Amazing experience learning to cook with Chef Alessandro!! Honestly better tasting than a lot of the restaurants we had gone to, and we made most of it ourselves! The experience is everything we ever wanted out of a cooking class, plus more!! The kitchen was super spacious

Such a fun and memorable cooking experience! We did the 10am class and had the best time. The atmosphere was lively and upbeat, the wine was flowing, and the small, intimate group made the whole experience feel really personal. Ian (the chef) is so lovely and personable. A brilliant way to spend a morning and something I’d highly recommend!

Chef Marco was amazing! This was one of my favorite experiences so far in Italy after covering Milano, Firenze, and Rome. The best pizza I ate in Italy was the one I made myself in this class! Can’t wait to replicate this when I get home. Marco and Ina made our experience unforgettable and so will cherish this moment with my wife forever!!!! The greatest gift is the everlasting kind.
We booked a cooking class with Enjoy Cooking as a family of four, and it was a real highlight of our trip. The event was well coordinated, and Chef Alessandro’s helper kept the transitions between activities running smoothly. There was plenty of hands-on participation as we made spinach ravioli, pizza, and gelato. Chef Alessandro was a great host and made sure everyone in our family had a chance to get involved. It was fun to learn about Italian cooking traditions and the ingredients in more depth. The food ended up being the best meal we had in Rome. For families considering it, they are very accommodating with allergies, and we also found it's a great experience even if you don't drink alcohol. We were also glad our hotel was nearby so we could easily bring the leftovers—including the gelato—back with us. Recommended if you are looking for a cooking class in Rome.

Alessandro and his crew were amazing! He gave clear instructions to walk us through the steps, kept the wine and snacks flowing and gave good cultural details on why and how food was made the way it is. We did the pizza, pasta AND tiramisu and it was all amazing. Hoping to use the recipes to try at home!

Marco was fantastic! He told us stories, was funny and gave us all the information of why things are done the way they are. Told us what the difference was between fresh and processed. We got to eat what we made and it was so good, so good that it’s gonna make us question every chief at a restaurant :) he took a polaroid of us that we got at the end of class along with the recipes and certificates! we really enjoyed the class and would highly recommend!
Alessandro our instructor was amazing! Very informative and efficient. The class shows that you can make a really great meal by using top quality ingredients but still using very simple core techniques. The timing was perfect for having a meal after a day of cooking. The gelato was a wonderful bonus
It was a phenomenal time and my family had so fun! It was their first time taking a cooking class and they enjoyed the entire process. From forming the dough to the best part of eating it. The gelato we made was top notch. I would definitely do this again when I come to Rome and bring friends.
This was an incredible time! You got to hand make your own pasta, pizza, and gelato! Alessandro was such a fun host and we learned so much. The best part is at the end you get to enjoy all the amazing food you made and it is DELICIOUS! It’s a must while you are in town.

We had a great time making pasta, pizza and Gelato. We had 3 different flavors of gelato. We got to choose our own toppings for each pizza. Our instructor, Alessandro, was awesome.

First off I want to say that this was far and above the best cooking class I have ever been to. And I have been to a lot of cooking classes! The whole experience was just amazing. The kitchen was very clean and the way they had the place decorated and set up for class was really beautiful. Marco, the chef, was so friendly and kind and you can really tell he loves his career choice. Daniel, who was apart of the customer service experience team was apart of the class and he really made the class so much fun! Between him and Marco, they were just a joy to cook with! And then there was Rasheed! Rasheed doesn’t talk much, but he was the man behind the curtain who helped make this class run so smoothly by keeping the areas cleaned as we moved from room to room, ready to bring us more drinks or take our plates. But the food? Oh my god the food was exquisite! Hands down best food I have had in Italy thus far. We made pizza, ravioli, and gelato and sorbet. My husband has several dietary restrictions and hasn’t had pasta in 7 years. Once we told Daniel that he couldn’t have the pasta, they got right to work making him his own pasta, and I got to see my man eat pasta for the first time in 7 years. 7 years you guys!!! Pasta was his favorite meal before his restrictions began, so thank you thank you thank you Daniel and Marco for making this a memory we will never forget! I already ordered all of the pasta making tools we need to continue making these glorious dishes at home ❤️
