I booked 2 tickets from Ft Lauderdale, Fl to Charleston, SC less than 2 weeks ago. My plans unfortunately changed and I was just told that there is no refund. There is more than a month before the trip. Justairticket is a SCAM.

I am giving this 5 stars because the museum and chapel are outstanding . I will say that the location of ticket pickup was not even mentioned in my booking. I finally had to contact the tour operator (it said Nicom tours on the booking) to be told to come to a tour office called Tours About to get my ticket. This may have been through no fault of rheies but it should be clear in the confirmation. Every other thing I have booked is very clear. Had I not reached out I would have missed my timed entrance by walking around the Vatican entrance looking for this tour company.
We did skip the line self guided tour. The instructions provided by this group for gathering place and tickets was so simple and easy to follow. I had a different experience in 2021. I would highly recommend this company!
I did not get my tickets to the Vatican after paying $88.4 which is double the amount at the door. They said I was late therefore no refund. I will dispute with the credit card company Terrible service won't even recommend them for $10 a ticket
worst experience of my life i got scammed had to pay twice and didn’t get a refund when i was promised a refund only giving 1 star because doesn’t let me give 0
terrible wasnt what advertised got a group tour instead of a ticket where I cud walk around alone. wasted full day
All very smooth, although more information in English would help. We bought our tickets online the night before, paid in £ and just got an email with a Tour company address. When we got there, you get ticked off a list, given a Sticker and told to wait outside, then 20 mins later a nice man came, called everyone with a white sticker to follow him. We walked via the back streets to the Museum entry then skipped the queue and went in like a tour group. We paid double the ticket price but the queue was 300 yards long, 4 wide in 30C. All good really if you want to skip the queue and can afford it.
Fast easy, well organized and got right in, reliable and easy to find. Spent less then 3 min line for security check point.
The Sistine chapel was gorgeous! The museum was cool, but I wish there was more information on the Vatican itself. Skipping the line was great but it was still super busy.
Vatican museum was beautiful. Sistine Chapel even better.. you have to get skip the line tix… when you walk and see all those people standing in line, in the 98 degree weather your just ready to start thanking God.. it was worth the extra money…
Skip the line pay the extra to get in quicker, it was so hot and the entry line went forever, well worth the extra expense the Vatican is a must see when in Rome
I bought these tickets the day before. I wanted to be able to skip the line and see the Vatican my own pace w my spouse. That’s exactly what I got. The meeting place was easy to find. We checked in. I was there 30 min early per the reviews I read. Check in was easy. We got our stickers. Waited in line and walked about a block w the rest of the group that bought the same tickets. Skipped the line and went in through the metal detector as expected. Waited about 10 min to be given our individual tickets and walked right in. I selected the 11am slot and we were all in and done by 11:15. Please make sure you’re at least 30 min early and everything should go as planned. I was pleased with our purchase.
My wife and daughter did this experience today. They said it was great with nil issues. We were lucky as I only booked it the night before and they got to skip the queues. They said without these tickets they would have been waiting for hours in line.
Beautiful almost seems unreal. Well worth seeing. I will say the museum is huge and a lot to look at. It's hot in there and just tons of people. You could spend all day there.
Glad we purchased fast track as the other queue was so long and would take an hour to get in. Had to puck up tickets at the local tourist office but someone there walked with us to the museum and arranged our tickets on entry. By not having a guide, we were able to view things at our own pace which was an advantage.
Everything you think you know about the Sistine chapel or Vatican City will be far under what it’s really worth. Astounding beautiful. Fast track is well worth the money as there were hundreds of people waiting in lines that went around the corner of the street.
It seems that guide have to hurry. I hope that the guide get his/het time. However guidance was friendly.
Terrible directions, no info, no tour guide to be found. Go buy something on site. Much easier. Same price.
I would not tour The Vatican again. There are too many people to actually see much. We ended up with a guided tour and it was not worth the upgrade. We saw it but would not go back.
i only booked the tickets the night before and I was surprised that I got them. My son was happy that we got the tickets as this was our last day in Rome. He really enjoyed the museums.
If scalpers didn’t buy up all the tickets you would be able to buy them directly from the Vatican site. Instead one has to pay triple the amount to get a ticket.
