Private Fiumicino Airport Transfer To Rome Hotel

Driver met us inside the airport right after we picked up our luggage and walked us to the van. Van was clean and comfortable and was a nice ride to our hotel in Rome.

Driver was courteous, and on time. Because of a language barrier we a difficult time finding each other but we got that figured out. We were picked up in a clean large AS ADVERTISED van.

Superb service! Our flight was late by 30 minutes from arrival and we had to wait to get off the flight to a passenger needing paramedics. Our driver not only waited for us but was also extremely friendly and professional.

This vendor is not honorable. I disputed this transaction, because after several delays with my Airline-(BA) and re-bookings; and my calls to this vendor on the number provided, to inform them of my airline difficulties, and their telling me that my driver was notified and would be making contact, I arrived to Rome -Midnight, no driver, and the party accessible for this company, simply stating that the driver had come several hours before to pick me up. They had my airline information and my phone number. No contact from any Driver or the company, during my duress. [They lied and their phone representatives did not do their job.] I had to hire a taxi from FCO to my hotel in the early morning hours.

Booked a transfer months ago only to have the company cancel because to busy 3 hours before my arrival! Absolutely crap! Never again!!! You suck!!!

After an overnight flight with kids and an elderly parent, and an extra long wait for bags, our long anticipated family trip began with our driver leaving us at the airport. I reserved for 3:30, but the driver began our hour's grace period at 2:50, when wheels touched down, which makes no sense. He called and let the phone ring once, then texted to say I was in breach and he was leaving. This was very unfortunate, and Viator refused to refund the considerable fee. Every other driving service we used on our trip was excellent and kind. Maybe this driver was having a bad day, but I heartily recommend you look elsewhere, and this will be the last time I use Viator.

Utilized this service from the airport to our hotel after an overnight flight from the states. Our driver was easily identifiable. Helped 5 of us with all of our luggage. Made our 1st Roman encounter just perfect! We arrived to our destination safe & sound to begin our family vacation!

Driver was right on time, our luggage for the whole plane was late. I was able to call him and he waited for us. Quick trip to our hotel once in the van. I highly recommend this service!

Driver was on time. Spoke my language. We had 8 passengers- 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Van was a 7 passenger van but we all fit. We had 2 large suitcases, 5 carryon bags and several backpacks. Everything fit great. Overall good experience.

Driver Alex was on time and this transfer was affordable. His car was very clean. However, our experience was not great as we were traveling with kids and he didn’t communicate that it was a pretty far walk to get to the car from the terminal. He should have suggested a luggage cart to make the walk with luggage a bit easier. He was also a bit rude and insisted we put our back packs (with electronics and other valuable items) in the trunk instead of in the passenger compartment with us because he didn’t want his seats to get ruined. We obviously insisted that was not acceptable and he dropped it. But it was not a pleasant way to start our trip.

Alex was on time and extremely pleasant. Drove through the busy streets rather smoothly and not aggressive as most drivers I saw.

Our flight landed early. I would have preferred that this company kept track of our flight and arrived an hour early but they stuck to the time we agreed on. With that being said our driver Francesco was still about 10 min late from our meeting time. He didn’t speak English and didn’t try to talk to us at all. He also texted on his cell phone the entire time we drove from the airport to Rome.

We used Fast Travel Services for our round trip airport transfers. We were a family of 7 including a 21 month old. They provided a car seat as requested and the vehicle was large and comfortable. The drivers were prompt and helpful and our contact, DG Alex was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Last minute booking. Alex was quick with his confirmation message which was refreshing as some transfers/transports can take as long as 48hrs. He was at airport waiting for us and a great driver. Highly recommend.

He waited for us to pick up our luggage and guided us at Fiumicino airport to get to the meeting point. Very friendly treatment, he speaks Spanish very well.
