Very disappointed! We booked this with 4 locations and was only told 2 days ago that the Vatican was closed. We booked back to back excursions today and tomorrow and this was not explained nor on your website. The only thing we saw that we spent a lot of money on was the coliseum and find out the tickets are $18. Unfortunately, we will not recommend and very disappointed. This was a very expensive package and have booked other packages with you. This has been the worst. Thank you!

The Roman Forum and Colosseum trip only gives you 2 hours to spend at the Forum and unlimited time at the Colosseum. We booked our ticket for 10:00 and timed entry to the Colosseum was at 12:15. 2 hours really isn't enough to fully enjoy the Forum, so we had to rush going up Palatine Hill to make sure we left in time for the Colosseum. I would say you need at least 3 hours to see everything at the Forum. You are able to download an audio guide for the trip, but it doesn't work offline, so it was useless for me. Also, the Colosseum ticket is just basic entry and doesn't include being able to experience the Gladiator entrance, underground, or very highest level. Still an amazing sight though. The Vatican Museum trip was good but not exciting for me personally, although I did enjoy seeing the Sistine Chapel.
Giorgia and Sofia were very supportive showing me the directions, I laughed a lot with the creative explanations, manly the tititi tititi for walking, surely a friendly attendants that improves the trip experience
Very good. Guide was informative and very kind Sofia was excellent. Everything ran on time and as expected. Would recommend
Extremely helpful with whatever info or help you need and provides great customer service! Needed help with tickets printing and sorted it very quickly.
The entire staff was amazing! They were all welcoming, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful! They have a new staff member, Alexia and she’s the sweetest! She is doing an amazing job, especially for such a short time in the job!
Wow!!! We met alexia and she is so so nice and friendly! She helped us so much even with different things to do in Rome!! She really is the best!! We love alexia! Good luck
We started the day by watching the 30 minute video which I thought explained so well how all of the famous Roman sites would have looked. It was our second day in Rome so helped us to see where some of the other interesting sites were also and what they had been used for such as the piazza navona. It was an extremely hot day but there was plenty of very cheap cold bottles of water to buy at the cafe and many cold drinking water fountains dotted around. The Roman forum and palatine hill was enjoyable and we also enjoyed the museum. The colosseum was incredible. We spent a whole day there it is definitely worth a visit.
I used their site to purchase tickets to the Colosseum and Forum. All I was looking for was tickets and an audio guide. They send you a 'ticket' that isn't a ticket to the sites. My 'ticket' time was 9:00 am. I showed up to the Colosseum to beat the crowd and was denied entry. You have to go to their office to get your 'actual real ticket to the sites. After walking 20 mins from the Colosseum to their office I was told I could go directly back and get access. Walked back to the Colosseum and was denied again. Eventhough my 'ticket' said 9:00 am. That was really just the time I was supposed to show up at their office. Then spend two hours watching a video and working through the Forum before I could get into the Colosseum. This is a classic tourist trap. Do not use this service.
Be aware this is 15 minutes walk from Colosseum! The video does not show anything - no audio. You pay extra 30 euros for this … easier just to buy tickets directly at Colosseum
Really great deals, a must to avail if you want to do great guided site seeing, skip ques. The staff is very friendly and explains everything with patience and explains everything in detail. Highly recommend
Absolutely amazing and professional Alima, who was my angel of my trip by finding and giving me the best possible opportunity to Rome. Grazie Mille
Great tour, we were helped by the wonderful Alima. She made sure everything was in order. Would truly reccomend. Big thumbs uptourist information centre
The front desk reception employees Alima and Barbara were very helpful. The office location was very easy to find. Highly recommended!
All staff particularly marcella where incredible helpful solving a problem concerning our changing of the name on a ticket. Would 100% recommend.
Excellent communication by Gulia who explained the day and what to expect and how best to plan it. Would recommend highly
Alima was amazing, she helped us a lot ! Very grateful for her ! I’m thankful because she also spoke to us in French which is practical
This was the best! We couldn’t find the place and got to our reservation late but Helietta and Amanda helped us get a different time to see the colosio and we are just so happy and really appreciate every tbh big this company has done.
Booking didn’t work with credit card. We were told to pickup our tickets at the office at 16h. I got there 10 minutes early. I was then told to watch the video then start the tour with the Colosseum at 16:30…. The video starts at 16h, last 20 minutes and the office is 15-17 minutes from the colosseum so that doesn’t really work. I went back at the desk and the told me it was better to skip the video or I would be late…. No indication of where to get in to skip the line. The issue only 3 tickets and I had to do another lineup to pickup my kid’s ticket… Again, never mentioned. We didn’t have time to complete the Forum before they close. Very disappointing and expensive. Cost vs benefit was not there at all.
Although we got late que have everything else covered like the tickets and Virginia was so nice to us explain everything so paciently!! Recomend 100%
Friendly staff and easy to find. There's a little fountain in front of the tourist office and I found it by the flags immediately. Thank you Helietta!
The booking advised there were 3 redemption points to collect the tickets. This was simply wrong. There was only 1 redemption point, the other 2 did not exist. It took us one hour to get the tickets, the actual redemption point being quite distant from the site. The ticket supplier was unable to explain why we were given 3 options. Quite exhausting running around Rome in 35 degree temperatures.
