Chef Claire was exceptional in teaching us the skill of making fettucine, ravioli, and tiramisu. My husband wasn't thrilled that I signed him up for this event as well but came out of it saying he had thoroughly enjoyed it! The chance to sit and enjoy a nice dinner consisting of the pasta we each made with those in our particular cooking group was a nice addition.

I really enjoyed the experience! However, I would have appreciated a higher level of hygiene when it came to eating the pasta we had all made together. Alternatively, it would have been nice if everyone could simply eat the pasta they had prepared themselves. :)
My wife and I did this experience with another couple with Chef Mimi. The experience was great and the food we made was extremely tasty also. I highly recommend doing this if you ever get her own.
Experience was fantastic. We received step-by-step instructions, as well as one-on-one help for those that needed it. Our admission was $130/2ppl this included wine!!!. The class and eating totaled 3 hours. Atmosphere is traditional, we sat outside under an awning. Enjoyed our food and made some new friends. Our Chef Paolo was AWESOME! Highly recommend skipping breakfast, your going to need the belly room ;)
Took our cooking class with three adults, two kids and their grandmother. It was so great, and so fun. Everyone enjoyed it. the kids especially loved having the chance to help prep the filling and egg whites for the tiramisu. Eating what we made was possibly the highlight of it all.
It’s was a amazing experience to learn from scratch to make pasta, Ravioli … LEO WAS AMAZING!!🫶🏾
Our chef/teacher was outstanding.
Amazing experience! Highly recommend this to anyone, we had an amazing time. Lots of laugh and got to experience how to make all types of pasta and tiramisu. Lori made the class fun, very interactive and got everyone mingling with each other. Would do this again, especially in Rome for the first time.
Learning how to roll out the pasta by hand and getting the consistency right was valuable to know.
What a fantastic experience. LuLu was very patient and compassionate...would recommend this cooking class to everyone interested in a fun family adventure. Grazie mille, Dr. Anthony Marengo of Kansas City, USA 🇺🇸
Everything was wonderful!! The meeting, the material, the guide - Claire, the atmosphere, the length of the class, the group size, the admission fee and the food we enjoyed at the end of the class!!! And the booking was fast and easy - pretty spontaneous.
Mimi was our instructor and she was wonderful. She explained things well and she was funny too. Very enjoyable!! Glad we booked the class.
The class was okay - we've done some great cooking classes in the past, so perhaps our expectations were high. They tried to move us to a different location after we booked, but I declined because we had specifically selected that location to be close to other activities - in fairness, they agreed to keep us at the location we had selected. The restaurant has several classes running at the same time and back to back - on the upside, this meant that things were well organized, but the downside was that we were rushed because they had a class after ours. The class is advertised as 3 hours, but at about the 2.5 hour mark, they said that they needed our table for the next class, so they (admittedly, politely) asked us to leave. There was only one glass of wine included, which was disappointing, given how expensive the class was. The other thing is that we were supposed to be offered coffee or limoncello for dessert, but they came out with limoncello only. The sauces that went with the pastas were a bit bland. I will say that the instructor/chef was lovely - there were 17 people in the class and she did her best to answer questions and offer assistance, but that is a lot of people. We did learn a few tricks, but overall, I'm not sure that it was the best value, given the price - I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
OMG! I cannot say enough about how incredible our class teacher was; it was several days and additional tour guides ago so I cannot recall her name off hand but she was a younger dark haired lady; that by her own commission is a fast and loud talker but even with my 11 and 6 yr old we were All able to keep up with her and she was Incredibly patient, helpful, attentive to our large class. My kids were absolutely thrilled & proud, beyond words, at what they were capable of accomplishing! I was surprised at how easy this was to follow and learn. But more than that I cannot express my gratefulness at how she helped give my children the confidence to try, and succeed, at something that even adults find challenging if not impossible! Even the main chef came out of the kitchen to check on us and watched and complimented my 6 yr old as he explored his ability cutting his own fettuccine with the large knife all by himself! I can not recommend this class enough!
Fun - Mari was the best teacher (very educational) thank you
Fabulous experience and highly recommend. Would be nice to learn to make the sauces for the pasta as well. Great atmosphere even though I was alone.
Lulu was amazing and fun all your employees should have her energy and enthusiasm Her instructions we very clear on what to do and her sense of humor was great The ravioli and fettuccine and tiramisu were awesome We made our tiramisu first then we made our pasta Lulu should be celebrated for her great personality and customer relations
Lionel was a great instructor .. I can’t wait to have a dinner party with my new skills ! Fun instructor, great personality and knowledgeable…. Can’t wait to take another class!!!
