Itinerary
The picturesque sightseeing tour begins with a visit to the most impressive monument of Ancient Rome - the Colosseum. Originally known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, it remains the largest amphitheater in the world. A symbol of the Eternal City, the Colosseum inspires and awes, affirming the greatness and splendor of Ancient Rome.
The next stop is the Roman Forum, a valley which rests between the Palatine Hill and Capitoline Hill. The Forum signified the political, religious and commercial center of the city and it is here, lying between glorious temples and arches that Julius Caesar’s body lays in an altar which can still be visited today. A must-see in Rome.
We leave the ancient world and continue to Piazza Venezia, where you will admire the Altare della Patria – one of the most amazing monuments and sights to visit in Rome
our Rome itinerary would not be complete without a visit to the Trevi Fountain. The largest and most famous fountain in Rome, the recently restored Trevi Fountain is brighter and more beautiful than ever before.
Our walking tour continues through the characteristically narrow Roman streets to the square of Santa Maria della Rotonda, home of the Pantheon – whose famous perforated dome still remains the largest and most significant one ever built.
The best of Rome sightseeing tour concludes with a visit to Piazza Navona- a square made famous by its three fountains by Bernini and extremely interesting anecdotes, which our guides will enthusiastically share with you.

Marco was awsome and very knowledgeable! We went during the heatwave and he always let us have shade and water!
Marco was a very good guide and gave us detailed explanations of different history of the forum and collesuem. Would recommend.
Marco fue muy buenos excellent ! He shared all history with details in an entertaining way. Clear and concise . He showed us everything until the end and advise the best pictures spots ! Me encantó !
Tour guide was informative and friendly. He covered all we needed to know despite there being so much to see and learn. We enjoyed it.
Our guide nameMarco was very detailed about the tour and gave us knowledge about all the sites, highly recommend your, it is like 2.5 hours so make sure to wear good walking shoes
Amazing tour with Marco!! He is very knowledgable and patience. He knows a lot give you good advice. We visited the pakatinum,
Arrived 20 minutes early for our tour. Waiting in line for our ticket collection. Sent outside to meet the tour guide Name not on the list. Sent back inside. After being sent back and forth. Waiting more than 40 minutes. We could not have our names found on any list. Despite having the booking and confirmation. Almost 1 hour after the tour departed without us. It was finally discovered that our tour “English guided” was cancelled and we weren’t notified. What’s the solution. Contact the tour operated for a refund because they are on the contractor and can’t help any further. Just avoid these guys and find another company to get it done.
Tour with Maribel, it was amazing, she explained everything, so good. Tour included Colosseum with the arena floor, Roman Forum, Navona and Pantheon
ARRIVED AT INCREDIBLY CROWDED COLISEUM. WALKED AROUND LOOKING FOR THE CORRECT TOUR PROVIDER FOR 35 MINUTES. THERE WERE AT LEAST 50 TOURS GOING AT 11AM. WHEN I FINALLY FOUND THEM, I WAS LATE AND THEY SAID MY TOUR HAD JUST GONE IN. MY 4 TICKETS GONE. £234 GONE. THEY PROVIDED ME A SCAN OF MY TICKET TO GO AROUND ON SELF TOUR BUTAGTER WAITING IN 3 QUES, DENIED ACCESS AS TGE TOUR HAD SCANNED THE TICKET. QUITE UNHELPFUL.
We took a tour with Enjoy Rome at the Colosseum and we had amazing experience. The tour guide was very clear and thorough. We recommend this tour for all who visits the Roman forum and the Colosseum.
UNFORTUNATELY I BOOKED FOR COLOSSEUM TODAY AND DIDN'T SEE ANYONE WHERE I WAs TOLD TO GO AND LOST $80 EURO AFTER GETTING BACK TO MY HOTEL I TEXTED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND THE RESPOND WAS NOTHING CAN BE DONE AND WE WASTED OUR TIME AND MONEY VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER ALL WE BOOKED HERE BEFORE I AM VERY UPSET WE COULDN'T FIND ANYONE AND SPEND TIME AND MONEY NEVER AGAIN WOULD I COME BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS TOUR GUIDE COMPANY I WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS ONCE AGAIN WE FELT HUSTLED BY THIS COMPANY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR MONEY
What an excellent tour! The guide Laura Antonuca was superb. Her knowledge was brilliant, her humour and personality made the day. Definitely go with them again.
