Dream Tour Colosseum History Legends And Secrets (Semi-private)

Tour guide was a no show. We were 20 minutes early. Kept going up and down because the meeting location didn't specify which exit, upper or lower. Spent 50 euros getting there and back to the hotel. Would not give them 1 star, but the app makes you. WORST EVER.

We made a rookie mistake and waited until the day before to try to find Coliseum tickets, almost impossible. This was the lone tour I could find with availability. Communication was excellent and they offered to wait in line to get tickets for inside the coliseum as an additional add -on (we didn’t take them up on it but it was a nice gesture). Our tour guide, Nadia, was very knowledgeable and brought a binder of photos so we could see what the coliseum would have looked like in its prime. She kept us engaged and was very sweet. It was a little expensive but since it was last minute, we didn’t want to miss out. However, I would book again- this time adding the inside ticket.

Having had my tour cancelled last minute by Viator, Eduardo was a superstar and arranged a small group tour of the Colosseum at very short notice. He arrived early to queue for tickets for us and could not have been more helpful. Will definitely go straight to Eduardo to book tours when I return to Rome. Fantastic He saved our holiday!

The description of the Dream Tour Colosseum History Legends and Secrets (semi-private) indicated a tour of the Colosseum plus the Roman Forum and Paletine Hill. We got none of it. We were to meet our Dream Tour guide at 8:00 am while he in stood in line to get us entrance tickets to the Colosseum. We got tickets for 9:45 am which was great. Then we got a brief history of the area while we waited outside the Colosseum for our 9:30 entrance time. That was it. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Eduardo was very communicative in setting up the details of the tour, and Laura (our guide) was very knowledgeable about the colosseum, and the history of the area. Such an amazing site - not to be missed. Thank you!
