Our flight was late and luggage delayed, without Matteo's going above and beyond we would have missed our only chance to see the colosseum. His friendliness and professionalism are beyond compare.
Our experience was great! Instructions were clear, and our driver was exactly where he said he would be. Helped us with our luggage and we had a great ride into the city in his Mercedes. Great piece of mind being taken care of at the airport.
Easy pick up at the airport. Identified us with sign snd helped somewhat with luggage. Good driver but not very personable. Could have pointed out some more sites once reached Roma. Was helpful at the hotel drop off. Much better than taking public train to Roma Termini
Was wonderful from beginning to end. Daniel was the best
Mia Limo was easy to schedule and work with. I booked them to transport my group from the airport in Rome to our hotel and then from our hotel to the port in Civitavecchia. Daniel was our driver on both occasions. He communicated with me to let me know where to meet him and he helped us with our luggage. I would highly recommend Mia Limo for your transportation needs in the Rome area.
Highly recommend Mia Limo in Rome! Matteo (owner) and Daniele were amazing drivers. We highly recommend!
Mia Limo is the best, most reliable airport transfer / limo service in Roma! Service is fast and friendly. All of the drivers we had were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We will always and only use Mia Limo when in Roma!!
This is our second time using Mia Limo. It is a very professional shuttle service and they are always prompt and helpful with your luggage. We will use them the next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend their service.
Matteo was the owner/driver. Well dressed and met us after luggage pick up. Quick walk to parking area and off to Rome ,Door to door to our hotel. Would hire him again.
After a long day of flying, it was nice to have a driver waiting for us. He had our name on a sign and grabbed our bags and led us to the car (a very nice and clean Mercedes). He was a great driver and spoke some English to tell us about the sights as we drove into Rome. We used them again on our return trip to FCO from Rome at the end of our trip. Driver arrived early and was waiting for us. Highly recommend!
Matteo was wonderful to work with! I used several years ago and immediately contacted him again when I decided to return to Rome. I used him for both airport pickup and again to transfer to my cruise ship. He was so easy to work with especially as I needed some time changes because of flight changes etc. His cars are clean, modern and had water which was great after a 9-hour flight. His drivers were absolutely fantastic. If I could give him 10 stars I would!
Seamless transfer! Right on time at pick up and right on time to the port in Citavecchia! Our driver pointed out items of interest along the way.
Transfer company was great about staying in touch with me and keeping track of my flight activity. The driver was punctual and professional!
The instructions were exact! Very easy to find our driver and he was extremely helpful with my gf’s luggage! Marchello (I believe) was his name and he was an absolute GEM!!! Very highly recommended!
Driver was there waiting! Communicated very well on arrival, had waters in car and great driver. Best way to arrive in new country after a long flight.
Great experience. The driver was waiting at the designated pick up area earlier than expected taking the guesswork out of whether we were at the correct location. There was a small language barrier which became apparent during the tour but we made it work. We highly recommend this service.
The arrangements were easy. The ride into Rome was comfortable and the driver took an efficient route. He was not waiting in the area where everyone pours into to meet their rides. He called me and said his car was elsewhere. He made it to us around 15 minutes later and the three of us walked around 10 minutes to his car.
Five-star service from start to finish! We recently utilized Mia Limo multiple times during our extended stay in and around Rome, and they completely exceeded every expectation. Planning our itinerary was an absolute breeze thanks to Matteo, who made customizing our complex schedule effortless. Whether we were arranging airport transfers, coordinating a seamless pickup from the cruise port, or planning a special excursion down to Cassino and Lake Nemi, Matteo accommodated every request with absolute professionalism and prompt communication. Our experience was elevated entirely by our extraordinary driver, Roberto, who quickly became a dear friend to us. Roberto’s care, attention to detail, and deep local knowledge turned our custom day trips into unforgettable highlights of our travels. His warm demeanor, immaculate vehicle, and genuine hospitality made every journey comfortable and stress-free. Reliability is everything when you are traveling, and Mia Limo delivered 100% of the time. Every pickup and drop-off was executed with absolute punctuality, giving us total peace of mind throughout our entire vacation. If you need top-tier transportation or customized touring in Rome, look no further than Mia Limo. We cannot wait to book with them again! Scegliere Mia Limo ti renderà felicissimo!
Excellent Service! Our driver was waiting for use with a sign, It was extremely helpful with all the chaos. Professional, friendly and informative with info about Rome. Would highly recommend!
Excellent timing! Matteo was prompt and professional! We used this service multiple times last time as well! Highly recommended
I could not be more pleased with the service provided by this company! Our flight was delayed and we missed a connecting flight. I spoke with the company on the phone to alert them of this change and they were fantastic about coordinating with me to adjust the reservation to accommodate the new time, even on SUCH short notice! Our driver was punctual, very personable and kind, and the car was very clean! He even gave us some restaurant recommendations around our hotel!
