Easy Access Vatican Museum Group Tour

This was one of the best tours I have ever been on. I don't know if all of this company's. visits are as good as today's - this was my first time on one of their tours - but I have think we hit the jackpot. We saw the Vatican museum with a classicist! Brandon's deep understanding of Roman history was evident in every description, every observation, every recommendation. But it wasn't just his knowledge that impressed us. He was personable and funny, and managed to negotiate an unanticipated glitch in the tour with finesse and calm (we didn't even really know how unusual today was). My experience of seeing the Sistine Chapel in particular was transformed by the preparation he offered. Thank you!

Brendan was an incredible tour guide and made my experience of the Vatican a highlight of my trip. I learned SO much thanks to his art history expertise and his passion for the art on display. He also dealt with the logistics of the tour perfectly—he knew exactly when to program in breaks, when to linger in certain areas a little longer to prevent us from just standing in line, etc. I felt like I saw the highlights that everyone talks about but also saw cool stuff that I maybe otherwise would have skipped that ended up giving me context for things we saw later in the tour. The Vatican is massive and easily overwhelming and I am so glad I booked this tour with Brendan. Worth every penny!!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was interesting!

We were a family of three, two teenagers and one adult, and it was an outstanding tour! Well worth the money to skip the line, as well as have access to some exclusive passageways only available if you’re on a group tour (separate skip the line entrance to museum, smaller exit from Sistine chapel, direct access to St. Peter’s Basilica.) Our tour guide, Ursi, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and even took time out to help us when my daughter got sick on the tour. It was very crowded since it’s peak tour season, but he was efficient and moved us along while highlighting important things along the way. I would highly recommend this tour- it was a highlight of our trip!

Fantastic tour guide, initial meeting on the street corner with their representative was outstanding. He helped us out when our original tour operator cancelled on us. Highly recommend using this company, very professional and courteous.

Our guide was Patrick, and he was very knowledgeable very polite. My wife was mobility challenged and he saw to it that she was able tosee the entire museum, avoiding the steps.

We have taken several Through Eternity Tours while we have lived in Italy for the last year. All of these tours have been very good and delivered by knowledgable historians. Our most recent tour was promised a visit to the Raphael Rooms at the Vatican. However some problem with Through Eternity and the tour guide led to the guide skipping the Raphael Rooms. I tried unsuccessfully to get Through Eternity to address the issue. The tour we requested and paid for was more expensive than the one delivered. I have not heard back from the operator. In fact, my chat for that tour has been removed from the company's app. I think the problem with the tour was an unfortunate, unintended error of communication. But the lack of response from the operator is the real concern. We have been good customers of this company and this situation has left a bad taste. I have selected average for the lack of response.

This was a great tour! Our guide, Gracelyn, was excellent! She had such great enthusiasm and energy. My kids are college age. The entire family loved it. Highly recommend!!

Gracelyn was an amazing guide! I’ve never seen such a passionate and skilled storyteller, she pointed out the smallest of details that you could never notice going alone. Worth every penny, would definitely take a Through Eternity Tour again!!!

Roberta was so informative and guided us thru the crowds expertly. I did not expect such an indepth explanation of the history of the vatican and the paintings. Thoroughly enjoyed, greatful for prompt start, and would recommend to anyone. We took the 3 hour tour.

Fabulous tour through Vatican with Angela - amazingly knowledgeable about every aspect of the complex - museum areas as well as chapel and basilica -fairly strenuous tour - lots of stairs. Angela knew how to make the most of time with our small group, lead us to quieter areas so she could share history but always using her mic even as we walked among crowds to share info. 5 stars!

We had an amazing tour through the Vatican and Sistine Chapel! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the building and grounds, the marble and where each kind of marble originated. She explained about all of the artwork and the history while making it very interesting. She is so knowledgeable about the traditions and history. Nice size group to tour and see everything. Excellent and highly recommend!

Guide was great and extremely knowledgeable. Very commendable to be able to keep our interest non stop for almost 3 hours while navigating the sea of other tourists throughout and always finding the right spot to show us a special place or artifact. Regretted the dome visit wasn’t included, I hadn’t checked enough so my fault but would have been great to be able to finish with it.

Our guide was good but she complained all through the tour about the crowds and the fact that she was in there so often giving tours. I flew from Canada to hear my guide complain was disappointing. It was hard to hear her due to poor audio equipment. With the crowd noise it was pretty much impossible to hear her. You need to have noise canceling ear buds! We were way to rushed and was not able to enjoy the experience.

Maria Letizia was an amazing guide and Roman host. Our family took a private tour and learned so much about the history and art. We highly recommend!

Thomas was amazing. Spoke very clear English so we could understand what he was saying and joke around. You could also ask questions and he always had an answer. Went at a good pace and could tell when the kids were zoning out to take a break for a little to lock it back in. Bring water and good shoes because it gets really hot and saps the life out of you.
