This was truly one of the most special experiences of our trip to Italy. Getting to visit a winery that has been family-run for 12 generations made it feel so much more meaningful and personal. The breathtaking views, beautiful grounds, incredibly welcoming staff, and delicious wine and food pairings made the entire experience unforgettable. Our driver, Stefano, made the journey just as memorable. He was wonderful and shared so many fun facts about Rome, the countryside, and the area as we made our way to the winery in Frascati. His knowledge and personality added so much to the experience I know this is one of those places I’ll look back on and remember for years to come. I truly hope I get the chance to return someday. 🍷🇮🇹❤️

Worthwhile having private guide as made the trip to the winery very pleasant with engaging conversation to pass the rtrip time. Winery absolutely fantastic and winery guide explained everything and catered for all our needs. Wine tasting and accompanying light food tasting was a wonderful experience.

Stefano was amazing. He collected us directly from our hotel and kept us up to date on his movements. The drive was very comfortable and the winery was exquisite. Highly recommend Stefano and this tour.

We had an amazing time at this family-owned winery in the Frascati region just outside of Rome. Stefano, our driver, was fantastic and made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. Valentina, our host and sommelier, was awesome-super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tasting a lot of fun. The winery is beautiful, the wines were incredible, and the whole experience felt very personal. Definitely book the early time slot if you can—we had the place to ourselves, which made it even better. If you're looking for a great day in the Italian countryside, this is a must-do!

This was a nice break from the city for our group of friends. The taxi driver communicated well, picked us up on time, and pointed out sites of interest along the way. On arrival at the vineyard, we were given a brief explanation of the maker's history and processes. Then we headed inside for the tasting, which consisted of three wines (white, rosé, red) paired with bread and their olive oil, cheese and jellies. Afterward, we purchased a full bottle and walked around the grounds a bit to enjoy the views and breeze. Overall, a great experience that all of our group enjoyed and would recommend.

It was a beautiful afternoon away from the bustling city. The property was beautiful. I agree with other reviews that more time exploring the vineyards would have been lovely but we so enjoyed our time. We also bought a case of wine - strongly considered buying a row!

Felt super rushed - the winery estate was beautiful but it had other events and felt like we paid to go buy wine. $450 for 2.5 hours plus wine purchase was far too expensive. Driver was excellent , sommelier was excellent but it wasn’t enough to justify the pricing . Would recommend but should be maybe €90 max pp including driver

Punctual pick-up with knowledgeable guide, Patrick. Massimo did a great job of navigating heavy traffic by finding alternate routes. I highly recommend this company!

Handy as collected and dropped off at the vineyard. Small tour of the vineyard and then tasted the wines in the dining hall with small snacks to accompany.

Such a gorgeous location not far from Rome. Amazing experience with the tasting. Pairing each wine with delicious food was excellent bonus. Very nice and personable staff. Would highly recommend!

The wine was absolutely delicious. The winery was stunning and full of history but the tour was very simple and short. Was expecting to walk around the property a little more.

Our driver Stefano, was prompt , courteous and professional. He just knew what to say and when to say it. Anyone would be fortunate to have him. His command of the English language was impressive. So glad we used his services.

Absolutely fantastic! Everything about the experience was great. The pickup was wonderful and Max was full of great knowledge about the city. And then the owner of the vineyard was charming and Leo, the sommelier who handled the tour, was great. And on top of that the wine and olive oil and the food were actually outstanding. 10/10 we’d go back. We ordered a case of wine too!

Tour of winery/vineyard was short but very interesting. Lunch with wine tasting was beautiful and excellent. Family owned business and most of the family was there. Massimiliano, the driver, was very friendly, efficient, and pointed out sights along the way.

This was an excellent addition to our itinerary in Rome! Our private driver was very friendly and the car was spacious with AC (very much appreciated as it was fairly hot during our time in Italy). Once we arrived, we were given a tour of the vineyard and the gardens, followed by some incredible wine and snacks to accompany. Our host was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and overall we had an incredible experience! As we were on our honeymoon, we were able to order some wine to be shipped back to us in the U.S. that was plan to enjoy as an anniversary celebration in the years to come.

It is not a tour. You are driven straight to the vineyard. Expected much more for the price. The gentleman at the vineyard was very accommodating, but not worth the price. There wasn’t much wine to see or buy.

