Discover Rome Highlights By Golf Cart Tour

After only two stops on the tour, my husband experienced a medical emergency. Our driver Valeria and guide Francesca were immediately responsive. Valeria called for an ambulance, so we were able to get my husband to a local hospital, where he spent two nights. He will need followup treatment at home, but we greatly appreciate Valeria's and Francesca's thoughtfulness. Also, thanks for the understanding and patience of the two other tour guests from Ottawa Canada--sorry your tour had a bit of unexpected "excitement!"

We had pierre as a tour guide. He was absolutely AMAZING. Extremely detail-oriented took his time and did not rush through anything and answered every question. He made the whole experience worth it! Thank you for a great afternoon.

We absolutely loved the golf cart tour! It was the perfect balance of walking and riding, allowing us to explore the city, take in the sights, and enjoy the experience without feeling exhausted. Claudio was a wonderful guide—fun, engaging, and lighthearted, which made the tour even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the city!

I signed up for a private golf tour for my family of 4. However, when we got there, we were on our own golf cart. However, we were with 3 other golf carts and 1 man who is giving the tour via a microphone. This man was challenging to understand, and it was continually cutting in & out as the carts were sometimes further away from each other. When we signed up for this tour, we thought it would be a person on the golf cart, giving us a personalized quick tour of the sites of Rome. We also paid more for a 10am tour, but they moved our time to 0930 and did not reimburse us the difference.

Beautiful tour you need to know that the post is not updated for the drop off area if you have plans afterwards. Drivers were great narrator did a good job. Communication was lacking until day before tour.

This was our first night in Rome and we thought it would be a great way to ‘get our bearings’ in and around the city - it did the trick and it was also fun and informative!

The golf cart tour in my opinion is the best way to get acquainted with Rome on the first day of arrival. Valerio and Omar were excellent guides and drivers. They provided us with a complete tour hitting all the main attractions and provided us with wonderful information about the sites visited. As an Added bonus they gave us even better tips and recommendations to help us enjoy our stay in Rome. I would highly recommend this tour based upon my experience with them. This was an amazing way to be able to see so many highlights of the city. Francesca is a very informative fun guide! Rome is such a historically rich city and it was fantastic to get to see you so much of it. The audio was lacking, which is why I did not give it five stars.

Tour was great. Accommodate our whole family including our 18month old and 6year old. The radio was on and off but could still hear the tour guide.

This was a wonderful experience. Sebastiano did a fantastic job guiding us through the history of Rome. The carts were very nice and the amplifier made it very easy to hear! Our driver Carlado was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fabulous time. Francesca and Alessio did such a great job. Alessio was our driver, and he was fun, he kept the vibe going, was really funny, snd he was very informative. Francesca knew her history inside and out, and she also protected us from potential pickpocketers. I would absolutely hands down recommend this tour to anyone who is new to Rome, and looking for a history lesson and a good time.

We had a large group of 14 people for the golf cart tour. We had 3 carts total. Francesca, our tour guide was very nice, funny and knowledgeable. All of the drivers were also friendly and fun. Francesca provided us all with headsets so we could hear her. We saw a lot of the major sites to see in Rome. Francesca also gave us tips for shopping and after the tour & took us to a place she shops often. It was great being in a golf cart for the tour. We could drive on narrow roads that a larger vehicle would not have fit on. It was very hot also, so moving in the golf cart provided a cool breeze. I would highly recommend this tour.

Giacomo (Jack), our guide and driver, was amazing! This is the BEST way to spend a day in Rome! We saw so much more than I had planned on my own, and he was so knowledgeable about the history, the Italian customs, and answered so many questions. I cannot think of anything I would change about our experience. Jack will always receive my recommendation! Thanks Jack for a great day!

This is a great way to see all of the historical locations in Rome. If you choose the group one - you are with 2-3 other golf carts. The drivers provide narration along the drive. At each stop you are met with a historical guide who gives detailed historical information and also takes great photos! Our guide and driver were both terrific.

Very intimate, personable and informative. We felt many of the true flavors of the city. Omar catered to our needs as well as to our preferences. It was truly a great time.

