Scott from Pittsburgh was a great guide. Very informative, engaging, and took good care of us along the way, even pausing for breaks, pointing out water stations, and not moving on until he made sure everyone got photos (some of which he offered to take for us).

This tour was a great way to see the Coliseum and walk the Forum and learn the history of Rome with knowledgeable guide.

Our tour guide Monika was absolutely amazing! The team actually gave us a call half an hour earlier and sent us their location on maps to help us find them on time. We had a stroller with us and Monika made sure to take easier paths and helped with the stroller when needed. She also helped take group photos/videos for us which we appreciated. The tour was very informative and Monika had brought a book with historic photos which was great. Overall 10/10 recommend this tour!

Scott our toor guide did an excellent job presenting the colosseum, forum zone and the palatine hill area to the group. He did a grrat job pacing the tour and finding rest stops which really offset the heat and direct sunlight. Besides his vast knowledge of the venues, he interacted with virtually everybody on the tour at some point which was nice and made it feel like a custom, private tour. Scott’s voice through the earphone was loud, articulate, and easy to listen to and understand. The tour never bogged down as some do, even with the hot day it was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I highly recommend the tour to others and can assure you will learn from Scott’s vast knowledge and that he will make sure you are comfortable from beginning to end.

Our guide, Scott, and Bugra were wonderful tour leaders. Knowledgeable, humorous, and very entertaining. Even kept our kids’ attention over the length of the tour. Our whole family agrees it was one of the highlights of our experience in Rome.

Our guide Alessandro was wonderful very knowledgeable and interactive he made the tour informative and fun. I would definitely put this tour on your to do list. It was a great way to see all the sites especially as first timers to Rome. He took us through areas that we wouldn't have thought to visit. Overall a great experience.

We had an amazing guided tour of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. We were running a bit late and couldn't find the meeting point at first, but our host, Bugra, was incredibly understanding and helpful—he even called us to guide us to the right spot. Our tour guide, Claudia, was fantastic! She was so kind, funny, and explained everything perfectly. The Colosseum was definitely the highlight of the tour. We really appreciated that Claudia didn't rush us at all and left plenty of time for taking photos. Highly recommended!

Valentina had passion, was fun, and very informative. She truly made me appreciate not just the past of Rome, but the modern city as well.

The guide did not show up and despite trying to contact through the app and through the phone number given there was no response. Since the package included the tickets to get into the Coliseum, we had no tickets and it being an extremely busy day we were unable to get tickets in line for that day. We had only one day in Rome and so we left with only seeing the outside of the Coliseum. A huge fail even though I booked this experience months in advance

We booked our colosseum/roman forum tickets through Inside Out Italy via Tiqets, 10/10 would recommend. We were given easy step by step instructions to follow, Bugra was an excellent host, he was punctual and polite and was easy to find.

As a history lover, Rome was the best place to be. We booked through Tiquets. The tour was well organized; the company had to change the time of the tour because of festivities, but this was communicated in advance. Our guide, Rita, is very passionate about her city and its history. Her stories inspired us to see other monuments in Rome. She answered all of our questions and kept the group in check, even in such a crowded place as the Colosseum.

Our tour guide was Nadia. She was amazing. She was so knowledge about literally everything in sight. She gave us time to stop and take pictures, to ask questions, and just to stop and look and take in all of the views. She helped with showing tickets and made sure we had our ID’s out when needed. She also made sure that we never got lost and remembered all of our groups members. Couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much!

I booked tickets via Headout although the ticket provider was Inside Out Italy. I was a bit worried that when we got to the meeting point there would be no one there and we would be left without tickets as I’d read some review about Headout that this had happened. Fortunately though this didn’t happen. The representative, Burga was exactly where we expected him to be. He gave us our tickets and explained perfectly where and when we entered the Colosseum. He also advised how to get into the Palatino Hill and Roman Forum and the times. Burga tried to help me load the audio app on my phone but because I couldn’t rey password he instead sent me the link to do this. He was very friendly, pleasant and helpful which helped us to have a wonderful day. Thanks very much

Claudia is an highly knowledgeable guide tour. We love the stories and the details. We just didn't found great because before the tour there was a lot of changes in the day and after the time slot, which affect the other activities we had. All.the changes started on the week before we travelled and jeopardise our other booked tours and plans.

We had the pleasure of being guided by Silvia Rossetti through the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Her knowledge is enourmous and she's also very friendly. Highly recommended!

BE CAREFUL !!! Organization is horrible. Today we arrived at meeting point at 10.00 to collect tickets to visit Coloseo on 10.30. We received tickets in delay at 11.15 however they were not valid anymore and security did not let us to enter Coloseo. Total loss if money! Apart from us lot of people had the same problem. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was very pleasant and very fun suzanna was very good at talking and knows how to make people interested and took photos of me and my family which was very kind of her.

Nice trip with a well knowleged guide :) Coloseum makes big impression. There's a stop to use a bathroom in between. The distance of trip isn't big, but I would recomend to do it with small children

We had our tour on the 29th October at 10am with Claudia. She was a brilliant tour guide. She was friendly, and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed our tour with her very much. We arrived as requested and were met by a very pleasant employee, who explained clearly what would happen and gave out and tested the headsets. I booked this tour, as I wanted to experience the arena in the Colosseum. It was a small group of 12 people and our guide, Claudia, kept us engaged for the entire three hours. My partner who had no input into the choice of the tour, said he really enjoyed it.

Claudia the guide was very kind and explained everyting we needed to know. She responded to our questions and was nice about everything. She works very hard. We had a nice time with our giude Claudia.

We had a fantastic tour guide…. If I’m not mistaken, her name was Carla. She was very knowledgeable and easy going. Our group had a wonderful time exploring the Colosseum, the Arena, Palatine Hill & the Roman Forum. She kept our group together and gave us time for photos. Great experience!
