Fiumicino Airport To Rome Hotel - Private Transfer Car Service

Excellent service! Our driver was very friendly and helpful, especially with the amount of luggage we had.!

Our driver was waiting for us with a smile took our luggage and got us promptly to our destination. The vehicle was immaculate and he was a great driver.

We were met at the airport by our driver and transported to our hotel in a safe, timely and reliable manner.

Very easy and smooth experience! Driver was there and no waiting time.

An excellent service! I cannot recommend this group any more highly. We were late arriving to Rome and not only did our driver George wait patiently beyond what was expected, he went out of his way to make sure that we were able to participate in plans that we otherwise would have missed.

Alex was a wonderful chauffeur. Communication was seamless from the moment we stepped off the plane, he was easy to find and was a gentleman with carrying luggage. Beautiful car, he told us local knowledge as we drove to our hotel. A very pleasant experience, we will book again!

They were waiting for us when we arrived even though our plane landed a bit esrly. There were 18 of us. All drivers were very professional! The ride thru the city to our hotel was awesome. So much history in the beautiful city of Rome!!

Excellent service. Alex was at our meeting location even earlier than anticipated. Very friendly and professional. Easy process. Proper communication. Overall, very satisfied with the service. I recommend 100%. Thank you.

Excellent pickup and drop‑off. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire trip. Pickup was right on time, and the driver was very professional.

George was an amazing driver. He had a great attitude, was very helpful, kind and gave so many recommendations. He made the process of communicating and meeting up very simple and smooth. He helped with all our bags as well. I would recommend George’s services to anyone visiting Rome.

Alex was waiting for us when we arrived. From assisting with our luggage to pointing out information about Rome.

Alexandru was great! Communicated with us upon arrival. Chatted with us about the recent positive changes in Rome since our last visit.

Very good rides from FCO to Rome and several hotel transfers. Emailed with Christina and she was very helpful. Alex was a great driver, clean car and professional. Will use again next time we are in Rome!

Highly recommend this service! George met us exactly where we were instructed, took our bags, and transported them back to the parking area. The entire process was incredibly easy, from booking online to the final drop-off. Everything was well organized, convenient, and hassle-free. I would definitely use this service again.

The driver was very familiar with the local roads and took an excellent route to get to Trastevere. You get to see the mixed use of land between the Fiumicino and Rome.

Wonderful driver and very nice car!!!!

Driving in and around Rome is not for the faint of heart but our driver was fantastic! This is a long trip and we have been in numerous vans that accommodate 6 people and lots of luggage and this was the most luxurious van of the trip! He was waiting for us at the limo/driver section with our name on a sign. Started communicating as soon as we landed and put me completely at ease that once we finished in baggage claim that we would have transportation and a driver waiting for us. Fantastic experience, perfect for large groups/families.

Vassile was a an excellent driver. He very clearly communicated where he would meet us, kept an eye for us and was ready to assist us as soon as he spotted us. He was very professional and kept a very clean van. He even assisted us in locating our Airbnb. I highly recommend Vassile and his company.

George was a fabulous driver! He loaded and unloaded our heavy luggage, offered us a beverage for the ride, played music that we requested, and was very nice. 10/10 recommend!

Our driver was waiting even though the line for border control took far longer than anticipated. He was friendly, professional and freaky went the extra mile ro make our experience exceptional.

Arriving with family (6 total) in Rome for first time and needed ride from airport to airbnb near Vatican. Cristina was courteous, efficient, and professional on the phone telling me exactly where to go and wait, and within 5 minutes Georgi greeted us and packed all of our bags in the car and got us on our way. Completely without a hitch. He also provided us with a few tips and places to see during our 8 day visit. could not have been happier

Our transport service from Rome airport to our hotel was outstanding. Due to extra time needed for new passport check-in and an issue with the airline losing a piece of luggage, we were significantly delayed at the airport. Despite this, George stayed in constant communication with us, was extremely patient, and waited for us without any problem. After a stressful arrival, it was such a relief to be greeted by a professional, friendly driver and enjoy a smooth, comfortable ride into Rome. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and the excellent service immediately put us at ease. We truly appreciated the kindness, reliability, and professionalism shown throughout the experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent service driver was waiting for us even though we were delayed by huge queues. Deposited us safely at our hotel.

