Private Departure Transfer: Hotel To Rome Fiumicino Airport

Door to door service from the airport to our hotel was a great way to start our visit to Venice. From baggage claim it's a bit of a long walk to the water taxi departure pier but people-mover walkways made it easier. We traveled with one suitcase and a backpack each and it was a snap. The ride itself took about 25 minutes or so and we got a nice intro to the canals on our way to the hotel. The instructions we received prior to our arrival were crystal clear and the taxi service's travel desk in the airport was easy to find and the agent was most helpful. Our driver did a good job and left us right at the door of our hotel. A bit pricey at 150 Euros but this replaces a gondola ride for us and was well worth it for the convenience and the experience.

Great service, driver arrived on time, and got us to the airport on time with no issues. I highly recommend this service.

Driver was very punctual and communicated very well Drove great and got us to airport with plenty of time to clear immigrations

He showed up on time, very friendly and ready to get us off to the airport! Excellent Job! Parked directly in front of the airport terminal for us!

This was a hassle free ride to the airport. Our driver was Osvaldo. He came on time super early in the morning. He was very knowledgeable about the areas and gave us information on this places for next time when we do come back. He is a safe driver and nice and friendly. Definitely request to have him as your drive you around.

Our driver, Antonio was on time--even a bit early. He was polite and got us from our hotel to the airport in a very comfortable car.

The driver was there to pick us up a few minutes early and all went very smoothly. This was a great way to get from our AirBnB to the airport!

The driver went to the wrong location, which admittedly was entirely my fault as I didn't pay attention to the pick up address when I booked. Easy to do in an unfamiliar city. However, after a few text messages, the driver called me and immediately started yelling at me and told me to "Shut up and listen" as he proceeded to continue to yell letting me know in no uncertain terms that he thought I was an idiot. I don't speak Italian, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out what "Stupido" means. I ended up canceling with him as there was no way I was getting in a car with this man after his rude treatment of me. Too bad; I love Viatar but he gives the company a bad name.

The driver showed up on time in a large, clean van to accommodate my family of 5, he helped with luggage and got us to the airport safely!

Our driver was amazing! He was at our hotel 20 minutes early, which was perfect. He was a great driver!

The driver arrived early, which worked great because the street at the Villa closed overnight and we had to walk luggage a block to the car. Driver was professional and drove safely. At the airport, he helped with our luggage. It was a very good experience. I highly recommend.

The company confirmed pick up details and always responded quickly if I had questions. Our driver arrived early and was very helpful with loading and unloading our luggage. Would definitely use them again.

On time, top of the line service. Professional driver and beautiful vehicle. This is a worry free service!

On time. Company was able to accommodate an earlier pickup time last minute. Friendly and good communication. Safe

Didn’t say a word the entire trip and at the last minute asked us which airline which he should have already known as I gave him all information. He proceeded to drop us off at the wrong terminal. He was so fast he never took the time to make sure it was the correct terminal. We are in Rome, no one speaks English and we didn’t have a clue. Fortunately it was only two terminals away and we could walk the distance with our luggage. Scary experience at 5 o’clock in the morning.
