Carla was GREAT!!!! Her cooking space is adorable! Carla is an awesome chef! She’s, funny, down to earth and makes you feel at home!! Carla went above and beyond in her cooking class to give us an awesome experience!! Peter was very cool too!!

A 10/10 experience. Carlotta is such a lovely person with so much energy that you can’t get enough. I had an unforgettable time with her. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was very interesting to see how the process behind it is. An absolute must-do when you are in Rome.

We had such a wonderful night at Carla’s! It was a great and unique way to connect and have fun with our teen & preteen children. The recipes were simple and straightforward and made us feel confident we could continue making them in the future. I can’t say enough good things about our cooking class in Rome. Carla made this experience one of the absolute highlights of our three‑week family trip through Italy and France. She’s an incredible chef and was unbelievable with our kids (8, 9, and 12 years old) — patient, fun, and able to keep them engaged the entire time. The food we made was delicious, and the kids still talk about this class as one of their favorite moments of the whole vacation. My wife and I completely agree. The setting was beautiful, easy to reach, and having convenient car parking made everything even smoother. I would recommend this experience to absolutely everyone — families, couples, anyone looking for a memorable and authentic Roman cooking adventure.

Carla is amazing and has such good energy!! The space is so big and lovely for cooking in and fits plenty of people inside it! We stayed for 3 hours and had so much food we were stuffed- but the food was the best I’ve ever made! She worked with us for dietary options and speaks amazing English.

Really pleasant and different experience from usual! We stayed at Carlotta Cooking School for a cooking class for kids and it was a great day. My son had a great time, met other children and cooked with them in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. We parents also spent a nice afternoon, meeting nice and sunny people. The place is very nice and welcoming, attention to detail, and the staff is just exceptional. The two girls who run the school are really competent, kind and transmit all their passion for cooking. An experience that I recommend to everyone, both families and groups of friends!