We only intended to get a skip the line ticket but was talked into joining a tour by the operator for an extra 57 euros. What a waste of money!! Although we got in before loads of other people our guide was not very good, everything was rushed alot of areas missed out so we left the tour group before entering the Sistine Chapel because they were going to exit afterwards to go to the Dome. So we double back on our own after the Chapel and visited all the other areas she missed out. Went through the Sistine Chapel for a second time and altogether spent an hour in there, the tour spent 10 minutes there if that!! Won't use Viatour again.
A little bit over the price, especially for children ticket. But on the other hand we skipped the entry line for Vatican museums, which was more then a hundred and fifty meters long and it was 8:30 in the morning. They will take you throuch security check in priority. Once you are in they will give you the entry tickets and the guide is leaving. You can get audio guide if you want. You walk with your own pace. Museums are one complex, you are going through each of them, one by one until you reach Sistine chapel. At the end there is a restaurant with various refreshments. The entry to Basilica di San Pietro is from a different side (not included). To get there is another queue, also a lenghty one (we skipped that).
Finding the ticket place was a challenge. We ran late because of bad directions from St Peter’s. We were not really interested in the museum and just wanted a fast track to the chapel. There apparently isn’t one. It took us nearly an hour to get to the chapel not stopping to view museum pieces. Very frustrating experience
Just a ticket! Delayed 5 minutes and was forced to buy new ticket! This calls just a ticket! Why enterence was prohibited? I paid for ticket 27€.
We paid for the self tour fast track entry to the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. It’s not clear on the booking but the Sistine Chapel is included in every museum ticket; they’re not separate which felt a bit misleading. It’s also not clear that a standard ticket is €17 and we paid €28 for ‘fast track’ entry. We were told to meet at 1300 for a 1330 entry and then waited 30mins for other people to arrive at the operators offices. We then queued up outside the offices (like school children on a trip) before being led by someone to the museum. We then had to wait whilst she collected our tickets (in the same place everyone else did) before being given them individually. We started our tour of the museum over an hour after first arriving at the operators office at the time we were told. I don’t know if there are busier days than the day we travelled but I can guarantee on the day we were there the ‘fast track’ ticket took more time than buying a normal ticket would have and cost 50% more. Would not use again
There was a gentle guide who helped us with the tickets. The monuments were interesting, especially the chapel Sistine and the rooms with the maps and the carpets! Wonderful
We enjoyed this skip the line access very much. After reading some of the other reviews, we were Dr first quite sceptical of the tour operator. But we followed the instructions - collect vouchers at the tour operator office before exchanging them for tickets at the Vatican ticket office - and everything went well from there. The Vatican Museum and Sistern Chapel are well worth seeing. The skip the queue tickets are twice the price of the normal tickets - but we were short on time and so paying a premium was our choice.
Do not book with Nicom tours located at Via Germanico 8. Awful customer service and No communication at all. Booked for 1pm Vatican tour but only got outside the Vatican at 2.35pm. Turns out there weren’t many booked for the 1pm tour so it was ‘delayed’ 10 minutes turned into 30minites and 30minites turned into 95 minutes. At no point were the group informed that in fact tickets by the company were purchased for 2.30pm not 1pm as I booked online.
I wouldn’t highly recommend this group for few reasons: 1- they weren’t on time of more than 30 minutes delay under the sun! 2-the guide is good and trying her best but her English is poor and is really hard to follow! And is not highly creative, I got extremely bored at one point and had to leave the group!
I attempted to contact the tour company to let them know that we were running late, but I was unable to get ahold of anyone. When we arrived, the address was incorrect. Instead, there was a hand written sign that directed us to go to a different address. The tour operator was not listed at the new address, but we went inside anyway and were told it was the correct place. We were then told that we lost the tour and were not eligible to receive a refund. We were offered a spot for a later tour, but the clerk would only take cash… and the ATM machine in the office charged a $30 fee to withdraw the money for the tour. Seemed like a scam. The tour itself was mediocre. We ended up paying hundreds of dollars for an OK at best experience.
We had our on line confirmations with us….we got a cab to the address we were given on line to pick up our tickets….there was a sign directing us to another address…we were already stressed about being late. The man at that ticket outlet was very abrupt…he wanted to upswell us to other tours…finally he gave us our ‘skip’ sticker and basically ushered us out. He was very rude to the people before us in the line. Too long of a wait outside, very crowded and the leader of our group walked too fast for us to keep up. We enjoyed the Vatican but not the experience we had with Viator
Our guid was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The trip itself was wonderful if not overcrowded. It’s to be expected. I’d highly recommend it
Very good didn’t need a guided tour went at our own pace spent 4 hours in the Vatican museum and Sistine chapel. The ticket we bought was good for our needs and a good price will definitely purchase again from this site x
It was easy and fast to get in the Vatican with our tickets. It was worth it to pay extra. We had a great experience from booking to the time of the tour.
