We had a fabulous time with Francesca and Flavia, can’t recommend enough. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, ate far too much.

We had an amazing time making pasta. This is a great cooking class. We had 3 kids ages 12-17 and they loved the experience.
This was a fabulous experience. 2 couples so very personalized and not rushed at all. Definitely recommend!!
Amazing!! We booked a pasta cooking class with "Italian Cooking Classes in Rome" last summer and loved it so much we brought more friends this summer!! Francesca is an amazing chef and teacher. We enjoyed our time in their beautiful teaching kitchen in Piazza Margana. In just 2.5 hours, we made fresh pasta and three Roman sauces: Cacio E Pepe, Carbonara, Amatriciana. It was so hard to pick a favorite. And the experience was SO FUN!! Francesca kept us laughing, wine was flowing, and the pastas were absolutely the BEST we ate in Rome!! I would highly recommend friends, families, couples, singles... to experience this cooking class. Booking directly from the website was easy and convenient. Our group of seven was joined by two others and we all enjoyed the company! I learned so much about how to make great pasta. THANK YOU SO MUCH, FRANCESCA, FOR A GREAT AFTERNOON AND DELICIOUS PASTA!!
Francesca was an amazing teacher! Our family had a blast 😊.
First cooking class we have taken, and it did not disappoint. The food and ambiance were amazing. I would come back for another class anytime.
Francesca showed us such an amazing time! It has been so hot out and this was the perfect thing to do on a hot day. Fun times, great food and drinks and an overall great experience to do as a family!
What a fabulous experience learning how to make traditional Roman pasta and Tiramisu. Francesca was great!
This class was an add to our trip after attending a pre-booked Gelato class. Francesca and Maria were so fun, informative and helpful in the Gelato class that we booked the Pasta class. Absolutely loved the time spent with them learning so much about ingredients and traditional methods of pasta making as well as three different sauces. I can't wait to duplicate the dishes once home! My mother, daughter and me had a great time! We highly recommend their classes and feel that both were a great value. The amount of pasta per person was way more than we could eat and had to ask for small portions since we were eating all three! I just wish we had had the time to take their Pizza making class.
Francesca was fantastic. She was super friendly and gave lots of tips and advice. She’s a great cook too!
Francesca & Maria were excellent teachers! Very knowledgeable, personable & easy to understand. Learned some new tricks. And made amazing pasta!
It was an amazing cooking class. I learned a lot and fot recipes to home. Also the pasta was delicious one of the best that I tasted in Rome.
Amazing experience, Francesca is an amazing chef and instructor. Food is excellent and the class is so much fun.
Really delicious food, easy to make, good instruction, great wine, and Francesca is the most wonderful host and educator.
Myself and my partner attended on Sunday the 26th of October 2025, whilst on a city break in the beautiful city of Rome. This class was a present for my partners 30th and it came at a surprise that it was just us in the class - this added such a personal and special feel to the experience. Michela who took us for our class was simply AMAZING! She was so detailed, helpful and informative about the pasta we were making but also the whole of Italys food culture. She answered every question we had and was happy to provide recommendations for places to go before leaving to go back home. We will always recommend friends and family to attend when they visit Rome. We can’t thank Michela enough. Thanks, Bryony & Jamie
Francesca was amazing, and this was easily the best pasta we had during our time in Italy. The class was very educational, and receiving the recipes after the class was also amazing. We learned so much and had a blast!
The experience and service was amazing! It it is true authentic Italian pasta making compared to others we have tried that were more touristy. It is also a small group, 2-5 people, which makes a great intimate experience. Definitely recommend!
We did a private class for our honeymoon and it was THE highlight of our whole trip! Francesca taught us how to make a tonnarelli pesto and a ravioli with red sauce. She was a great teacher and made it so easy and fun. 10/10 would recommend!
Had a great time making pastas with our friends and family here in Rome - plus the aperol spritz and wine to share with delicious appetizers! Highly recommend!
