Our guide was awesome. He was informative. Very nice. And very accommodating. I would request and recommend him and this company.

Brief stop at the Pantheon, the best preserved ancient Roman building in the world. It still stands after 1900 years!
Drive through the historic city center and see Piazza Colonna with the magnificent Column of Marcus Aurelius, one of only 2 preserved triumphal columns in the city and is 1800 years old!
Stop at the Trevi Fountain and throw in a coin... or three! Possibly the most famous fountain in the world, after it appeared in Roman Holiday, the Trevi Fountain is designed by architect Nicolo Salvi its name derives from its predecessor Aqua Virgo, which was constructed by Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa in 19 BC.
Admire the famed Spanish Steps and Piazza di Spagna. The 138 steps were originally built to link the Spanish embassy to the Holy See at the base, to the church of Trinità dei Monti at the top.
Reach Piazza del Popolo the northern gateway of the city. This was the starting point of the Via Flaminia, the road to Ariminum (modern-day Rimini) and the most important route to the north.
Drive past the Mausoleum of Augustus. The Mausoleum of Augustus (Italian: Mausoleo di Augusto) is a large tomb built by the Roman Emperor Augustus in 28 BC on the Campus Martius in Rome, Italy.
Take in the magnificent Piazza Navona. Piazza Navona is built on the site of the Stadium of Domitian, built in the 1st century AD, and follows the form of the open space of the stadium. The ancient Romans went there to watch the agones ("games"), and hence it was known as "Circus Agonalis" ("competition arena"). It is believed that over time the name changed to in avone to navone and eventually to navona.
Drive through Rome's historic center cobblestone streets. The We will drive along via Giulia, a street of historical and architectural importance in Rome, which is about 1 kilometer long and connects the Regola and Ponte Rioni
See the ancient Roman temples of Largo di Torre Argentina. Between 1926 and 1929, the demolition of an old neighborhood within Via del Teatro Argentina, Via Florida, Via San Nicola de 'Cesarini, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II for the construction of new buildings, unexpectedly brought to light one of the most important archaeological sites of the city: a large paved square with the remains of four temples from the Republican era.
Brief Stop in front of the Campidoglio grand staircase. The first square to be built following Michelangelo’s criteria of a uniform design, in modern Rome, stands on Capitoline Hill (Capitolium), where a very ancient village was located and where numerous temples were dedicated to Roman gods.
Take in Piazza Venezia with the impressive monument to Victor Emmanuel II, known as the Altar of the Fatherland. The square takes its name from Palazzo Venezia, the 15th-century Palace built by Cardinal Pietro Barbo, then donated in 1560 by Pius IV to the Republic of Venice to make it the seat of the embassy.
Drive through the charming Monti Neighborhood. Rione Monti, Rome’s first ward (rione). The neighborhood for the cool and young, the old and vintage. For those who want a serving of cobblestone, antiques and artisans, with a side order of beauty, great food and some of the bars in Rome.

Great experience! The golf cart was very comfortable and we saw so many sites in a short amount of time. Excellent narration!
Our tour guide was fabulous! She spoke clearly and gave so much information. A great way to see the highlights in a few hours. Then you can pick where to go back for more in depth. Highly recommend
Absolutely amazing tour — hands down the BEST experience in Rome! 🇮🇹 Packed with fascinating facts, incredible information, adventure, and plenty of laughter. Fun, engaging, and unforgettable from start to finish! If you're visiting Rome, this is an absolute MUST-DO! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Driver was fun and informative. Rome at night was beautiful. It was a great start to our trip.
My in-laws landed in Rome early in morning and I thought a golf cart tour would be the perfect way for them to get their bearings without exhausting themselves after traveling. I found this highly rated tour on Viator and I am SO happy I booked it! We had the pleasure of riding with Professor Jason, who was an absolute delight! He was so much fun and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared tons of fascinating history about the city along with great local tips and recommendations to help us make the most of our time in Rome. The tour was smoothly run, easy to follow and such an enjoyable way to see the city. Professor Jason really made the experience special. I highly recommend this tour and if possible, request him as your guide! Thank you for such a lovely day!