They changed my ticket from one day to the next without giving more information, there was no refund, they treated us in a very rude way and the only thing they could tell us "it can't be refunded because they already validated their tickets in the morning" unfortunately it seems that it is not the first time that the tickets are oversween since in different reviews you can see how many complain about the schedule changes, where to place them and above all the terrible treatment they give you as a tourist, to end the tour it cost us a total of €200, where at the main entrance that by the way we had to pay for new tickets because they didn't return a single euro, they cost us €85 for everyone, since we are a group of 6 people. The only thing I can say is that it's embarrassing and disappointing as a tourist to live this when you come from far away and dare to steal because that's what they do to you
Our guide Laura Antonucci was amazing, friendly and so knowledgeable!! She told us very interesting anecdotes and great jokes. I will give her a 10/10 for the amazing experience
Francesco (spelling may be wrong) was a fantastic guide and host. Really knew his stuff, passionate, a gracious host, and very friendly. An awesome tour of the Colosseum and interesting history learned.
Lia was an amazing guide! The tour was fun, interesting and you could really feel like you're back in the history thank to Lia.
The guide Lia Caso is perfect and so friendly. She made the tour so interesting.Highly recommended and worth the money paid
The tour was great very engaging and fun. I learnt loads from it. Our tour guide Laura was excellent and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Talking about colosseum and the temples in the forum. There was so much information and it felt very antique.
The best! Marcius, our guide was most informative, entertaining and conscious of everyone’s individual needs, it’s a lot of walking and time constraints were critical but he kept us in check and happy. Great job!
Our tour guide Alfredo was the best there could be...we really enjoyed his well spoken English and he is also very knowledgeable on the history of Italy and Roman Empire/times...
We were on this tour in June 2019. Our guide was Barbara, and she did a wonderful job. She guided us through a very growded Colosseum with grace, knowledge and a good sense of humour. You couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend this tour any time.
The guide we had was lovely, but ran very behind schedule as he provided a lot of information, too much to take in, and not relevant to the tour locations. After 3.5hrs we only just arrived at the Trevi fountain and I had to leave as I had other activities booked for the afternoon, so missed the final 3 stops of the tour which was very disappointing, as I had no extra time in Rome to revisit these myself. I would not recommend this tour for this reason.
Both myself and my wife thought that the guide loved her job and enjoyed being with us for the whole tour
Laura Mirabella was great leading our group, she was very knowledgeable and fun to fallow, if you want to skip the line and have a better understanding I suggest you to use this service totally worth it the few extra euro.
I went on this tour with a guide whose name I don't know as I don't recall her ever introducing herself. She was an archaeologist which I thought would make it more interesting. However. we really did not get enough information about the colosseum. We didn't hear about the dates it was used, or when it stopped being common practice to go there/how that became the situation. We got very limited information. Same goes for palatine hill/roman forum. Had I gone myself, I would have come out with similar if not more knowledge. I also felt frustrated because the tour guide decided to skip the trevi fountain, when it was clearly on the list for the tour, and we were otherwise not going to see it. We had to change our night schedule so that we could see it.
My boyfriend and I booked onto Enjoy Rome's 3.5 hour walking tour, which started with the Colosseum and then went through the Roman Forum, to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Piazza Novona. Our guide, Guiseppe, was brilliant- he knew so much about everywhere, gave really interesting information, without allowing it to become too long/boring. The tickets mean you go through the 'groups' entrance at the sites, which doesn't always mean no queue, although for us it did and we went straight in to all the sites, which was a bonus! 3.5 hours is just long enough to see lots of great sites, get loads of info, and enjoy an ice cream. The only slight downside is lack of free time at the sites- we usually had 10-15 mins free time at each one to take photos etc, but I guess if we were given longer it would make the tour much longer, which also wouldn't be ideal. We did this on our first morning in Rome, which meant we could then go back and revisit anything we wanted to see again/spend longer at. I would definitely recommend the tour, and would definitely recommend Giuseppe as an excellent guide.
