Excellent value for the money! So much fun. The venue was wonderful and Maria, the chef, was amazing. Would highly recommend this activity. Very well organized and so much fun to eat what we had made!

This was an amazing cooking class. From the time you enter the restaurant to the time you leave, the customer service was great. Maximo was an excellent instructor that taught well but also made us laugh. He made the instructions very clear for each student and we had a class with a wide age range. I’ve been raving about the class to everyone. I’m a flight attendant and I’ve been telling all of my colleagues. The little surprise at the end was the cherry on top! 10/10 I highly recommend!
We had a great experience! We got welcomed in and ushered downstairs with the rest of the group where we met our leader. I’m forgetting his name but he was super funny and made us all feel welcome. We started first with the tiramisu which was a group effort. His instructions for that were clear and easy to follow. That first portion of the class really set the tone for the rest of the class. As we started making pasta our leader was cracking jokes left and right while also walking around making sure our pasta was coming along. I think towards the end of the class when we were cutting the pasta it became a bit rushed because I started missing some of the instructions being said. But all in all, very easy to follow and a fun activity to do with my mother and nephew. After we made our pasta, we were ushered back upstairs to dining tables where we recieved our preselected beverages and then our pastas were brought out. After the pasta, our tiramisu was brought out and we were offered a shot of limoncello as well. Once we finished the dessert, we were offered to buy a bottle of limoncello. Generally I hate when experiences try to upsell you with something else so my first reaction was annoyance. However, I did end up buying the bottle because I wanted to bring back limoncello as a a souvenir either way. Highly recommend this great experience if traveling with older parents or teenagers.
It was a great experience I highly recommend!
Chef Paola was great and the staff was awesome . Family cooking experience was great for the family
Lucas was amazing and me and my daughter had so much fun learning to cook together while having fun and lots of giggles were shared.
Daniela was amazing! This is my second time doing the class but first time with her. She did a great job explaining in English and Spanish for the group so everyone understood in their preferred language, very impressive! It’s such a fun experience that everyone should try! The food and drinks are delicious! I recommend a class around 10:15 or 3 so that it aligns more with a time of day to eat. We did 10:15 and had a magnificent lunch from the class! Grazie for the wonderful time!
Maria was amazing! We all enjoyed the class so much and the food was so delicious!! Everyone in our group had the best time
This was a fantastic experience. Our chef was very light hearted and funny. She made sure to interact with all the participants. The fettuccine and tiramisu were delicious. The group size was small and very personable. I wouldn’t recommend this class for anyone under 10 yrs old but it is a great family activity.
The chef was engaging and included everyone in the entire process. He made making pasta fun! Beginners to experienced cooks will love this
This was so much fun and delicious! Would definitely recommend. It was fun to interact with other people and the cooks who taught us made it.
Learning to make pasta in this fun environment with Mossimo was comfortable and easy! We also made tiramisu and then got to eat our creations.
Everyone was great to cook with Tim and Andrea our hosts. Fun and tasty. Pasta was fresh with our choice of sauce.
Good fun, good atmosphere, friendly. Gabrielle and Tim were excellent hosts for our group. Good value. We would recommend to others.
Great fun! The instructor and assistants manage to strike an ideal balance between being thorough teaching the stuff and creating a laid back environment. Kids loved it and have already demanded to repeat the recipes on their own when we get back home.
The chef was great, the format is terrible. Watched out of control toddler and young children lick everything….end then found out we had to eat the dinner that they prepared, not our own. Tiramisu was great and individual. Also, there were three sauce options and the table consensus was the pesto was good….not the tomato or Alfredo. Of the five of us, three dinners were inedible. We left the restaurant hungry. The only reason i gave it two stars is that we did learn how to prep tiramisu and noodles.
Massismo was fantastic and greatly exceeded our expectations. The whole experience was well worth it and we really enjoyed ourselves! I recommend this for families or others visiting Rome 5*.
Really fun activity to do in Rome, boss experience to get out of your comfort zone and meet new people. Was really good and shout out to Lucas was really fun and glad to meet him was excellent chef.
I was happy to learn how to make pasta. Or at least fettucine pasta. The instructor was a bit much at times, to the point where I thought I might have been on an episode of the Bear. LOL. She just seemed moody and not tolerant of some people who are apprehensive in the kitchen. I'm sure many didn't want to make any mistakes to not be called out, and there are also those who have slight attention or learning difficulties. One girl, of about twenty, seemed to be called out by the Chef Queen for not catching on some things. I am aware of Latin temperament (I have Latin family) and impatience, but for a fun class it shouldn't be drenched in sarcasm. The other disappointment was that I was under the impression we would learn how to make the sauce along with the pasta, and Tiramisu. Tiramisu isn't difficult to make, and something I would have substituted to learn pasta. I just pictured a group setting where we would have all ate at a large table in the end. Not the case. Also, the pasta we ate later with the sauce was served at the table, and the Alfredo sauce was very lacking in flavor. I've made better and creamier at home.
Class was so much fun! Making pasta is definitely a lot of work, but the food and the experience were absolutely amazing. What could have been a very stressful evening (for reasons unrelated to the class) ended up being perfect—thanks entirely to the class and their wonderful staff. One couple in our group of seven had their luggage delayed by the airline, and of course it was expected to arrive at the Airbnb right as the class was starting. One of them stayed back to receive it while the other came with us, but once we arrived, we realized she had no cell service inside the restaurant to get updates from the delivery company. The restaurant could not have been more understanding. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing the five of us to participate while she stepped out as needed. They even let us make tiramisu for the couple so they would still have theirs at dinner. She made it back in time for the pasta portion, and the instructor was so kind—making sure she had a great experience despite the distraction. The person who stayed behind ended up arriving just in time for dinner, and we were all so grateful for how the restaurant handled everything. A situation that could have felt overwhelming instead turned into a wonderful night. We got to sit down together—our whole family—with a glass of wine, amazing pasta and tiramisu, and just laugh, eat, and make memories we’ll never forget.