The location was very nice and the wine tasting room is beautiful. The only thing is there is no time to enjoy the outside. I would prefer if they add another hour to the activity so that you don’t feel rushed.

FANTASTIC! Our guy Luca (member of the family) was fun, informative and made it a joy! They accommodated my gluten-free diet with food I can’t believe it GF! The food paired with the wine was perfect and the olive oil was out of this world! So much so we joined the club and shipped both back home - can’t wait to share with our friends. If I had an a destination event to plan, this would definitely be one of my top choices… Just 30 minutes out of Rome.

Their wine is like nothing I’ve had in the states (where they’re able to add preservatives undisclosed) they accommodated my gluten-free diet with delicious bread I can’t believe was GF! And paired their wine with amazing dishes… Way beyond just a snack. Their wine and olive oil (they’ve been making for generations ) were out of this world, so much so we joined their club and shipped boxes of both home can’t wait to share with friends! If I had a destination event to plan, this would definitely be one of my top choices!… just a half hour out of Rome… a great way to experience great wine without having to drive far and spend the whole day!

An excellent three hour wine experience in which we learned a whole lot about the process, the grapes, the copy reside and the culture. The venue is gorgeous and Lorenzo was extremely knowledgeable. We give it a big thumbs up.

Great tour…if you’ve done everything in Rome, the I highly recommend this tour, as it gets you just out of Rome…the Service at Frascati is exceptional…. We tasted 3 wines paired with a small local side dish, bread or cheese…

Fantastic experience, delicious food and wine in a gorgeous Italian winery. Luca who gave us the tour and tasting, made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We truly had the best experience, it was the highlight of our trip to Rome!

Both Alberto (father) and Luca were great. Alberta showed us the vineyards while Luca gave us the taste testing. Luca then showed us the bottling system. Great wine and olive oil. Bought a case of each having them shipped home. Highly recommend!

The wine and olive oil is superb. The hospitality at the vineyard is perfecto. Eleanora the somalier is highly educated about the wine and a very down to earth person. We felt welcome the moment we arrived at the vineyard. The surroundings are the true definition of Italia ! The pairing of the food with the wines and olive oil showed great thought. We would return to this excursion and location in the future The driver Patrick was very knowledgeable about Italy and provided good information regarding daily life. To visit a winery owned by the same family for over 300 years is an exceptional experience. This was a private tour not to be missed.

The overall experience was lovely, we received a private car service straight from our hotel’s front door and the drive up was very nice. The vineyard is beautiful, the wine tasting room itself was lovely, and the food and wine were both really enjoyable. The highlight of the experience was definitely our guide Eleanora, who was extremely enthusiastic, knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. Only reason I wouldn’t give this 5 stars is that the experience was shorter than expected, excluding travel time it was only 1.5 hours, so that should be considered when booking. It would have been great to spend a little longer and maybe have a tour of the vineyard whilst there, as it is a very picturesque place with a lot of history.

Very nice escaping the tourist trap. I would say it was not rushed and the winery staff and professional driver was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. If you ever find you have a few hours to burn. Go taste the wines and unique foods presented with them.

wonderful experience at a local family winery. the son of the original owner told us about the region and the vineyard and then we sat down at a lovely table setting to enjoy a white, rose and red with their house made olive oil and toasted bread, tomato salad and some local sheep cheeses. pick up was door to door. highly recommend!

Great tour!! This was far and away the best tour we could've booked. We learned so much about historical sites that we passed to and from the vineyard from our driver... very personable and knowledgeable. Once at the vineyard the owners son(who will take over the vineyard in the future) gave us a very detailed tour of all that goes in to making what was an amazing array of wines. The overall tour was top notch and i want to thank all of them for providing such a great experience. I wish we could've stayed out there all day...such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend the afternoon.

Terrible terrible experience. Was booked for a Saturday. Had a major delay in flight so i was offered to have the event on a Sunday instead. Plan was for driver to pick us up from hotel at 9.40am. Driver never showed up. The person i was communicating with told me he'd be there in 5 mins. Basically we didnt make the event. I got a total refund, but that's beside the point. We went to Rome specifically for this experience!. Terrible. Disappointed to say the least.

We had a great time visiting the wine region of Rome. Something different that you can’t get from a wine tasting in the city. Experience was great, and would highly recommend!