This was one of the best tours we had in Rome. Everywhere you can I would advise purchasing the skip the line tours. Because there is even a line to skip the lines. The tour guide was excellent, provided a lot of good explanations and the tour is definitely much more then just walking around the Colloseum.
Giuseppe was our tour guide and he was excellent! Authentic Italian giving the tour in English but when he recognized we spoke Spanish he gave us some side notes in Spanish as well. He even had a book filled with illustrations of how the ancient sites look today and what they were in their heyday. Book was so informative I ended up buying it! The tour covers the Colosseum area, the main floor inside and he made time for us to walk up to the second level; the three oldest surviving Triumph Arches (Constantine, Titus and I forgot the name of the last one); walking through the Roman Forum, the Imperial Forum, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. There is much more details he goes into but those are the main sites. If possible take this tour early morning or evening if available. We took it in the afternoon and I was ready to pay the €350 fine just to take a dive in Trevi Fountain, ha ha ha! But hopefully get Giuseppe!
My wife and i had a great experience with a well informed guide. Saw heaps we wouldnt have on our own
We took the Colloseum, Foreum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain tour. The tour guide was excellent and provided good descriptions of everything. The problem was that there was another tour Enjoy Rome tour group at the same time. Apparently, there is no system for each tour group to pass in tickets for the attractions. The two tour guides coordinated to meet at the entrance to the Foreum at 3:00. Our guide got us there on time. We then had to stand in the sun for 30 minutes waiting for the other tour group to arrive. It put a real downer on the experience. Enjoy Rome should be able to figure out how to split tickets into tour groups. This was on April 26th.
Guillermo was a great tour guide. We were able to see a lot in a short amount of time. I loved being able to walk to everything. Our guide gave us plenty of time to explore a little bit on our own and helped us to see what Rome would have looked like when it was built (using a book).
Excellent experience and guidance with Marco. Very patient and professional. He shared complete and very interesting information with us.
A very pleasant morning with Mark who has taught us how to live in ancient Rome, a visit I would recommend to all
Very good the visit we made with Marco for the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine. Very pleasant despite the warmth that touched us that day. Highly recommended
Sent by HEADOUT to collect tickets to visit the colisee, we are made to come back 3 times to finally tell us that tickets are not available. Liars and thieves for HEADOUT.
Excellent experience. Maravillosa guía Bianca. Highly recommended. The company is very serious, super organized. Thank you
Loved the place and the tour, our guide Marco was very friendly and told us all the history of Roman archaeology, very well
Beautiful and rewarding guided tour with Francesca. Must do 3 hours of sightseeing not seen the time spent
Tremendous ride. Marcos guide is an excellent resource!!! I recommend it!!! Clear explanation and very punctual route
tour COLOSSEUM and IMPERIAL FORA well respected in appointments and with the assistance of the guide LAURA ANTONUCCI perfect in information and empathic with our group of 6 people.
Excellent and a lot of patience very well explained and everything very organized thank you very much and highly recommended and excellent price
Very good tour. Very entertaining and enjoyable. Highly recommended The Guide has a lot of experience and you can even have a good time being butted up
Our guide was Marco, exceptional. A very good visit with a lot of historical knowledge and very pleasant. I definitely recommend it
Very good tour with Patricia, friendly and friendly. Highly recommended, always gave us opportunity to ask and free time for photos.
The visit to the pantheon, forum and palatine was very instructive and enriching; especially from our instructor Maribel q through theoretical explanations as well as teaching materials allowed us to visualize how Rome was in its day, from its founding by Romulus and Remus to the conversion to Christianity of Emperor Constantine
Excellent guided tour, all great explanations. The Guide was spectacular with a very good predisposition to answer all doubts Thank you very much
The Guide Marco considered in an efficient and in-depth way the points of interest of the visit, summarizing the history of architecture and meaning for the Roman culture of the Colosseum, the forums and temples and the palace.
Marco is an excellent guide, friendly and knowledgeable, is an excellent tour where you enjoy visiting the great Roman Colosseum and know its history
