In the words of my 17 year old son…”can you give it more than 5 stars?” This was a last minute booking for myself, my husband, and our 19 year old daughter and 17 year old son. We thoroughly enjoyed our class and dinner was exceptional! Danilo was a great host and teacher as he walked us through every step of making our pasta and tiramisu. Highly recommend!

It was so much fun. I never knew how easy making tiramisu would be. The chef was an amazing teacher. He was smart and fun and very helpful. I convinced my family this would be better than the opera and they were glad that I convinced them to go.

In my 15 years of life, I have never had such an authentic and enjoyable cooking experience. The staff on hand were great with their patience and kind words no matter the circumstance. This experience brought me closer to not only my family but everyone who I was sharing this awesome experience with, giving me a new respect for the Italian cuisine and culture in the process. Overall, I could not recommend this experience enough to anyone thinking about this, if I could go back and change something about it I would not know what to do because I had a perfect afternoon of fun cooking and gaining valuable knowledge in an engaging way. This was the pinochle of my first trip in Italy and I cannot thank the iq hotel cooking class enough for this unforgettable experience, thank you.

A really fun family experience. Our guide was patient, attentive, helpful and professional. The meal were prepared was delicious and filling, the best meal we have had in Italy! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful evening! After spending the day touring the Colosseum and Forum in the intense Rome heat, it was such a relief to step into a calm, cool, air-conditioned space. Dani was kind, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable and successful. We learned to make tiramisu, fettuccine, and ravioli, shared a delicious meal together, and truly relaxed for the first time all day. One of the highlights of our trip to Rome. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time learning how to make fettuccine and lemon ricotta pepper ravioli along with tiramisu last night! Danilo was a fabulous and patient instructor , and the results were superb! This was a fun way to end our time in Rome, with so much history, culture, and art in the city, along with great food….this was a nice hands on way to take something (a new skill) home with us! 🥰

Excellent! Danilo did a wonderful job teaching the techniques and creating a fun environment. Not only did we get expert instruction in making tiramisu, linguine and ravioli, Danilo cooked the pasta to perfection with delicious sauces. Such a good meal. My 10-year-old had a great time, being well-supported while also feeling taken seriously. 10 stars if we could, great experience.

Great experience, very clear instructions , perfect English, small group, chef was very helpful and skilled . Drink on arrival , plenty to drink at the table , 2 hours and a half of fun . Highly recommend it

We are a family with a 16 year old and an 18 year old, we had such a great experience cooking pasta and tiramisu with Danilo. Everything was explained really clearly, Danilo was so friendly and welcoming, it was great to do something completely different in the centre of Rome after a day of sightseeing and even better that we then got to enjoy eating the food we had made. Fully recommended for a fun family activity, whatever the ages.

We had such a great time making pasta and tiramisu! The food was delicious (recipes to keep were sent the next day), and we actually learned a lot. My kids (8 and 11yo) had a blast and are excited to make homemade pasta in the future.

Really enjoyed this cooking class, everything was well explained and the food was amazing!! Very nice experience with the family!

Chef Giuseppe was so friendly, warm, kind, and patient!!! We had so much fun learning so many new techniques from him and it was an incredible activity for our family of five with children aged 10, 14 and 17!! Not easy to find a family activity for this sort of age range that was engaging for everyone and this one knocked it out of the park!!! Also the cooking classroom was lovely and clean and inviting !!! So wonderful to be able to sit and enjoy our meal afterwards all together ! Thank you chef Giuseppe ! Recommend to any one - single/ couple/ family ! Our cooking group that evening we went represented someone from each one of those categories and it worked perfectly! What a memorable experience! Plus - Activity plus dinner !

We loved this workshop, it was exactly what we wanted: an interactive and fun cooking class. The Chef was so friendly and explained everything in detail, he also sent us the detailed recipes the next day. The class was fun and the whole group was laughing and enjoying the experience. We made fresh pasta from scratch and tiramisu.

How to make your own pasta and tiramisu is a really nice experience when in Rome. Danilo who was our chef took good care of us and made sure that everyone learned how to succeed. In the end we tasted our own masterpieces with a glass of wine. Can highly recommend!

Would recommend for anyone visiting Rome; Couples, singles, families and friends. It’s really fun, well organised, you learn how to cook and then you get to eat it. What’s not to love about that?! We also really enjoyed getting to know the rest of our cohort which we didn’t expect. Dani was too polite to throw us out. He’s a total gem and helped us all, even the hard to please 14 year old loved it!

What a fantastic way to spend an evening. Dani is an excellent instructor, guiding without being too intrusive and giving the guests an opportunity to get to know each other a bit. The resulting dinner is hard to beat - all the mmore impressive for knowing you prepared the bulk of it!

We loved everything about this class! There were only 8 people in the class and everyone got individual attention and help if needed through the process. The food was incredible! They even sent the recipes for what we made afterward.

This was such a wonderful experience. You make Tiramisù ravioli and fettuccine. The host provided Prosecco wine and coffee and limoncello. It is very hands on and you eat what you make. The chef offered helpful hints to making pasta at home. In some cooking classes the chef takes over, in this class he makes sure you learn the techniques.

The group experience was lots of fun…the food delicious…our chef was patient and explained everything well. I highly recommend this cooking class. Also, nice and clean facilities!

Dani did a great job. Even though my wife’s pasta wasn’t nearly as good as mine, he said it was, which is ok as I wouldn’t want her feelings hurt. Eating our creations was a lot of fun, and nothing like the Spaghetti O’s (Chef Boy-R-Dee) that I normally have. The tiramisu was good, but I made it, so what do you expect?

Amazing experience! Good food, easier and less messy than I thought it would be. Our group of 4 thought it was some of the best food we had while in Italy. Chef Dani was very helpful, educational and made a great sauce to enhance our pasta:)
