Absolutely absolutely fantastic, Franchesca and Maria and their team is far and beyond above what we hoped and expected in every way. I am celiac and the accommodations made were incredible! We made ravioli and a “Roman spaghetti”… it both looked and tasted like the regular. I am not sure I will ever eat pasta that good ever again. Maria made tiramisu with us… amazing and simple instructions, more gluten free perfection. I could not recommend this any more 11/10 stars!

Excellent class! Made zucchini filled ravioli with a butter and sage sauce as well as pasta with amatricana sauce. We learned so much about making pasta sauces and tiramisu! Highest recommendation. So fun and so knowledgeable.

My wife and I had an excellent time learning how to make pasta with Francesca Romana. She was awesome and had lots of patience with us! I didn't think I could make tiramisu before this class! Will definitely be taking all the tips we learned back home with us!

My wife and I attended the cooking class on Friday 12th December with Francesca as our main host and cook. I have never been to one of these classes before but everything was so well explained by our host as to what we were cooking and how we were going to complete the recipe. We were given wine as our drinks to accompany the meals we were making. This was also flowing throughout the class to make the class even better. On making our desert we then moved onto our main meal and ravioli. Through each stage Francesca explained exactly what we were doing and how to do it. This was made fun, informative and relaxed as to how we were doing all of the meals. I would highly recommend this class if you are coming to Rome and would definitely do another one if we came here again. We would not chose a different place to do these classes at and would definitely want Francesca and her team again. 10/10 for experience, fun, knowledge of how to cook and of course some wine in a great and relaxing atmosphere.

My husband and I had the best time!! Small group, we spent 3hrs making two types of pasta, a tiramisu, drinking gorgeous wine and snacking on home made bread, cheese and meat. Francesca was a brilliant host and explained everything perfectly. Really great value for what you’re getting. If we had more time we’d have been back. 10/10 - not one to miss

A friend recommended that we try this cooking class in Rome and it exceeded our expectations. It was great to learn the proper way to make a carbonara, a dish I had not liked because I had never actually tasted it as it should be. I have been converted! We made carbonara, stuffed pasta and tiramisu. I highly recommend this class to anybody visiting Rome and I plan to do another one when I return. It was fun, informative and a great Italian experience.

Francesca was amazing! She made the tour very fun and walked us through the steps of making tiramisu, and traditional pasta. She has such a love for cooking and patience that made the tour so easy and fun! The included wine and ability to taste our creations afterwards was an awesome bonus. Would highly recommend!

We have never done a cooking class and this one was phenomenal!! Francesca was so much fun and knowledgeable. We made 2 pasta dishes and tiramisu. Absolutely delicious! It was kind of nice as it was just us and another couple so had plenty of time to ask questions and was able to get to know her. Would 100% recommendation!!

I had a great time! Very nice and informative teacher, created a great learning environment and had the class all chatting over the pasta/ravioli that we had all made. Would 100% recommend. I did this alone but would also be great in family or group/pairs!

We had an excellent time! My 2 daughters - ages 14 & 11 and I made Tonnerlli pasta with a zucchini pesto sauce, ravioli with Spinach filling, and Tiramisu. Michaela was a great cooking teacher! The ingredients were excellent, the recipes were easy to follow & food was absolutely delicious! We have never had pasta so fresh before and the taste was unbelievable! Also, Italian Tiramisu has more crustard than we’ve ever had before - this recipe is now our favorite dessert! One of the best meals we had in Rome! And was my daughter’s favorite experience! We only wish we had time to attend another class!

This cooking class was such a memorable part of our trip to Rome! We began by making a classic tiramisù layering the mascarpone and espresso-soaked biscuits was both fun and surprisingly easy with the clear guidance from our instructor. It was great to learn the little tips that make such a difference in flavor. After that, we moved on to preparing fresh pasta from scratch. Kneading and rolling out the dough was hands-on and very satisfying. We also made a couple of traditional Italian sauces to pair with our pasta everything smelled and tasted amazing! The chef was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. The setting was cozy and felt authentically Roman, adding to the charm of the class.

We booked this cooking class last minute. When we arrived for the Wednesday 11 o’clock session, we were pleasantly surprised that we were the only two participates in the cooking class. The detail in the instructions was phenomenal. It was easy to watch and then duplicate the exact same process in creating a simple but delicious pasta and tiramisu.. The lessons that we learned will be easily duplicated when we get home and share with our family and friends. Thank you Brett and Trisha

If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would. Francesca delivered the most exquisite experience from start to finish. The ravioli, carbonara and tiramisu were not only the best homemade dishes, but her explanation and delivery along the way were detailed and easy to follow. I did not book the children’s classes, but had an eight and 10 year-old with me. She happily accommodated a homemade gelato for them instead of tiramisu. Francesca addressed each one of us by eye and helped us hands-on throughout our experience. She was calm, polite, engaging and personable. We felt at home and had a wonderful cooking experience. The dining room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Italian cooking. Don’t hesitate to book!

It was amazing. Even though I had not made pasta before, I felt like a pro after. The staff are all very kind and knowledgeable.

Very good pasta, and tiramisu making class and other options as well. They’re very attentive to you and make sure you’re getting the most out of it and not just leaving you alone and letting you failure. You would have to try really hard to fail. As a first time pasta maker they answered my questions and made sure I knew how to do each step correctly.

We had a great afternoon at the cookery class. It was really informative, fun and we got to eat everything we cooked! Great way to spend an afternoon in Rome!
