Very well organized cooking class in a world class venue and kitchen. Started with making gelato then pizza dough and fried risotto balls that we ate as soon as they were ready and while the gelato chilled. put topping on our pizza and then baked them. sat down as a group for a meal to enjoy our pizza and gelato. Wine and water available during the whole class. Only miscalculation was doing this at 2 PM instead of 6 PM because it could’ve easily been dinner for the night. Best cooking class I’ve experienced.

We had such an amazing experience! Alessandro was our chef, and he was absolutely wonderful so friendly, knowledgeable, and great at explaining every step. He made the entire class so fun and easy to follow, even if you don’t have much cooking experience. Herid was also fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly, from setting up the tables and ingredients to cleaning and helping throughout the class. Everything was so well organized, which allowed us to just relax, cook, and enjoy the experience. The class was interactive, fun, and one of the highlights of our trip. We laughed, learned so much, and of course the food was delicious! Alessandro created such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this class to anyone visiting. We had the best time and would absolutely do it again (:

What a fun experience! Small group but big on fun! We made 3 gelato flavors (out of this world), prepped our pizza dough (tossing involved), made suppli (what a great appetizer) and finally made our own pizzas. All the while we sipped on wine and laughed! Bring an appetite because you’ll eat your whole pizza, the suppli and all 3 flavors of gelato!! Our chef, Alessandro (the ‘older one’ 😳) really made the experience an exceptional one!! Book it and enjoy the fun experience!!

Seven of my friends and I loved the wonderful experience of cooking with Alessandro! He was witty, relatable, knowledgeable, and patient. The atmosphere was festive with music playing lowly and loys of laughter, the wine was tasty, the facility was clean and the food was delicious. It felt like a scene from a movie. The kitchen assistant, whose name began with an 'R', was like a magician behind the scenes, and always had everything ready for us at each station when we weren't looking. He was like a wizard with wand making dishes and treats appear snd disapper while keeping things in order. It was clear that he and Alessandro had worked together for a while like a well-oiled machine. Our pictures from the wvent were beautiful, and we loved our take-home gift. This was one of the main highlights of our trip! I highly recommend it.

This was an amazing experience and we couldn’t recommend enough! Alessandro, our Chef, was an excellent and kind teacher ☺️ Definitely worth trying and experiencing and it’s a great opportunity to try something unique and authentic. We went in the morning session and it was very intimate and a small, we had a lot of time to prepare and enjoy our food ☺️ We would definitely try it again and other classes as well!
Alessandro was excellent in both teaching and entertaining. He was very encouraging and checked up on everyone to make sure no one was left behind (usually me lol). Alessandro is very knowledgeable and made sure distinguish between what we were doing and how restaurant does things which is the more correct way.
It was lots of fun and a great way to learn how to make food the Italian way.