We were so pleased with this experience! Exactly what was advertised and we wanted! The company was so forward thinking in concerns about the demonstrations planned in the city and rescheduled us for earlier in the day and it was very thoughtful and professionally handled. Our guide was fun, informative and gave the perfect amount of time at each location. The gelato stop at the end was delicious! If you want to see Rome in a fun way without stopping for hours at each location...do this!
First time in Rome: get the lay of the land with this tour. We went at 6pm and it was magical. Amber was our delightful guide. She was knowledgeable and entertaining (with jokes). The entire evening was so much fun! It was our first evening in Roma. We were exhausted from the flight and almost decided to go. But we dragged ourselves out. So glad we did!
This was a very fun night seeing Rome all lit up. The golf cart made the tour, and our tour guide was perfect! She knew her history and we learned a lot. We went on our first night in Rome and it was a perfect way to start our trip in Rome. The golf cart fits around small and narrow streets just fine! Loved seeing the Trevi Fountain at night. Not as crowded! The gelato was a great finale to our excursion.
Very knowledgeable guide had a great time! Lots of things to see and it was the perfect pace for an afternoon of sightseeing.
Wonderful way to get around Rome, especially when the crowds parted to let the golf cart pass. This one was the least expensive tour I found with 24 hours notice, it included a bottle of water and a gelato stop YUM! The driver was very skilled especially when people or cars cut him off! This is a great way to preview Rome attractions so you know which ones to come back to. I highly recommend this company!
Professor Jason was knowledgeable and gave a great tour! Nice into to Rome.
Enjoyed tour. Guide was very informative. Did have some trouble with the headset.
Many of the sites of Rome have buildings right next to them so car access or parking is almost impossible. Hop on-hop off busses cannot get very close to the sites either. The golf cart tours can get close which is really nice for a first time visitor like us.
Went in the early evening. To see the coliseum lit up was magical. Thursday guide was fun and very informative. Delightful experience!
Dino was a fabulous guide!! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and had a great sense of humor. Couldn’t have been better.
We had a great tour with Sabina- she provided wonderful insights and fun facts as we toured the city! She also provided great tips for the best vantage points to take photos as we stopped at each of the monuments. She clearly articulated the time in the meeting spot to ensure we stayed on schedule. It was a great way to visit the highlights and learn some of the detailed history and customs for example, the meaning behind the coins in Trevi fountain. I highly recommend this experience.
Amber is amazing, educational, filled with knowledge funny and so much life!!! We would book this tour again!!
Very knowledgeable guide, appreciated getting out of cart at some sites. Note- little/no signage on outside of pick up location. Difficult to find if you arrive before office is open.
Go at night it was great. The lines were small where we went and Amber was so much fun really informative and great personality.
We loved our tour! Our driver, Marco, was very knowledgeable and welcoming on our first trip to Rome. We would love to do it again!
I would recommend anyone who is first time in Rome to do a tour like this. Julianna? was excellent we were taken around on a golf cart (not much walking) and shown the main attractions and areas of interest. We did somethng similar in Budapest it helps identify what youu would like to spend more time looking at or doing. ie we went to the famous spanish steeps - okay its a baroque staircase - look at it maybe walk up it but 30 mins max then move on. Even though it was October it was still quite warm and the crowds quite substantial - if you like lots of personal space this town (Rome) isn't for you. If it is your first time to Rome - DEFINITELY start with this tour or equivalent.
Dr Jason was amazing! Knowledgeable and fun!
What an amazing and informative tour!! We are so glad we did this!! Amber our tour guide was so personable and informative!!! We got to see so much Rome history … and got amazing Rome Gelato!! Amber went above and beyond by giving us recommendations for some wonderful restaurants! Would highly recommend this tour!
Marcos and Samuel where really great. Polite and accommodating. We even got a good restaurant recommentation and a free artisanal ice cream cone.
Nice way to see different attractions and hear history of Rome. We had a great time and the gelato stop was delicious!
It was nice to have an easy way to get dropped off at some of the key spots around the city. But we didn’t stop at many places and drove right by some landmarks without stopping. I would prefer a longer tour with more stops and to eliminate the stop for gelato (although it was very good).