Such a fun experience. The instructor was lovely, and the food we made was absolutely delicious. It makes me want to do more cooking classes in Rome!
The restaurant where this class is held is a bit hard to find, but the whole experience was worth it. The chef-teacher and assistant were very helpful and friendly and the group in the class formed a group camaraderie as we made the pasta and tiramisu together. Enjoying the fruits of our labor at dinner was a most enjoyable experience.
Chef Paulo was amazing! It was an overall great experience! Everyone had a great time and the pasta and tiramisu was delicious!
It was an excellent experience! The food turned out perfect and the staff was very polite and fun! Definitely recommend!
Excellent culinary experience. We learned a lot more than we expected to. Wonderful hosts and amazing teachings. Lunch afterwards with new friends.
Great class for the whole family! The sweet instructor gave simple instructions and was helping whoever needed help. Simple to follow recipes and friendly staff
I’m a solo traveler from New York, and this was my first time in Italy. Unfortunately, I got lost trying to find the class and didn’t realize it was being held at a restaurant the booking details weren’t very clear. I messaged the owner for help, but by the time I got a response, I gave up and left. The owner refused a refund because others made it, but I don’t think my situation was understood. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of support, especially as a first-time visitor navigating alone.
We had so much fun at this class! The cook took the time to remember each of our names and paid attention to all of our work. The tiramisu was the icing on top of this experience! We can’t wait to introduce the recipe to our families back at home!
It was a lot of fun. My whole family enjoyed making Tiramisu and pasta. The food came out delicious.
What a great experience..our instructor was amazing and so knowledgeable on everything in the area as well as the cooking. She was so friendly and fun. We made amazing fettuccine and tiramisu. Followed by a sit down dinner with wine and lemonchello. The only thing I would recommend is some kind of sign for the cooking class outside the building. We walked by like 5 times before finding it. Would highly recommend.
My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! The staff is so friendly and comes by to help everyone individually and give you tips, as well as explaining every step! The pasta turned out delicious, and the tiramisu we made was perfect! You even get the recipes afterwards!! We also got the chance to chat with the lovely guests in our group around the dinner table while we waited for our pasta! Thank you!❤️
We had a fantastic time learning how to make Tiramisu and Fettuccine with Irene! She broke down the steps into easy-to-follow instructions, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Irene was there to help whenever needed, creating a low-stress, welcoming environment. The best part? There was plenty of delicious food and drinks to enjoy. As a lovely extra touch, a personalized bottle of Limoncello was offered for purchase at the end — a perfect way to cap off the night. Highly recommend Irene’s class for anyone looking for a fun and relaxed cooking experience!
My daughter and I took this class. It was a memorableexperience. We had so much Thank you Chef Paolo!
A decent class for those who are new to Italian cooking. This is a well organized class teaching u the basics of tiramisu and pasta. Just as advertised. The quality of the product was reasonable but not great. If u are expecting a great meal or are an advanced cook, this is not for u.
Perfect class! We attended as a family of 4 with 2 daughters ages 12 and 15 - it was fun for everyone! Chef Paolo was amazing! Perfect amount of time and skill level! Our entire family recommends this experience!
The experience was great! My 10 and 13 year old loved the activity and it was a nice break from the museums. I would highly recommend this class and it is great for all ages.
Such an amazing experience! Staff was great! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful experience
HIghly recommend! A great way to interact with locals, while learning some key point about making pasta. They make it fun, entertaining and educational. The meal is simple and delicious. The rooftop was an intemate setting. A great way to begin or your Italian holiday. These young chefs are they "Nonas" of our future. Grazie!
Fun experience making pasta noodles and tiramisu. The noodles were cooked as a group along with the sauce, so you aren’t eating the just the noodles you made. The chef made the sauce. There was wine tasting and limoncello. The chef was funny and entertaining. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to others!
Had a lovely time, was a very experienced chef and the food/wine was delicious! Very lovely staff and met some wonderful people :)
A great, relaxed way to learn pasta making with other visitors.added bonus making tiramisu too. Then getting to eat it all with others in the group.
Cute experience but far from the highlight of our wonderful trip to Rome! Consider another option-there are plenty of things to see and do in Rome!
we had a really fun time and enjoyed learning about pasta making in stress free enjoyable way. Our teacher was friendly and engaging and provided useful tips, limoncello was delicious
We had the best time learning how to make pasta and tiramisu in Rome, Italy. The teacher was wonderful and very encouraging. And the food was yummy! What a great way to finish an incredible Italy trip!
We had a fun time at this class, learning to make pasta and tiramisu from scratch. Then we got to enjoy the fruits of our labor - delicious!
It’s affordable, great fun, educational, and highly recommended. Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious!
It was fun. Great interaction good food. Great teacher. We had a great group that did it all together
This was a perfect, engaging family event with elementary school kids. The chef delightfully led our preparation of tiramisu and fettuccini, including bringing in the kids to whisk and mix. Beyond the food prep itself, the chef was playfully educational regarding how salt, sugar, eggs, flour and other ingredients all interact to add flavor while also serving as natural preservatives. As well, we learned what a 'work out' it is to make fresh pasta as you convert eggs and flour into pasta dough! Lastly, we ate our food with our group, which was lots of fun as well meeting fellow vacationers.
This class was great! Ricardo is a wonderful host and made the class personable and enjoyable. I would take all over again just because he makes it so fun. 10/10 enjoyable!
Thoughtful instruction and constant encouragement!!! Created a fun and interesting experience. Individual questions were encouraged.
