We did the tour of Pantheon and were fortunate enough to have Laura as our guide. She was informative, provided us with information that you do not often find in the tour guides and was ready to answer any question. Laura's warm and friendly personality kept us engaged throughout the visit. Would highly recommend!

A short tour but enjoyable nonetheless. Hadn’t expected to have to queue to get in but our tour guide Max used this time to explain the history and information about the facade. Having said that about queuing, if you are keen to see inside the Pantheon, this tour was definitely the way to do it. The engineering behind the dome is amazing and the tombs and altars are wonderful to see. You are then left to spend as much time as you wish to look around and take it all in. Would recommend this tour and Max was great.

Unfortunately we got lost on the way to the Pantheon and so we arrived too late to participate. The guide called to find out why we weren’t there but she couldn’t direct us to her meeting place.

The tour was great and informative. Our guide, Daniel, shared lots of interesting facts about the Pantheon while also keeping it light and engaging. We would definitely recommend this guided tour to other visitors.

Be aware of a wait time due to crowds. Our guide, Annalisa, did a very good job. I learned things I didn’t know about the Pantheon.

Excellent tour but needed better instructions on finding the tour group. Tried to contact by text, email and phone but couldn’t get through or hear from anyone a half hour before when we felt lost. All was well once we saw the people Crown shirt but was very anxious and feared missing the tour. There was also an organ concert that made it difficult to hear our guide…but he was professional in how he handled it.

Very much over crowded and the queue system is poorly organised. Audio didn’t work and no guide for tour itself.

Excellent guided tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and covered virtually all aspects of the inside and outside of the building. Including the building architecture, the types of materials and representative symbolism of the pantheon throughout the centuries.

We are so glad we booked this tour! Our guide Arturo was incredible and so knowledgeable about the Pantheon and the general history of Rome. He explained complicated subjects in an easy-to-understand way and we learned so much, and came away with an even greater appreciation of the Pantheon and its symbolism.

We booked a small private tour, but the group ended up being 25 people. We've done tours of all of Rome's main attractions, and this one was a disappointment and a waste of money. It was a very expensive 40-minute tour. Would not recommend.

Expect busy, and you can only be pleasantly surprised. Arthur ? was extremely knowledgeable and gave us plenty of information in the 1 hour tour, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

A must to know what you’re looking at. You couldn’t appreciate it without a knowledgeable tour guide.

Easy in and out, you pay a little more for 3rd party tickets, but if you don’t mind paying for the convenience it’s a good deal, met the person next to pantheon they used what’sapp to text tix to my phone, you get into the shorter quicker middle line with ppl who have purchased tickets, we did the audio guide which we downloaded to our phones

I’ve read the five-star reviews and am sad we didn’t get the same experience. We booked a 60-minute private tour of the Pantheon, and it was a letdown. Our original guide from Crown Tours never showed up. The on-site coordinator tried to fix it and found us a backup guide, but he didn't show up until 30 minutes past our start time (and 45 minutes after the suggested arrival time). For the trouble, she offered us free tickets to the Trevi Fountain and told us to meet her after the tour. The backup guide wasn't great. He was very soft-spoken, so it was hard to hear him, and he didn't tell a good story. Instead of focusing the hour on the Pantheon he was all over the place talking about the colosseum and other places. I’m sure after 2000 years there are enough stories about the Pantheon to take up the full hour. To make matters worse, when the tour finished, the coordinator wasn't at our meeting spot, so we never got the Trevi Fountain tickets either. I wouldn't recommend Crown Tours. We ended up getting 20% back from GetYourGuide after complaining, but I'd suggest booking with LivTours instead—it's worth paying a bit extra for a well versed historian and professional guide.

I had a wonderful time, we can't thank our tour guide Annilisa. She spoke clearly and was very informative . I've learned a lot about the pantheon that I never even knew existed. We definitely do this tour again at some point and will highly recommend it to friends and family.

It was a quick tour that I learned so much on. Was cool to see fully finished parts and areas that had the granite repurposed elsewhere. Only unlucky part was that it was cloudy that day.
