This was busy when we arrived. We found a space, there were USB chargers for our phones handy. There was some decent food. I had some snacks, sweet things and tea/coffee. My wife had some food and snacks as well as drinks. A nice place to relax.

The lounge is clean, tidy, food selection is simply awesome, you can find a wide selection of hot meals as well as all sorts of pasties and Italian coffee. The staff is very professional and polite. Thank you Federico for all your help today!
What a wonderful staff at the desk especially Angela and Sara. Very helpful.
The plaza lounge in Rome, the only lounge available for Delta one flyers was filthy. The majority of the areas were scattered with past diners dishes, they used one rag, unsanitiized between tables to clean surfaces, most of the food was cold and/ or tasteless. Super disappointing that Delta does not have better options
Wonderful. Peaceful and Federico made sure I had water and a macchiato to make my stay more comfortable. Thank you.
Great lounge experience at FCO. Andrei was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Give him a BIG raise!
There was a separate area for Singapore Airlines and Andrei was extremely helpful with getting us settled and ordering a beverage. This section of the lounge was less crowded and more restful.
Very good service. Andrei provides you a very friendly carefull services.
Not good value for money. We arrived in lounge around 8am. It was already nearly full.. Except for the Etihad guests but this was roped off. Food was very average. Toilets old. Only 3 ladies and you had to touch a door to get to the toilets. You did not know if anyone was I. The toilets as there was not lock on the door saying vacant of engaged. Toilets at Rome airport much better. Would not recommend lounge.
Federico at the lounge was so kind and helpful. He helped me when I found an empty booth and was very attentive.
Excellent food selection and quality service from Frederico.
Good food, comfy lounge with good service…
What a joke. A premium lounge has complimentary alcohol. ITA has a far better lounge for food drinks and relaxation . This is an over crowded joke even the bathrooms are tiny.
Just what we wanted before a long flight
Entered the lounge in the early morning before the lounge was very busy. Prepared food selection was average to subpar depending on the various items myself and my partner tried. We abruptly left when we observed what appeared to be a small roach scurrying between the tables.
The lounge is quite busy but you can find a few quiet corners to sit in. The staff are friendly & work hard to keep the place tidy - one of the staff, Frederico, took extra care in asking if I needed anything and bringing coffee directly to me. Appreciate the friendly departure from Italy.
What a fantastic lounge , Frederico and elenal were fantastic hosts in the reserved area
SARA P was the perfect host in the Singapore Airline dedicated area of airport lounge.
We are currently at the FCO and waited in line to get in this lounge. It was a zoo, or maybe three zoos together, they had no seating space available, and despite how busy they are, they had the genius idea of roping off 40% of the lounge with a reserved sign. The food offering was frozen chicken nuggets. Nothing Premium about this lounge.
I travelled in Business Class and had the opportunity to visit this lounge twice, once in July and again in August. Unfortunately, both experiences were extremely disappointing. A lounge representing Italy’s flag carrier, in what is probably one of the most important countries in Europe—and perhaps even in the world—should offer a much higher standard of service. Casa Italia, however, looks unattractive, neglected and many years behind the times. The comparison with the lounges of other European airlines is unforgiving: better-designed spaces, a much wider selection of hot dishes, meat, fish and desserts, as well as better service and greater attention to passengers. In some cases, all of this is offered at even lower fares. Here, by contrast, the impression is that both a modern vision and a genuine desire to improve are missing. Business Class passengers also pay for an appropriate level of hospitality and comfort. Simply providing a room and calling it a “lounge” is not enough. Management should take a closer look at what other airlines offer and improve these essential services. If passengers can receive much more elsewhere—even while paying less—it is perfectly understandable that they will choose another airline. A major change is urgently needed. In its current condition, this lounge risks damaging the airline’s image rather than enhancing it.
Second visit to this lounge, and I can confirm that the food is delicious and there is a great variety to choose from. The staff is highly professional and makes the whole experience truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mauro, Matteo, and Beatrice for their kindness, warmth, and outstanding hospitality. The only suggestion I can give is... keep up the great work!
It’s okay. Most of the employees here are very nice, but the food selection is limited and meh. And only beer & wine (red/white/prosecco) are included…and there is only one beer, Birra Moretti. Everything else seems to cost 12 euros. It was fairly full, but wasn’t too difficult finding a place to sit. WiFi worked well and many seats had usb-a plugs for charging. There were outlets as well, but they did not work with my adapter. Being used to the awesome Delta lounges in the states, this one was kind of a letdown. But better than the cheap seats anyways!
Flavia was absolutely fantastic! She was professional, kind, attentive, and incredibly smart. Her exceptional hospitality made the experience at Rome Fiumicino Business Lounge truly enjoyable. Thank you, Flavia, for your outstanding service and exceptional hospitality!
Feddiricco in the primier plaza lounge was super friendly and welcoming. Food & coffee was great as well.