Claudio was a terrific guide. He was friendly, informative, always checking to ensure everyone was safe, comfortable and could hear him. A very nice, informative and humorous tour guide. He even took time after the tour to drive us around to try to find a good restaurant to have dinner in. He sent me a list of suggestions for our stay too. Perfect way of getting your bearings in the city and seeing all the highlights without having to walk miles. Jack was a fantastic guide, he was a local who knew the city extremely well, he showed us the city from some amazing panoramic views and stopped for gelato which the kids loved!

Jack is a fantastic guide! Knows the best locations, routes and views. Felt very safe and comfortable, and we greatly appreciated his local tips and historical background stories. Funny and amusing! And he is very considerate - stopping in shade, escorting us to fountains for refreshingly cold water on a sweltering day. Best way to see alot of Rome in a short amount of time and in the blazing heat. Andrea was amazing, passionate, and enthusiastic. Tons of info and extremely entertaining and enjoyable.

Angelo was incredible! The absolute best way to see your room, especially in the 90° weather. My kids loved it we saw everything! So informative!

This was a great way to relax and see the city highlights, especially after a long, overnight flight. Our guide, Claudio, was excellent and knowledgeable on the history of the city. He was great with the kids and gave us great recommendations for dinner and gelato based on our hotel location. Would highly recommend!

The golf cart tour was wonderful-- it gave us a low-stress opportunity to see the city and its attractions (and to take some pictures) without having to walk long distances or work out how to use public transportation on our first day. Our guide Valerio was super friendly and very patient with my 9 year old son's questions. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

1000% the way to see all of the sights, without the crowds, without the heat. The golf carts can go places that cars cannot. Gianmarco (Gianni) is the BEST! He made the kids feel comfortable and was informative without being the least bit boring. We all (ages 3, 13, 40’s and 60’s) had a great time and all loved Gianni!!

Great to see all the highlights of Rome with a knowledgeable tour guide! We were able to get close to all attractions with the golf cart that buses and cars couldn’t. Highly recommend!

This was such a fun way to see Rome in a short time period! We loved hearing our driver’s stories and insights! Pier was absolutely awesome and we left feeling like friends!

The operators was very nice and personable. It would’ve nice to have speakers or something as we were in the back and with the traffic it was hard to hear.

Administration did not communicate need for storage for a walker on the trip so be sure to call. Don’t just enter information online. Fortunately very kind hotel allowed us to leave it with them for the duration of the trip. The guide, Omar, could not have been more helpful. Tour was interesting and informative.

Angelo was our driver and tour guide. He very well versed and has explained in every detail. My father and I were able to experience Rome in a different perspective. What an absolutely great experience well worth the money if you want to see everything in a short period of time. Go early in the and the weather was beautiful and our tour guide was exceptional.

Wonderful, intimate experience that exceeded our expectations. We took this tour on the day that we arrived, and it felt indulgent to be easily and comfortably shown several top destinations from perfect viewing spots. What we didn’t expect and what felt like a bonus was 1) Giacomo’s warmth, energy, and local perspective; and 2) the special viewing spots that he took us to that we would have never seen on our own. We had more time than expected at each site, and he guided us down short paths that opened to beautiful views, sharing enough context so that we had a sense of the layers of history in front of us but also enough quiet and a few minutes to be together as a family for us to take it in. Our 14 and 10 year old daughters were wow-ed (their first time in Rome), and I appreciated how Giacomo naturally defined terms so that they would understand anything he shared. He also had answers to anything that we asked. Moving around in a golf cart with the ability to get off and walk a little felt like a great perspective on the city. Thank you for welcoming us.

Flaminia tailored the tour just for us and it was perfect! She moved it so we saw the colosseum and trevi fountain when the lights were on at night and it was perfect. She was great with my children and was so knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!!

What a fantastic way to see Rome! We booked a private tour around sunset and it did not disappoint. Wily, Maria and Gabriele helped us curate the perfect tour for a group who had a mix of people who visited before and have never been to Rome.