In awe of everything we saw and experienced. Great to be able to skip the line! Easy to find and follow, nice little respite away from the heat in their office and use of bathroom before gaining entrance to Museums etc
These are just tickets to skip the line to the Vatican museums. And it was very helpful! The line to get in to the museums the day we went was very long, we were told over an hour. It felt great walking right past the line to get right in. Inside, there is no real line into the Sistine Chapel.
We arrived at the provided address an hour before our tour, only to find a sign that the business was closed and would not reopen until 2 hours after our tour was supposed to be. We asked another company down the road for help, and they directed us to a second address that was not provided. Multiple customers were already there and expressed a similar problem. The workers told them that there was nothing they can do, and they cannot offer a refund. This caused many frustrated customers and caused the workers to raise their voices at the patrons and insult them. Not to mention, we did not actually receive a skip the line tour, just a guided walk to the ticket booth where we were left on our own. This company is poorly run and seems like they intentionally mislead customers to force panic buying for fear of missing out. Would NOT recommend.
The thing I will remember most is the crowds. There were people everywhere - this is not the tour operators fault. Our guide was great & informative
This process after downloading the tickets has been awful. Only at the gate of the museum I was told that Inhad to get the tickets at a operator. I was lucky enough to find the operator and nearly on time got into the museum. It requires much more guidance from you to understand this process
In the end we could go into the museum, but the way to it was rocky and very frustrating. The place we had to meet in order to go to the museum was unclear and chaotic. After we finally found the meeting spot, the man from the company begged for a good review, then we would get the tickets we had lost as we were too late due to the vagueness of the place we had to meet. It is a lot easier and quicker to just wait in the queue and buy tickets in de actual museum instead of online with a “skip the line”. You still have to wait really long.
Great tour and our guide was very informative. We recommend this company. Also a plus to have multiple languages spoken
Do not book with this provider as no refund or rescheduling options exist even in the most unique circumstances including an airport terrorist threat causing a flight cancellation.
It was not stipulated that if we arrived later than the time on the ticket entry would be denied. We lost our money. I am going to contest it with my credit card provider.
Fast and easy to buy tickets online. Downloaded onto phone - all good. However, arrived at the Vatican Museum after queuing to be told we had to walk to an office 5 minutes away to “redeem” the tickets first. So wasted time doing this, was handed a piece of paper to then have to go back to the museum, join queue again and then take the paper to the ticket office inside to be handed two paper tickets for entry! What is the point of that? The downloaded tickets on our phone should allow us access. What a waste of time.
Absolute scam. The actual price of a Vatican Museum + Sistine Chapel ticket is €17 at the museum's ticket office. We paid €26 per ticket to have a sketchy dude escort us to the entrance and hand us tickets. We stood in line just like everybody else, no fast-track at all. These A-holes buy up tickets in bulk so all the timeslots are occupied so that people who want to visit have no choice but to buy their repackaged tickets or wait until 16h in the afternoon. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Easy instructions and simple skip the line. Very simple and straight forward just what was required.. Vatican Museum is immense and fantastic. Each room is wow and then at the end the Sistine Chapel which is incredible! Overall wow experience.
A friend was visiting us in Rome and this was her must see attraction. I totally understand (i have been to the chapel more times than i can count) so i booked tickets. The meeting point was away from all the other meeting points down a side street with no signs. W got there early but walked in circles as each person thought it was at a different point. We finally found it but were put in with a guided tour group to collect the tickets. If you DO NOT NEED A GUIDED TOUR - you are better off buying tickets directly from the Vatican website.
Bought this ticket with the impression that it was skip the line into the museum's, Sistine chapel and the Basilica, but when we arrived was told to enter the basilica we would have to exit and join the queue. If we didn't want to do this we could pay another €25 each to upgrade to guided tour which then included the basilica. Not what I thought I was getting. That said, the tour was excellent and glad we paid extra not to have to line up.
Worth the price. The directions to the meeting place were easy to follow. Be aware, the description on trip advisor stated skip the line for the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peters Basilica. It actually does not include St. Peter's. You will notice this on your ticket. At the meeting place you can buy the skip the line for St. Peter's if you want.
