Golf Cart Tour Rome: Glide By Ancient Wonders & Hidden Gems

We booked this tour thinking our group of four would be on a golf cart with 2 other people making it a small group that is more personable. This tour had two golf carts with 14 people so was not as personal as we anticipated. The tour was described as a glide by tour to see things lit up at night with stops for photos and perhaps a stop to enjoy some drinks at a local establishment. Instead every stop was actually a stop with lots of details and information. Good tour if you’re looking for information instead of casual riding around to see the sights.

My mother and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with both the Golf Cart Tour and the Vatican Tour! It allows you to see so much of this beautiful city while truly enjoying every moment. My daughter (13yo) and I did golf cart tour. It was the best experience and the perfect way to see Rome. Vladimir was full of knowledge about the monuments we went to see. As we passed by other golf cart tours they didn’t seem to be getting all of the attention and information we did. It was a family trip in Rome with a 70-year old mother, 18-year old daughter and my sister. This tour with Vlada as a guide was a true experience of the great history, vivid stories and little secret gems of information and anecdotes. Vlada was full of great stories and information, told in a way interesting to all of us- not an easy task wit auch a diverse group:) Although there is a ton of things to see, a golf cart is a great way not to be too exhausting. We also had a Vatican Museums with Basiloca di San Pietro tour with Vlada and it was also interesting, and very often an eye-opening experience, inspire a solid knowledge of history and arr. Although I have already been in Rome, there were a lot of new information, new open sites and as always great impressions and emotions. Travel with Less Stress and Vlada were very adaptable to our group’s needs and tempo. Vlada as a guide is full of knowledge with a great sense of humor. It may seem at the first sight as a bit pricey, but when you calculate in all the expenses, fast track admission, but above all, the knowledge and stories, it is value for money. The golf cart tour with Vlada was an incredible experience! He showed us many hidden gems of Rome, with a lot of not only historical but also interesting information. We saw the Colosseum and the Forum from a different perspective, the sunset on the Orange Hill, walked the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain without the crowds! Vera and Ana helped us with finding accommodation in Rome, recommendations for restaurants and ice cream, as well as making dinner reservations at the restaurant. We did enjoy this tour. We had to cancel our bike tour due to a marathon in the city. There were some limitations as well on this tour due to the marathon. Since we only had this day available we took what we could get. Rome is a big city so definitely need a tour like this to see the city in its entirety.
