omt use this provider booked it with audio there is no guide, the castle staff told me they don’t provide audio the provides suppose to send you link for the audio to be downloaded. We haven’t received any link there was no one to ask anything ended up walking around without any information. Pay fee £ extra and you get a guide that meet you there and provides you with all the history otherwise not worth the money you might as well go there get a cheap ticket and walk around by yourself!!!
We have visited the castle San Angelo yesterday morning. I needed help to download the audioguide. The man who has assisted me has been great ! Just a phone call, some messages on whatsapp and the problem was solved: I received a link to download the audioguide. The visit was very interesting and the view is beautiful. Thanks a lot for this experience !
Great venue. They do not accept QR codes. We eventually were admitted but on our own without the audio. Fabulous views and refreshments near the top level.
Some of the reviews here seem to have been direct with Dooing. We booked via GetYourGuide, and I would not recommend it. We paid for the audio guides for smartphone and there was no clue from GYG how to download them. We scanned their QR patch, but only got their own app, which didn't help. Also got no response from either them or Dooing on the subject. I've asked for that cost to be refunded and neither has responded. Having said that, the castle visit is very worthwhile. Fabulous interiors and great views. Just make sure it is one with a courier who meets you. Our tickets were emailed night before, with no courier on site and the GYG emails are very contradictory in several areas. We rescued another couple who were shut out because the email went astray.
Out of the 15 tours we scheduled this one gave us issues. So many emails with confusing information. Hard to get the tickets. I thought the email with the QRC code was it. Turned out we needed a barcode in another email as an attachment. Almost missed doing this completely. Never got the audio equipment email. Would not use this company again.
Watch out, when I bought these tickets they offer fast access tickets to the Castel Sant'Angelo with audioguide, and if you look further down the information they mention tickets only. They fool you, beware.

It was an extraordinary tour thanks to the beauty of a place perhaps overlooked by the masses and thanks to the incredible culture and knowledge of the guide Alessandra who in a 3-hour tour amazed and fascinated us with a thousand explanations, stories, episodes and details, all the result of a deep knowledge of the place. The passion of Alessandra made this visit unforgettable.
Although I was at Castel Sant'Angelo earlier, I was able to enter it immediately with the fast-track ticket. With the necessary app, you get the information about the corresponding stations in the selected language. It would be helpful if the stations were numbered consecutively (here with place name) in order to get the associated information in the right place. From Castel Sant'Angelo you have a very nice view of St. Peter's Basilica and Rome.
I bought two tickets for Castel Sant’Angelo through the link on Google Maps, convinced that I was on the official website. Actually the link referred to Doooing Experience, a retailer that: 1. It does not clearly state that it is an intermediary nor does it show official museum prices. 2. It omits the preferential rates for 18-25 years (ticket at €2): the only choice available is the full ticket. 3. Apply a surcharge of €6 on the full price of the museum (€22 instead of €16). 4. It provides assistance via WhatsApp rude and unprofessional: to my request for refund / adjustment I was answered in a sarcastic tone (“Do you think we should resell tickets at the same price?”) and, finally, with a laconic “Ok”. In summary: zero transparency, inflated prices and disrespectful customer care. I strongly advise against buying tickets through the Doooing Experience: go to the museum's official website or the ticket office on site.
Great experience! The quick access allowed me to avoid long lines and enjoy the visit immediately. I want to stress this because it is fundamental for me. Castel Sant'Angelo is a place rich in history and breathtaking views. I also got the audio guide and it was really helpful to go into the details. Highly recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
L’histoire du château Saint-Ange est fascinante. Les salles sont impressionnantes. La vue de la ville de Rome est à couper le souffle. L’application sur les points d’intérêt fonctionne très bien.

Visit to Castel Sant'Angelo. The email with the tickets which, as instructed, was supposed to arrive in the afternoon before the visit never arrived. At the time of the visit we called the number shown on the app a couple of times and after ten minutes the tickets were sent to us via WhatsApp. It went well for us, but I think if it is said that the tickets will be attached to an email, that is how it should be. It is not a good thing that the visitor has to work further and fearfully for a service he has paid for. Definitely needs improvement
the view from the top of the castle is just great.. with the omnia pass, no waiting.. place to visit absolutely.
Nunca pude bajar la audioguia, no pasaba de seleccionar el idioma, lo intenté con wifi y con datos móviles, nada, lo único que valió fue pagar el boleto y como fui temprano no había gente así que me lo hubiera ahorrado, el castillo Perfecto!!
The experience lived here was one that cannot be forgotten. I had already been inside Castal Sant'Angelo as a child but taking the tour with the guide was truly something unique. As soon as I can I will bring my children here too. Many thanks to the attentive and thoughtful guide towards us