This was hands-down the best cooking class in Rome! Francesca was an incredible instructor—warm, funny, and so knowledgeable. She walked us through every step of making fresh homemade pasta and three delicious sauces, including the most authentic carbonara I’ve ever tasted. The experience was as enjoyable as it was delicious. Unlimited refreshments and wine kept the atmosphere lively and relaxed, making it feel like we were cooking with friends rather than in a classroom. By the end, we had mastered three different types of homemade pasta and paired them with sauces that we prepared ourselves under Francesca’s guidance. If you’re looking for an authentic Roman food experience, this class is a must. Not only do you get to eat some of the best pasta in the city, but you also leave with the skills to recreate it at home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!
Excellent class. It was a lot of fun learning how to make great pasta and then enjoying it for lunch. Francesca was a great instructor. Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic time Francesca was an amazing coach. Our food was amazing and so fun to learn how to make the dishes at home. We had a group of 7 with 2 babies and we were able to all make our pasta, have wine and enjoy the experience. 10/10!!!
An amazing experience. I learned so much about pasta making that I never knew about. Thank you for giving us a great memory.
This class was so much fun! Francesca is a great teacher and guided us expertly through making three Roman pasta dishes from scratch (cacio e pepe, carbonara, and amatriciana). It ended up being one of the best meals we had on our trip!
This pasta class was amazing. They provided everything we needed to make a delicious pasta. All the employees were friendly and made it a fun experience for all of us. We made the pasta from scratch, made the sauce, and had a lovely lunch. Our group was big with 20 people and they fit us perfectly. This is a definite spot you should go to on your next trip to roma.
This was an amazing experience! I really enjoyed learning the whole process of making pasta and getting to talk with the very friendly staff! The pasta was SO GOOD!! I would definitely recommend!
Amazing! Very comprehensive and everyone was very kind. It was quick and easy; I recommend this establishment for all. Thank you❤️ P.S.: A random lady walked in during our class and attempted to used the private restroom. She left an unfair review.
Brilliant fun and learnt how to make brilliant food, francesca was amazing at explaining all the steps, thank you for a great experience
Absolutely fantastic time. We cooked three courses. Every one a winner. Francesca our chef was amazing. Her passion for Roman food was incredible. After a week in Italy we had the best pasta tonight. This is a must. Don’t wait book now. Fun laughter and a night we relive at home cooking together. Thank you.
We had a blast doing this class. The instructor was so attentive and offered us drinks to start class and was very informative during the class. I highly recommend this place to bring your family. Our teenagers really enjoyed it. The food we created and ate at the end was incredible.
Our instructor was fantastic! The food and drinks were amazing, super tasty. Absolutely recommend this place, very fun class!
Francesca our cooking instructor was super helpful and friendly :) The food provided and what we made tasted amazing!! Highly recommend.
The food and drinks were amazing and the instructor was very kind and clear with instructions. Would highly recommend.
The class was so fun and easy for my whole family. We will definitely be making these recipes at home and we would recommend this to anyone. Definitely a highlight of our stay in Rome learning traditional cooking with an amazing chef and host.
Franchesca was amazing and her understanding of English made the class run smoothly and fun with laughter. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful it truly was. There were 6 of us as a family and each of us walked away feeling full and happy. If you are in Rome and don’t try to book a class if think you are missing a fantastic way to spend a few well fed hours. This beats a restaurant sit down meal for sure with the interaction and guidance.
The family and I had a great time. Can’t wait to make pasta back in the the states. I’ve never made pasta before so this was a treat to learn how to make authentic Italian pasta.
This was an amazing time! Francesca was great and the food amazing! My best time in Rome! Grazie!! Don't hesitate just book go and enjoy!
