Come and cook with us! We'll show you how to turn a simple egg and a handful of flour into perfect pasta using only your hands. Special and inevitable ingredients for us: fresh ingredients, love and passion for good food. You will know the dish and the history of the most famous dish of Italian cuisine, and all the forms in which it can be presented. In the heart of the center of Rome in one of our restaurants, we will guide you step by step teaching the simplest and oldest technique of one of the most famous culinary traditions in the world, which you can then repeat when you return home! Maria was awesome and taught us in a very fun yet informative manner in making pasta and dessert. The class was fun and left us all with fond memories of watching our mothers and grand mothers cook. Highly recommended for all age groups.

The class takes place in a charming, atmospheric wine cellar space that made it feel even more authentically Roman. Daniella and Myo clearly know their stuff, but they also know how to make everyone feel comfortable and included. We learned a lot without it ever feeling like a “lesson” — it was just pure fun. Loved our class with Chef Paolo! The venue itself felt incredibly authentic, and it was right by the Spanish Steps. Our Chef was fluent in English and had a great sense of humor, which made the class that much better. The food turned out amazing, and the tiramisu was definitely the best I've had on this trip... and I've tried many! We also received a little certificate at the end. I still follow his recipe after returning to the States.
The class was very interactive and entertaining. we have two teenagers that were engaged and smiling the entire time. the instructor Lucas was very outgoing and did a fantastic job of teaching, humoring and retaining our attention. This class was the highlight of our 10 day trip to europe.
The BEST experience I’ve ever had. HIGHLY recommend this class. We brought our children along - ages 9, 8, and 6 and we all agreed it was the best time. SO MUCH FUN! We spent 4 days in Rome and decided to extend one day and have a nice romantic/fun cooking night. The staff was outstanding so kind and friendly, very loving, and made us feel right at home. We book through Airbnb and had an easy arrival. This is a time we will remember forever being in Rome! mixed feelings about this. Make sure to go as a big group, so it‘s not possible for many others to join. we had a group which ruined our experience. music had to be turned down for some guests- which is really annoying if you‘re looking to have fun. only one glass of wine included for the meal itself while eating- not during the cooking class. everything additional has to be paid. the worst part is: you don‘t even get to eat your own self made pasta! they collect all of it, cook it and serve it by coincidence. really sad! cause that is the whole point of it actually. I‘m really dissapointed from this experience. the guide was lovely and tried improving our mood- but it didn‘t work too well. think twice before booking!
Well.. i can‘t think of anything nice to say. we had a group with two elderly people from a group of maybe 10 and we had to shut the music down. i mean in the description they say it‘s with music so the whole vibe was off. secondly, we couldn‘t even eat the pasta we made ourselves. if we knew that we wouldn‘t have booked the class in the first place. ps: 10€ for a tequila is just a big joke.