We used Mia Limo for our airport transfer to our hotel in Rome. Our driver, Matteo, was super kind and communicative on where he would be waiting for us. On the ride to our hotel he gave us a lot of good tips for hanging out in Rome. Would definitely recommend using them, especially Matteo!
Was waiting for us perfectly. Mateo was awesome. Gave us great tips on where to eat as well. I would highly recommend this service.
The driver was friendly, pointed out landmarks and even gave up tips on th3 best restaurants to visit.
I had built in extra time for the pick up at the airport due to the unknown arrival immigration policies, but didn’t need it because we made it through the arrival process very quickly. Our driver was waiting at the pick up location early so there was no waiting. He was very pleasant in spite of the language barrier, showing us many important sites on the way to our hotel.
Nino waited three hours for us to start our delayed flights and delayed baggage. He texted us, kept in communication. Nino helped us with our bags and was very professional and efficient. We appreciate our expedited arrival to our hotel at 1 AM when our flight was supposed to arrive at 10pm.
Very professional and friendly driver, Alessandro. I have no complaints. We also took a 3 hour tour .
Excellent service, friendly driver very helpful took our luggage carried everything with a true gentleman was very helpful air-conditioned car very comfortable
I just want to take a moment to review the service. We use them for both the pick up/the arrival in Rome and also the return to the airport for departure. First of all the van was pristine, clean and new. It was a Mercedes-Benz. The driver, both times was on time actually, early and also very courteous and professional. We will use this service again in the future when flying into Rome. I greatly appreciate their communication. Look them up on WhatsApp and connect with them on there. They are MIA Limo. You can also make request and book with them using WhatsApp.
This was one of the best transfers I have had from the Rome Airport. The driver (Matteo) provided great instructions on how to find him after baggage claim and he was waiting for. He helped move all of our bags to the reserved van and off we went to our hotel. I am looking forward to booking this service again.
Communication and preparation are key to successful stress-free travel. Our drivers provided an excellent service. Professions with a friendly demeanor.
Mia Limo made our first trip to Italy so much easier. We were a party of five, and booking our first private transport online was quick and simple. The service was so good that first time that we ended up booking three more rides with them during our trip — airport, cruise terminal, and hotel transfers — and requested the same driver each time. The owner was great to communicate with, both through the booking portal and by text, and even called once just to confirm trip details. Our driver was always on time, dropped us as close to our destinations as possible, and called ahead to let us know exactly where he was. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Italy for the first time.
Such an easy experience to our hotel, this was our first time in Rome. We decided to use this private transfer, would absolutely recommend!
Matteo was excellent. Was a good way to unwind after a long flight. And knowing the trip was in comfort - during a hot summer in Europe
This was the best thing we did by having private transportation while in Italy. We used Mia Limo for four different trips and had two vehicles for each. The drivers were on time and friendly. The vehicles were spacious and clean. Setting up everything was smooth. If traveling to Rome I would highly recommend maybe a bit more money than a taxi but worth every penny!
One of my biggest worries about travelling overseas is transportation. The driver was on time and easily found in the airport. He helped with the luggage and was very respectful. I would schedule with them again
First time traveling to Rome. Prior to travel, vendor messaged several times through app with instructions getting around airport. Day of arrival again messaged where his driver would specifically be at once we cleared customs and gathered luggage. Used again with follow-up transportation later in our trip. Extremely good experience.
Driver advised where they would meet me for transfer. On time and friendly and polite and car was clean with AC
We had a great experience with Marcello. He was on time, very professional and was in the exact location he said he was going to be.
Antonio was excellent. He was helpful with our luggage, gave us history of the Roman Empire on our way to the hotel, and pointed out significant places along the way. He was prompt, and professional. Excellent service. Highly recommend!
The driver was on time and very friendly. He provided us with ice cold bottles of water. The van was perfectly clean and he got us to our location in a timely manner
Driver was very clear on instructions and kept checking in on our progress as we went through customs and border patrol. He helped with luggage and on the way provided information on Rome. Highly recommend!
Very nice and considerate. He got us to the hotel quickly and shared information about the location.
Roberto was very pleasant and friendly. He got us to our destination efficiently and safely. It was a smooth ride with good music.
Had a great time in Rome and driver stayed in contact with us it took much longer. He waited for us because airport was very busy.
Very professional and on time. The driver was welcoming and friendly. This was a great way to start off the trip. We also had a delay with our flight. Overall, friendly driver, very clean ride, on time and safe! Perfecto!
The ride was very comfortable and the driver was pleasant and informative about the historical sites as we drove.
Even though our flight got canceled and we had to change flights. We had no hiccups. They repsoned well and communicated well with all the chnages
Marcello was amazing. There when we received our luggage. Did not rush us at all. Maneuvered traffic with ease. Will use again for sure.
Professional and very courteous , my husband has a lot of medical issues and Daniela was so helpful 💟