I usually only write reviews when things go very very well or very very poorly. This went perfectly! It was SO good and such a fun time! We all agreed this was by far one of the best things we did during our stay in Rome. It was my husband’s first trip to Rome and he said he enjoyed this class more than the Vatican and the Colosseum. He said it MADE his trip to Rome! Alessandro was a wonderful teacher who made the entire experience effortless and fun. He made you realize you really can make these dishes at home. We made two types of fresh pasta with cacio pepe, carbonara, and amatriciana sauces. Each dish got tastier as we went along. I can honestly say the pasta we had was better than what we had just eaten in the days prior at some of Romes top rated restaurants. My only advice - come hungry - because you will leave so full! Full from delicious pasta, plenty of laughter and wonderful memories! Thank you, Alessandro! If we ever return to Rome, we will certainly be back!
this class was simply amazing. We made our first pasta from scratch and had the want time cooking it . There is nothing like fresh pasta and this was a wonderful way to spend a few hours drinking wine and cooking really good food. We made carbonara , cacio de pepe and Amatriciana and all were so delicious !! best time ever
The Italian Cooking class in Rome was excellent my daughter and I had a fabulous time learning how to make pasta, sauce and superior Aperol spritz. The actual cooking space is super clean and spacious. Our Chef, Alex was personable and easy to learn from. The pasta was incredible. We plan to make homemade pasta for life now. Highly recommend this activity if you are in Rome!
We had a private class and absolutely loved it. It was so much fun and we learned a lot as well. Definitely worth the money.
I had a truly delightful experience—Francesca was incredibly warm and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed creating pasta from scratch; it was both fun and rewarding. Highly recommended!
The staff was very friendly and we learned a lot about making pasta. It was an excellent experience and would recommend for anyone traveling to Rome.
We had an amazing time with Francesca. The cookery class was informative and fun and the food itself delicious, but what we all loved most was how versatile the class was. We were there to celebrate our friend getting married and Francesca recognised that we might want a lighter touch class with more time for chatting / drinking / singing. We all loved it and I’d highly recommend for any group!
Fantastic experience! Learned a lot with Francesca and also enjoeyd both making pasta and eating! And a great chance to discuss Italian cuisine and anything related to it!
This was so much fun and tasty! We had a private class fir our family of 6. Francesca and Martina were the best! Fun to make your own pasta. Highly recommend.
I really had an amazing experience in this cooking class. Our two cooking teachers were super nice & funny. We were a very relaxed group of 4 kids and 6 adults. First we started with the original Italian Tiramisu and afterwards we kneaded our own pasta dough to prepare Tonnarelli and some kind of Tortelloni. After prepping the pasta we learned how to cook the sauces Cacio e peppers, Carbonara ans my favorite all’amatriciana. Everything was delicious and accompanied with nice vine.
What a fun and amazing class with an awesome chef as our guide. My husband and I had a private class and we learned how to make gluten free pasta and gelato. Hands on experience that exceed our expectations. Started the class with amazing appetizers and wine and then learned techniques and were provided with receipts that we can make at home. Highly recommend this 3-hour Italian Cooking Class in Rome.
Simply a memorable experience 🍝🍷✨ We chose this cooking class for a bachelorette party, and it turned into one of the most fun and beautiful moments of the weekend 😂 Amidst laughter, wine, fresh pasta, and a bride who managed to come up with a new recipe every 5 minutes for the carbonara 😂👰♀️ Francesca had infinite patience! We prepared tiramisù, carbonara, and amatriciana, and everything was not only delicious but also super engaging and perfectly organized. A special thanks to our chef Francesca, who is very skilled, friendly, and super engaging, and to Lidia, who quickly arranged and prepared the stations for the next phase without leaving us wanting for anything ✨ For us, they will remain "the 3 Fra" 😄 a truly professional, organized team that is also capable of creating a light and fun atmosphere. It was one of those experiences that truly make you feel inside Rome 🇮🇹
Best pasta classes we've ever been to. The attention to detail and us is spectacular. Delighted to have lived with Franchesca, he is a super chef and excellent person.