Excellent information! The driver was informative and funny, very helpful. Emjoyed the tour. Could not have done all this sightseeing in 1 day by ourselves. Sorry we were not able to go to the colosseum due to the protesters. That certainly was not the fault of the company. the driver really tried several diffrent ways. We did get to see a beautiful view from one of the seven hills above Rome!!!
Excellent tour, definitely recommend 👍
It was so much fun and informative! Loved the hop on and off with time for photos and wine/beer as well as gelato! Amber is a rock star. The whole team and experience is awesome!! Loved it!!
You get to see and do more. The guides stop to let you take pictures and stop at two shop to get wonderful treats.
Very informative, knowledgeable guide who knows the ins and outs of Rome. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour.
It was a little chaotic start and didn't get my water....but the level of knowledge combined with humor was fantastic. Amber and Mario are fantastic. I wish there was a way to call out tipping them...I was on the night tour and it was a chaotic departure and scattered making sure everyone got to where they needed to go that it slipped by me to do this. The golf cart tour is much more up close in personal. Way better tjem a hop on hop off. Also enjoyed the Gelato stop. Grazie Mile!
Sabina was a great tour guide and this is an amazing way to see the Rome highlights! This would be a great first day activity to orient yourself to the city and knock a few landmarks off the list. It was a great tour and totally worth the time and money!
Julia and Juliano were great tour guides, Julia was so informative and we learned a lot about beautiful Rome. We were given bottles of water and stopped for gelato which was also included. We enjoyed every minute of this tour! We would highly recommend.
We received a great tour. Samuel hit some of Rome's most interesting sites. He was a wealth of information.
This excursion was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip fun for everyone. Highly recommend this for everyone.
Excellent tour, gave us a great view of different places to later visit. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun to listen.
Professor Jason did an excellent job of showing the highlights of Rome with wonderful commentary at each stop. The ice cream stop was also a fun addition!
This was a perfect way to see some of the sites of Rome , rest your legs a little and all with some local knowledge and history on the way. Our particular guides /drivers were Professor Jason and Marco. Marco who grew up in Rome was able to answer all the questions we asked along the way. Marco was extremely personable and knowledgeable. The tour included a free gelato that was home made and delicious. This tour was a great introduction and gave us food for thought about which places we wanted to return to and revisit. We took the small group tour with other tourists which was a lovely way to interact and meet others too. Oct 26
While the tour was spectacular, we stepped out for a few minutes to grab a bite before , and one of their staff WALKED to us to what they described as a “great” place. It was tourist trap called Cafe Luzcano that was a rip off which reflects poorly on this tour provider and noted as a warning to others. A shame as the tour guide was awesome, ironically cautioning us along the way about “tourist traps” around Max Mara. Smh
Fabulous tour that took us through many historical sites we would not have been able to walk to in a couple of hours. Professionally run tour. Thankyou so much a real highlight of our holiday.
Traveling through Rome on a golf cart was an amazing experience! Leo was our guide and I highly recommend his services. He had so much knowledge about Rome and all of it's history. And seeing all the things we did in a single day was such a luxury. If you are wondering how to see everything Rome has to offer, this is the way to do it.
Great tour, very informative and NOT boring at all. Just long enough and delicious gelato. We loved it!!!!
Professor Jason and Marco were amazing and so knowledgeable and entertaining
This was a super great way to see Rome! Francesco our tour guide spoke English very clearly and was charming and funny as well as knowledgeable. We stopped at a number of famous sites and got off the golf cart for a short walk to have the best view of each landmark. To top it off, we stopped at a great gelato place for a complementary dish or cone of gelato.
Francesco was great. Learned a lot about not only the sites visited but also Roman history. Had enough time at each stop.
Our guide was great and shared lots of great information! I highly recommend doing this on day 1 of your trip since it’s a quick view of the sites so you know what you want to do.
Tour was very informative and professor jason and Marco kept trip interesting and fun. Both went above and beyond to make sure all sites were visited even with the rain and protest march. Best way to see Rome in my opinion
What a great way to get the lay of the land in Rome! Eugenia was a wonderful guide, and we got to see so many of the major tourist attractions and figure out exactly what we wanted to see some more of later in our trip. We highly recommend taking the store as soon as you get to Rome.
