Only had one day in rome to sightsee,following a family wedding. Found thos place using this app. 10 minute walk to the trevi fountain. Reasonable rates. Friendly,warm,helpful staff, and the office is lovely and cold. Highly recommended

Used this place to store my luggage for a few hours in July 2025. Based in central Rome and only a 15 mins walk from the Trevi fountain. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English.

Exactly what we were looking for. We had to check out by 11 and our flight wasn’t til 8pm. When we dropped off the bags they setup a shuttle for us to airport for when we picked up our bags. It was so convenient. Everyone was really friendly. Picking up our bags was easy as well, just show your ticket and you’re good to go. Highly recommend

We didn't end up needing to use this. We got off a cruise ship early so I thought we would need it but by the time we made our way to Rome, we only had an hour to wait with our bags for our Air bnb. It was a cheap option to have but next time I would wait and find one at the time if I needed it.

We recently went to Rome for a Mediterranean cruise. We used these guys to transport us from the airport to their location where we stored our luggage for several hours and did a walking tour of the city. After that they transported us to the port for our cruise. At the end of the cruise they brought us back to the city and stored our luggage while we toured the Vatican(with them). They also took us back to the airport when it was time to head home. They are so friendly and accommodating and they offer suggestions for great places to visit in Rome. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with this company! We used them for an airport transfer into Rome and left our luggage with them while we explored for the day. They answered my emailed questions timely, were very friendly and I would absolutely recommend them for luggage storage and/or airport transport!
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I went to use them for luggage holding, but they also offer tour bookings and are good about answering random questions. If your schedule works within their hours of operation, I recommend this place.

Francesco really made our trip to Rome wonderful. The transport service from the airport that they arranged was prompt and courteous as well as less expensive than most others. The apartment was amazing- beautiful inside, spacious for the 4 of us and very clean. The location could not have been better. There were several restaurants within a couple blocks that were very good and we always felt safe walking about after dark. Francesco also set us up with a guided tour that includes the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and the Forum which I highly recommend. Mateo and the staff at Storage were extremely helpful when the airline lost our luggage. They helped us navigate the process since we do not speak Italian well and allowed us to use their office as a drop off point for the lost bag so that we could go out and enjoy the city instead of waiting around for hours. They have long hours so that was very convenient and the communications were prompt and courteous. We will definitely be staying here when we visit Rome again.

I was in a quandry to store luggage before check in to my VRBO. We were a group of five so this was no small feat. This luggage center was optimal. The staff were helpful and informative and it was very easy to find and to keep our luggage safe. I will use this next time in Rome.
We stored our luggage here for several hours until we were able to check in to our accommodations. Our luggage was safe, staff were very professional, and pricing was very, very reasonable for the few hours we needed it. It allowed us to walk around the city and grab lunch without worrying about our luggage.
We left our luggage here while we walked around Rome before our lodging was ready. Super easy to drop off our luggage, use the bathroom, and get oriented with a map before heading out into the city. Very friendly & efficient, located about a km. From the main train station, it’s an easy cab ride to get there. Cost is per bag, per day vs. The left luggage in the terminal is by the hour.

The woman at the desk was very helpful, not only storing our bags but providing recommendations for dinner and calling us a taxi. the place was next door to our hotel/room. the cost for bags was 1euro per bag per hour, max 7euro per bag per day. They closed at 7pm, not sure when they open.

It was a courteous and smooth response. Water is also sold cheaply, so I recommend buying it here. It is recommended because it is friendly, you can deposit it without worrying about it and the price is low. It is also recommended in terms of location as there are tourist attractions nearby.
We left our suitcases in custody and had a great time, the tattooed guy at the reception was super professional, even allowing us to change our wet clothes because of the water bomb we took. We will definitely be back:)