George was great! Everything about the service was top notch. Will definitely use this service again.

Even though our plane was late, our driver waited 2 hours for us!! I am disabled and he was so helpful, which I appreciated so very much!!!

Communication was excellent. George was waiting for us at the airport. He was extremely helpful with the bags. He was a true professional and we enjoyed the drive from the airport to the hotel. Highly recommend the car service.

Fantastic service! If you are in need of transportation from the FCO airport to the Rome area hotels or BnBs, this is the company you will want to use. These folks are responsive with their messages, attentive, courteous, and overall true professionals. I knew they were different when we walked out of the airport secure area to the limo area and our driver (Mr V.) was using an iPad to display our names and was dressed in a suit and tie. What a professional operation! Worth every penny! These guys, from dispatch to continued realtime communications (even on the day of travel) are a level above the rest. Will continue to use them when in Rome and plan to pass the word to friends and family that might need a car service. They took away all the stress of getting from point A to point B… which was appreciated after a 10+ hour flight. Thank you again RLT….. you all are a class act!

Valentino was a great driver, spoke good English and gave me some essential tips to travelling around Roma. Great transfer company.

Excellent service from FCO to our hotel. Vehicle was immaculately clean. Driver was courteous and on time.

It was a pleasure riding with Alex. He gave us a little history of Rome on the way to our Hotel. We had to wait a little bit for him, it was no fault of his, but company was in contact with us the entire time. It was the airports. He is a great driver. Would recommend using this company. Got us to our hotel and we had good conversation along the way.

Alex was our driver and was amazing. We were in communication the entire time also. After the chaos at the airport which was no fault of his own. Was the airport’s fault. We were on our way and arrived safely at our Hotel. He gave us some interesting facts about Rome on our way…

The driver was patient and courteous. I would use this service again. We’re using them to take us back to the airport.

This was a very nice transfer from the Rome airport. My flight was delayed several times and they tracked my flight, text me with updated pick up times and we’re in communication with me from the time I landed till I made it outside. The coach was super nice and clean too.

Polite young man who waited for us and seems ly delivered us the our hotel.

From booking to pickup, the company was easy to communicate with. There was no questions on where to go to be picked up. Easy service, worth the money!

We used Rome Limo Transfer exclusively during our recent trip to Italy, both for pick-up and return from Fiumicino Airport to our hotel in Rome and during a longer excursion to the Amalfi Coast with a subsequent return to Rome. In all four cases, our driver was Vasile. We had a very good experience each time. Both the operator and Vasile were pleasant and easy to deal with. The operator was responsive and got back to me promptly with answers to the questions I had during the booking process and while we were traveling. Vasile was reliable, always on time and super helpful offering assistance with our bags and providing good insight about Italy and the areas we were visiting. Our motor transfers went very smoothly in each case removing a potential stress point from the trip making it easier to simply enjoy the visit. We would highly recommend Rome Limo Transfer, ask for Vasile!

We traveled from the airport to our hotel with Valentino. It was a wonderful experience for my wife and I. After our long flight we were both quite tired and Valentino just took care of everything. A very capable driver and more than happy to answer our many questions on the trip. 5 Stars from us , thank you Valentino 👍

Our first Viatour experience (transport). George was fantastic! What an ambassador for the service and city!!!

Alexandru was and excellent driver and tour guide. His love for the city of Rome was evident by his glowing reviews of several restaurants, tourist attractions, and coffee shops.

What a great stress free experience. Once we were through customs and baggage claim George was there holding our name. He was so helpful and pleasant. Since this was our first time in Rome he explained all the areas as we passed them on the way to our hotel.

George was fantastic. He picked us up on time and communicated with us immediately getting off the plane. He greeted us with an umbrella due the rain and our trip to the hotel was smooth and very pleasant. Would recommend this transfer service and ask for George!

George was fantastic. He contacted us just as we got off the plane, we knew exactly where to find him after coming out of customs. He finished with an umbrella because it was raining outside and took us right to the van. The ride was smooth and in no time we were at the hotel. Fantastic service!
