This was such a fun experience!! My mom is gluten intolerant and the class was great for her!! They catered to her dietary needs. Lots of fun!!

It was definitely worth the price. Seamless process. The whole family had a great time.

Francesca was great and gave us a lot of helpful tips. Why some flours are better than others and why pizzas are as different as they are. Very informative and helpful class

Highly recommend a class, or 2 here! A 3 generation girls trip of 6 of us, age 8 to 63 did a Gluten Free/ dairy free pizza and gelato class last evening and had a riot! Our Chefs were lovely, friendly, professional, fun and informative! I was the only Celiac but everyone loved their gf pizzas, and the dairy free gelato was the most popular of the 3. I will absolutely book another class on our next trip! PS...go hungry, it's a lot of food!

This experience was the highlight of my trip with my 8 year old granddaughter. We booked a private lesson led by Francesca and her team. She was amazing with my granddaughter and myself equally. The place was spotless and beautifully arranged. She spoke English and also taught us many Italian words and phrases. My granddaughter says “it was the best experience ever.” Our final products of pizza and gelato were delicious. The entire time we felt relaxed and treated so well. Loved it and would recommend this experience to everyone visiting Roma. Thank you Francesca and team! 🩷

Our family did the pizza and gelato making class with Francesca. She was able to accommodate our need for a safe gluten free experience with ease! She has done so much research into gluten free pizza and pasta making and was able to give us great advice to be successful at home. Our celiac kiddo was thrilled with this special experience. If you have the time in Rome, this experience is unforgettable for a family!!

I had no idea there was so much to go into making pizza. My two kids (8&10) and I attended and the instructor was great at teaching us how to make the pizza and gelato but also gave a couple in our party much more detailed and science-based instructions. Incredible! Brava!

We had our pizza and gelato making class with Mikayla and it was so much fun! She recommended traditional toppings and helped us make the fluffiest, most beautiful gelato. A must do if you have time and want to learn something new to take home 💖

My wife and I ended up booking this class last minute and were the only ones here. It ended up being a private one on one class with Michaela and her colleague and was absolutely fantastic. We made multiple flavours of pizza and two gelato flavours. Lots of stories, wine and laughter with the crew here. Would definitely recommended to all A+++

My husband I had Francesca and lilliette (not sure if correct spelling). They were both lovely. Francesca has a passion for food. She was born and raised in the Rome area — she has spent many years in training — she is beautiful person and so easy to be comfortable with- very gracious. We did several tours etc, this was our favorite activity — do not hesitate to book her.

This class was amazing and our host Francesca was so wonderful and we cannot say enough positive things about them! Take this class and you will not be disappointed.

The gelato making is very nice and you get to learns the process. The dough making was fun too and not. Tho too complicater. The pizza was good and the gelato didn’t have the fruity enough but the was also too crumbly

The class was amazing! We had young kids with us which is what drove us to book and it was exceptional. The pizza was some of the best we had on our trip, my daughter “loved” the gelato and overall it was so fun being able to make everything and for the kids to get their hands dirty!!

I liked this cooking class a lot — it was a lot of fun and we made some really delicious food. In addition, our hosts were able to accommodate our dietary preferences (no eggs) by making a chocolate mousse instead of gelato.

This was the highlight of our trip! We made delicious pizza and gelato. They taught us everything from making the dough to flipping it. So much fun and they accommodated us even though there was an issue with our reservation! Everyone was so friendly and patient.

My wife and I took this Pizza & Gelato Class during our honeymoon in Rome, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy. Chef Ian led the class, and he made everything so much fun while keeping it traditional. We were truly blown away by how authentic the experience was – unlike the tourist traps you often find in Rome, this class uses real, quality ingredients and respects the traditions. The pizza we made was hands-down the best we had in Italy, and the gelato was crafted from real, fresh ingredients. Everything was handmade, and you could really taste the difference. We left not only full and happy but also with some new skills we can't wait to use back home. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a true taste of Italian cuisine!
