From Rome To The Countryside: Private 3-hour Wine Tasting Tour

We paid $600 for 4 people. They wouldn’t let the kids taste the wine and didn’t offer it to the adults since we paid the same price for all 4 of us. There was a quick “walk” to the vines but never a tour of the winery. After we saw the vineyard we were brought to the dining room to taste 3 wines. Paired with bread/oil, then burrata, then cheeses with jelly. Not worth the price paid at all. After a quick tasting we asked for a glass of our favorite and were told the driver was ready. We left unsatisfied.

Overall a nice experience, the hotel pick up is nice, wine and snacks were all very good. That said, for the price, I’d expect more of a tour of the grounds and wine cellar. It was basically a 2 minute, here is where the wine is stored, now hop in your ride home. It could’ve been, like giving one more glass of whichever wine was your favorite to walk the cellar and the grounds a bit before heading out. That would have made it feel more worth the value. Overall, a great experience being so close to Italy but felt there could’ve been more showmanship alongside the amazing wine.

We had a wonderful time! Max, our personal driver, was phenomenal and prompt. Our 5 year old son loved Valentina as she did him. We were hesitant to take him on a wine tour but he had more fun than us! (And we really enjoyed ourselves)

Beautiful winery. Amazing wine and delicious light snacks. Very friendly staff. The drive to and from is very nice as well.

Magnificent venue. Roundtrip transportation was prompt and enjoyable. Vintner/owner was warm and gracious. There should’ve been more tasting wines, a second white for comparison purposes. Lovely day outside of Rome.

This was such a great experience. Luca was wonderful! Beautiful location. Our driver was prompt and the winery was great and the food pairings were awesome. Beautiful table setting. We got a whole glass of each wine instead of the usual couple of sips. The only thing that would have been better is if it lasted longer! It was a great way to end our trip to Rome.

Wonderful driver named Stefano, he made the ride very pleasant and enjoyable! Lorenzo the sommelier was so very nice as well, very knowledgeable and friendly, both made for a wonderful experience!

Amazing wine tasting and food pairing. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and friendly sharing his experience. Tour of the wine making area and showing of vineyard and all local produce made this a very worthwhile experience.

This was a very nice tour. Vinyard and olive groves were beautiful. Leon, our tour guide was knowledgeable and we learned a lot. The tasting samples were very vood and the olive oil was delicious! Our driver was awesome and gave us a lot of information along the way.

It was a lovely time. Nice relaxing car ride, beautiful winery, knowledgeable sommelier. The food/wine pairing was fantastic. You will love each wine! And the small plates that accompany it. This excursion was the highlight of my trip to Rome. Lots of “instagramable” photo ops too, dreamy little winery.

This experience was great from beginning to end. First they were very responsive to questions and the driver was in touch the morning of. This is a great option if you want to take a short day trip outside of Rome, but don't want to go too far. The winery was beautiful and you got to taste a good amount of wine, each paired with a snack. The person doing the tasting was very nice and very knowledgeable.