Very nice experience and Federico B. was very attentive! Definitely made our long layover much better!
Staff at Terminal 1 kindly directed us to the correct Terminal closest to our flight, and allowed us to stay at the lunge there. Checkin was easy and Frederico kept our area clean and tidy
Very nice lounge with great food and beverage options. Federico took care of us, and always cleared our tables promptly. Very friendly, too!
The food was subpar. Bathrooms were limited and many were closed. Showers unavailable. They reached capacity early and seating was limited and not ideal. Could have had a similar experience just waiting in the regular airport.
Dirty chairs, staff (with trolleys) chatting while blocking narrow areas, limited and poor quality food choices, lounge areas inexplicably blocked off (but not to "some" people), and a bird flying around in the business lounge!?! This place needs to improve!!!
Last night, before our flight to Brazil, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Elena L. in the lounge. Although the lounge was quite busy and there were no seats immediately available, she was very kind, helpful, and attentive, assisting us in finding a place to sit. Once we were seated, she checked on our area several times to make sure everything was in order, taking great care in keeping the space clean and tidy. We especially appreciated her attention to hygiene, as she disinfected the surfaces using a sanitizing spray. Her professionalism, friendliness, and constant attention to detail made our experience truly enjoyable.
Excellent experience! A special thank you to Elena L. for her outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. She made us feel truly welcome and ensured everything was perfect. The lounge was clean, comfortable, and the food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommended!
Dirty dirty dirty and old. No place to sit They need another lounge
Rude staff. Elena L was extremely rude to myself and my family. Would not recommend.
Chaos. Waiting for 20 minutes to be told they are full unless you have less than an hour to fly. Choices of food minimal. Below par in quality of food. Want to charge 12 euros for any alcoholic drinks beer and wine free. Inside the least preferable lounge
Avoid it. Cold showers mediocre food and drinks are dreadful. Seats dirty and place needs a revamp
Nice, big, open space with plenty of seating. Great food and service! Good desserts, cold salad/veggies and hot entree options. Beer and wine are complementary. You have to pay extra for the cocktails. Andree was especially helpful!
It so happened that I was there when it was peak and the place is an absolute mess. Dirty floors, messy tables and on top of that, awful food
Not the greatest experience. Food was cold and did not taste good, employees were rude except for the checking counter personnel. There is a lot room for improvement. Avoid if you can, I do not recommend it
Avoid at all costs!!! The seats are covered in bird poo. When I arrived I noticed a few stains on my seat and didn’t think much of it, assuming it was an old food stain. It wasn’t until the Italian swallow landed next to me and obviously offended by my presence, started pooing all over the seat It was then that I realised what the white stains are and where they come from. The birds then started to eat from people’s plates that weren’t cleared. I don’t need to say much more. Despite my liking of wildlife I didn’t feel this was the birds natural habitat. On top of this and maybe even worse most if not all alcoholic drinks come at a premium price. The food options when I was in the lounge consisted of the following. Hot buffet: an Incredibly sad frozen Margherita pizza that I saw them get out the freezer pre-made and put straight into good old chef mic (microwave) Bon appetite! Watery bland chicken with jarred sliced olives that even though it was sat in water was extremely dry and overcooked. Frozen cooked peppers swimming in there in freezer burn juices. Then you had the big standard pasta with the cheapest jarred tomato sauce and no vegetables. Then a risotto which I can only describe as badly cooked rice with spoiled cream and sliced onion. All of the above were frankly grim. But worry not for you have a continental and chilled section as well with classics like cold boiled Brussel sprouts, miscellaneous mayonnaise salad and stale bread. And for those fancying a dessert you have a selection of stale biscuits, stale pound cake, and everyone’s favourite stale cut up waffles with no sauce selection. Please enjoy your time at Rome airport anywhere other than this slum.
Service was great - especially from Andrea - very friendly and helpful
I chose this lounge to wait for my flight. It was quiet comfortable, and the staff was amazing.. I am a celiac and Frederico went out of his way to provide me with gluten-free food and brought me a cappuccino.
It was very crowded. We had to wait a little bit to find seating but once we did, it was comfortable and provided us everything we needed to have prior to our departure, including good food and beverage.
Comfortable, quiet space. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Decent selection of food and drinks. Additional cost for spirits and premium drinks. Overall, decent value for money.
Great Ecperience. Variety of things to do while waiting for the transfer flight!
Great service. And thank you, Federico for good service!
This is a very nice lounge: welcoming, clean and friendly. I would recommend while waiting for your connecting flights.
By far the worst lounge ive been in. Cold food, rude personnel and dirty restrooms. Avoid at all costs.
Always a relaxing experience. Andrei goes above and beyond and refills drinks as he promptly clears and makes the experience even more welcoming.
Fredirico was very friendly and efficient at keeping the lounge area clean! Thank you !
Frederico went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and kept the area very clean.