Swift to print tickets out of the online purchased triple combo to see the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine hill. Able to communicate in English with ease. We also had a restful time in the cold Aircon on a hot day. Manuela is the best helping us get sorted! Can't recommend enough :)
Manuela is the best! We were well looked after here and had the best time. Highly recommend!!! (Please give Manuela a pay rise)
Good, very well explained and Nice. On the centrum and not very hot in it in the summer. A lot of things to do with a map and precisions.
Thanks to Bárbara whom helped us and she was so kind and driven to help us. She helped us to realized my daughter's dream to go to Vatican's museum and Cistine Chapel. It is a dream that came true because of her attention and kindness. Thank you forever Barbara. God bless you always. Best wishes to the whole team
I didn’t have a great experience at all because I was not told that we had to wait in line for two hours to get the tickets. We were told it was too late and we lost our money. This is all a scam.
Colosseum is of course a must see while in Rome but it’s also a must to book it in advance as the line gets so so long. This is a perfect ticket to get you in the Colosseum as well as the Roman Forum. I would recommend getting the audio guide se you know what you are seeing I was also impressed with the Palatine Hill and would definitely recommend more than 2h to see the Roman Forum and Palatine hill. In the Colosseum you do not need as long. Definitely happy I have booked this in advance.
We were helped by Grazia and the service was really nice and she was really helpful, we watched the multi media before entering the colosseum. I would really recommend booking the tickets here.
Super helpful we were even a bit late and they helped us through it all.the staff could not have been friendlier.
The “pickup point” had a fairly long line to check in, but there was no pickup, just poor instructions to walk to the Colosseum in the hot sun. After several wrong turns and needing to rest, we had missed our scheduled tour, and run out of energy for my spouse to walk and climb anymore. So no audio tour, no pickup, no guide or guidebook. Quite a frustrating ripoff.
It was truly an amazing site to behold. We almost skipped it because we had overextended ourselves for the day, we are so glad we did not. Cannot wait to do again. So much to take in!
The pick up location is a long walk from the attraction. After getting there, there was a long line. I booked for 2pm and the tickets I received was for 4pm. Good thing the attraction accepted me entrance before 4pm.
Please be aware that there's no guide- the multimedia video is watched separate and the tour office is no where near the Colossuem or the Forum. The description is hard to decipher but you would be much better off finding a "real" guide or just getting the tickets from the Colossuem. Total waste of money!
Very sneaky tour operator! Their ads on Tiqet/Klook/Viator have a 10am starting time, however it’s NOT the site visit time, it’s purely a time you need to go to their office (different location of the sites) to pick up the site entry tickets, the queue is very long. If you book a child ticket, you have to go to a different place to pick up child ticket! BE AWARE OF THIS TOUR OPERATOR - AVOID IF YOU CAN.
Colosseum and Roman forum were excellent sights. Would recommend walking to the top of Paletine hill for lovely views and a good little museum
We did this tour today and it was meant to include entry to the Colosseum. It was a rip-off as we only received tickets to the Roman Forum section and not to the Colosseum so we had to buy additional tickets and wait 40mins
After having several via tour excursions in France, we were disappointed in the ones in Italy! This, when we walked all the way to the Colosseum before we realized we had to go back quite a bit to get the ticket? Perhaps maybe you could take a picture of the location to pick up the tickets?
We took the 11:30 tour on Sept 11/22. Our guide was wonderful. She was easy to understand and provided a thorough and interesting tour full of fascinating detail. The visit would not have been nearly as rewarding without this tour.
The people at the touristation was awesome and very helpful and accommodating. Trip advisor needs to use them for all Rome attractions. Make things easier for visitors
Booked online - then it tells you to go miles away to pick up tickets - totally ridiculous and a rip off - don’t use this service
We were short on time so skipped the video. Getting tickets at touristication office was easy. Roman forum was interesting. Then short work on to colosseum. Straight into colosseum, This was really disappointing-having visited the Verona Roman area , whilst the colosseum looks grand on the outside it is a ruin on the inside. Glad I’ve been, but wouldn’t go again
Book ahead - don't waste your money or get your tickets very early in the morning from the venue....
Could not find where to pick up tickets and never got to go in. So disappointing and very frustrating
Had to walk ridiculous distance from colloseum to collect tickets which clearly stated could be E tickets when purchased. Would not recommend.
We were not able to view the Colosseum and Roman Forum because the tickets we were given were for children instead of adults. Total waste of our last afternoon in Rome, and perhaps fraudulent
You pick the tickets up 10 min away from the site and have to watch a movie that is only visual there is no information just renderings of how all of the sights in Rome looked in Roman times. It’s too long. Then you follow a woman with an orange umbrella -the guide left us at the entrance without an audio guide which we paid for and we realized we could have just gone in to the forum at any time and skipped the movie and . Once inside many areas are roped off now ( it used to be lovely you could wander about a little)you end up forced to crush in with the crowd with no clear path- they even built partitions so you can’t see while you are walking. We were 8 people and were desperate to get out . No information no map . we enjoyed the forum because it’s amazing but this tour was so not worth it. Do not pay extra Viator I notice offers huge mark ups on tickets with no benefit.
Ghetto experience in Rome. The ares is very nice the guide was really good the tour is about 2hrs and the group was very small,
Agency was very helpful with any problems we had. I definitely recommend you use this company when visiting the colosseum as you won’t regret it.
We had tickets for Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine hill, Vatican museum and Sistine chapel and I really recommend all of this iconic places. I just want to say that lady in tourist office was really friendly and help as a lot to plan how to visit all of these places, as we were really short with time and we travel with two babies and we had to make covid test before tours (she also help us with that), so without her help we wouldn't see all of these places :)