Mimi was very good at walking us through the process of making pasta from scratch! It was also fun to get to eat what we made!
Lulu did a great job making it fun and engaging. Even the one member dragged along reluctantly greatly enjoyed. Thanks!
Mimi was so energetic, informative, and helpful. These classes are truly made by great instructors and Mimi was wonderful!!
Our Chef Mimi was amazing, fun and vibrant, as well as an excellent teacher!
Such a fun cooking class! It was taught in English and everything was explained really clearly. We made fresh pasta and tiramisu, and Mattia guided us step by step, super patient and so much fun. It was my first time making tiramisu and it's not as hard as it seems! Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!!!!
Charlotte was amazing! So friendly, funny & always so happy to help! This was one of the most fun things to do! Highly reccomend!
A amazing experience with a fascinating amount off knowledge from the "guide"
Very fun! Our chef Lori was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the experience very much😍💪

Lori was fabulous teaching us tiramisu and pasta. She was patient and funny!! The atmosphere was wonderful!
This class was so much fun. The instructor made sure that we were all following along and knew what we were doing. It was so much easier than I expected and the food was so good.
A very fun and emersive cooking class. Carlotta was a fantastic teacher!
Excellent and fun and informative
My wife and I had a fun few hours making Pasta, Tarimisu and drinking some Red Wine. Our Chef, Vittorio was fun, engaged and a good communicator. We would highly recommend this tour.
Vitorrio was great. Fun time had by all.
Vittorio was great! Highly recommend! Learn to make the dishes and then eat what you made. Even got a glass of wine and shot of limoncello with the meal!
Vittorio was amazing! Fun, encouraging and just made it a great experience!
Brilliant experience, the chef was amazing. Very funny and knowledgeable. The cooking class was amazing for all ages. There was 16 people in our group ranging from children to grandparents and everyone enjoyed it! A great way to connect with new people and learn new skills! I would definitely recommend!
Mary was phenomenal!!! Highly suggest!
Lionello was awesome! This was a highlight of our trip to Rome.
Was a great experience from start to finish. I wasn’t sure how the family would enjoy it, but fun was had by all.
Great Italian experience. Was a nice activity to break-up the sightseeing. Great instructions that were easy for everyone in my family to follow. I love that you got to pick your sauces and enjoy what you made in class. The only downside was our class location was changed. We picked something close to where we were staying, so it was a little of a bummer to have to walk further.
Guide was very kind and nice. Events were not too hard or not too easy and food was excellent
Awesome experience and great value! The recipes and instruction were simple, our instructor was fun, and the food was delicious! So impressed with the quality, execution and the venue. The class is taught in a restaurant (with air conditioning) so tasting our creations with a glass of wine after was very enjoyable. Highly recommend.
They gave us the wrong location. Made us wait outside past the time that the actual cooking class started. Once they brought us in, they told us we had to go to a different location that was a 10 minute walk away. Mind you, after already walking 20 minutes to the class. The guy said sorry and sent us to the other location - no accommodation whatsoever. We get there and we had already missed out on 30+ minutes of the time that we reserved so we did not even get the full experience that we booked or paid for. Our start time was 7:30pm and we didn’t get to eat until 9:30pm. The pasta and tiramisu was okay at best and that was all you got. Nothing else was provided other than your wine and limoncello shot or espresso shot. I would not book this again and feel like I did not receive the full experience after the major lack of organization.
Paris was amazing! Lots of fun.
Fun evening learning how to make Fettuccine, Taramasu and Ravioli. Chef made the class fun and was very helpful.
Fun family activity, great to eat your own creation. However, the group was way too crowded, it was hard to hear the instructor over those talking. Very long table with all of the class peering over. It was hard to see the demonstrations, which was a major part. The instructor was mindful, and she did ask those to be more quiet. She also rounded to check and help. It would of been a MUCH better experience with a smaller group. It felt distant and a bit frustrating.
Wow! Such a great experience! We learned how to make tiramisu, fettuccine. And ravioli! Our instructor was very helpful and was friendly! He was patient with everyone in the class. We got to enjoy our pasta and tiramisu afterwards and it was yummy! Such a great experience!
A great experience! My family and I had such a fun time learning to make pasta and tiramisu. Tommy was a friendly and funny teacher! The class was informative, well planned out, and the pasta turned out delicious!
I need to clarify it was MARCO that was a God and a master chef. He has enlightened an ignorant pasta making American into a legitimate master chef. MARCO is handsome hilarious master who taught us all the way of the Tiramisu 🥋
We had so much fun at this class.
