo!! We now have memories that will last a lifetime ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful day trip to the hot springs. Lilvio was an absolute gem, he was super flexible and accommodating. He had a great lunch suggestion, and we had a wonderful lunch with a view in the borgo. We would highly recommend the tour to anyone visiting Rome with an extra day, or who wants to visit the hot springs, but isn’t sure about driving themselves. Definitely pack flip-flops for the hot springs!

The tour was amazing and we encounter very less crowd so we enjoyed a lot. The driver was amazing and very helpful. He even took us to another medieval town nearby which was also amazing. The terme di cascate del mulino did not disappoint. Beautiful. I suggest getting there early. Also saw the beautiful towns of Sovaca and Pitigliano. Andrea was a terrific guide.

We were greeted on time and the ride to Cascate del Mulino was smooth and our driver Salvatore made sure to answer questions we had during our trip in Italy. Absolutely amazing! The tour was a bit costly for our trip budget BUT with no hesitation i would reccomend this tour to all my friends and beloved ones. Thanks to Alex for a great day. Had a private tour to the hot springs at Cascate De Mulino. He picked us up with some fresh baked goodies. Went to the springs and spent two hours relaxing in the water and then we were driven to a lovely little Tuscany town and found a lovely little restaurant overlooking the countryside in the beautiful sun. Alex was chatty and fun, very informative and professional. We would recommend him and his company to anyone.

We traveled to Venice, Florence and Rome during our nine days in Italy. Far and away THIS was the single BEST trip we arranged with Best Rome Driver. Our driver; Alex Paolini was outstanding. He went above and beyond from the very beginning; greeting us with cold water, and cream puffs. He was professional, helpful, interesting and kind. We so appreciated him. The hot springs was just as amazing as the pictures on the internet showed it as being. Our next stop was lunch and shopping in a little town called Pitigliano, aka Little Jerusalem. This trip was an absolute jem and an amazing experience, highly recommended.

Wonderful place, visited on Sunday to June 24, very crowded, but found space easily,.ottimo parking very close .very well served by nearby hotel facilities, also the place is equipped with a bar , restaurant with changing rooms, showers and lockers to leave their cose.acqua wonderful at 37 degrees.
