Got to the hotel on time. Very efficient and could see the gps from where I was sitting so could see how long it would take to get to airport. Excellent service.
Fabio was efficient and very nice. The car was spotless and comfortable. He contacted me by WhatsApp maybe 30 minutes before our pickup time and said he was five minutes away whenever we were ready, so as soon as we were checked out of our hotel he was there, no waiting. I would absolutely use this service again.
Luca was a great driver. He arrived 30 mins early which he did communicate via Whatsapp to coordinate early arrival. On the way to the airport he gave us info on some Roman sites we passed. He helped us with our bags getting in the van and off at the airport. Highly recommend Luca.
Driver arrived on time as requested and was polite and courteous. The van was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a nice stress free transport to the airport.
Recommended 100% the driver was on time in the hotel the ride was comfortable. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The driver sent me a message the day before confirming time and pick place very responsible.
We had a great, seamless experience with our car ride to FCO. The driver was early and the car was very clean and cool on a hot day.
The driver was onetime and completely professional. It took the worry of Gerri g to the airport off of us
Driver meet us at the hotel doorway and helped get our luggage to the vehicle. Driver was neatly dressed and very professional., clean vehicle was well! Arrived early to the airport which was a plus!
Driver arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. Handled our luggage. Was friendly & courteous. Excellent driver. Vehicle was very clean
Our transfer out of Rome were prompt and on time. I had to change our pickup time and the company was very prompt and confirmed our changes within minutes. The coach was very clean and nice. 100% would recommend
Clear timing well communicated. Professional driver lots of space in a new vehicle. Great transfer experience.
Very efficient and great communication. Driver was very good and arrived a few minutes early. Would highly recommend for price.
Relaxing and stress free. Very luxurious. The driver added a guide-like narrative the whole time he drove for a bonus!
Seamless pick up, great communication - highly recommend for a nice ride back to the airport the Mercedes van was very clean. Very new.!
The driver was there early, he was very helpful and communicative. The drive was smooth and safe and we made it to the airport in plenty of time before the flight.
Our driver actually contacted our hotel the morning of our departure to confirm. Driver was precisely on time and got us to the airport on time!
Driver right on time, friendly, courteous. The car was exceptional. Wonderful end to our trip! Xxxxxx
Excellent service. Received what’s app text 35 minutes prior to pick up with name of the driver. Arrived 10 minutes early for pick up. Quick efficient service to the airport. Arrived at the correct entrance of terminal.
Driver was prompt, very polite and helpful. Large comfortable van. Plenty of room for us and our luggage. Would recommend this service.
Great service, on time, van was very clean, driver was great. Would recommend and use this company again.
Givi made everything smooth and seamless. Had to make a stop along the way and then get them to the airport in time, and everything went well.
Driver was excellent. On time, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. Would use the service again.
So professional. A gentleman. Punctual. Car was clean. Driver was very helpful. Called to say that he would be there at 7am as agreed.
Everything was great. Fabrizio, our driver, was very kind and on time. The van was new and comfortable. Would definitely recomend it.
The car service arrived early and texted us that he was there. We were on time for our flight with no issues. I would recommend.
A smooth trip to the airport. The driver communicated with us before his arrival. He was professional and pleasant.
Hired a private transfer from Rome to airport but had flight time change and needed an earlier pick up and could nit get any help from viator or transfer company. Unsatisfied with getting help or communication when stressful flight change happened( which often does) i will not book a transfer through Viator again
Very much on time picking us up for the airport. The only negative would be the spot of drop off at the airport we had to backtrack. We used Viator more than once our trip and would tell people to use them. It made traveling easier.
Used this service for airport transfer Giorgio, our driver, was right on time, drove safely, clean car, very happy with the service. Highly recommend
Our driver was communicating with us on WhatsApp before he arrived and he was on time. Everything was perfect.
Prompt arrival, nice vehicle and driver. Pick up and drop off exactly as expected. Would recommend for future transportation needs in Rome.
LOVED our transportation to the Rome airport in May. Very relaxing and enjoyable ride in a luxurious Mercedes sedan. Our driver, Silvano, was on time, very knowledgeable about the area, as well as personable and courteous. Will definitely request him next time we're in Rome.
On time; nice car; pleasant. Safe driver. What more can I say about a ride to the airport from a limo service.
Driver was very courteous and even arrived early. He communicated clearly what time he would arrive via WhatsApp. No issues. Highly recommend.
Our driver used translate so he could inform us of important sights and historical buildings on the way. he was very punctual and fun to chat with.
Massimo was early for pickup. He was friendly and cordial. He handled our bags. He did a great job. I would recommend this service
Driver picked us up right on time and provided an easy, efficient ride to the airport with courtesy of baggage handling. However he did not drop us off at the proper terminal.
Provider’s response time is terrible. Amendment to pick up time not allowed within 24 hours . So be it. This does not excuse provider’s failure to respond at all to request to amend pick up time (as opposed to cancelling booking). Wasted 90 minutes of my time so be warned. Taxi from hotel is cheaper and likely just as good.
Driver was very friendly and showed up 15 minutes early. The minivan was also airport conditioned and clean.
I wish we had used this service when we arrived because it was so clean and Luca communicated well to coordinate pickup! The van was so clean and he also gave us some nice views of Rome and a little history! Would recommend this service, especially if you have a lot of luggage and are tired the day of departure! Next time we will use for arrival as well!!! Thank you!!
Great service, driver (Fabio) was friendly and greeted us upon pick up. Talked to us about our time in Rome and recommended other places to go on our next visit. Got us to the airport on time and assisted us with baggage. We will definitely use this service again!
Marco showed up promptly for our trip to Fiumicino airport. The ride was comfortable and smooth. The real test came when we discovered that our young grandson had left his phone in the car. Marco went out of his way to bring the phone to the car rental office that we used, and we picked it up on our return to Rome four days later. Thanks, Marco, and thanks for hiring such an outstanding driver!
Same company as we used when we arrived in Rome but a different driver. The company was kind enough to allow us to make a last minute change to the timing of the pickup (thank you Tamara) which was crucial since we ended up needing that extra time at FCO airport! This driver was courteous and very professional. Helped with all the luggage and drove us there in record time. Great communication prior to pick up.
Our driver arrived a few minutes early and texted us that he was ready when we were. He was very friendly and the ride was very smooth and easy. I would absolutely recommend viator and the service again.
The drivers were so friendly and helpful. It was extremely convenient. Nothing beats ending an amazing trip like a stress free airport transfer.
Great service and very convenient. Would use the service over and over again. Thank you for service.
Driver was excellent and we couldn’t recommend enough! When in Rome this is the only service we use for transportation to the airport.
Good communication before hand and they were able to arrive 10 mins early, as requested the day before. Roberta was on time and got us going. Driving was a little more quick stop/go — tough b/c Rome traffic is what it is, but we had some drivers that were more smooth and she was a little more quick/hard on the brakes. That said, I would still recommend and buy again - just feedback that I hope they encourage their drives to smooth it out a little, for the passengers in the back seat. Price was also very reasonable…$74 for Mercedes to airport for 2 of us.
Excellent service! Arrived early for pick up and smooth ride to the airport. The driver was very professional. I highly recommend. Thank you
I booked both arrival and departure services and everything went smoothly. I would definitely book again.
