Authentic Roman Pasta & Tiramisu Experience With Italian Wine

Alessandro is a gem. He was able to customize the experience to our whims and provided one of the most fun experiences we’ve had on our European trip.

Marco made this class fun, educational and entertaining. He filled it with interest and humor. I would take this class again if u could! Maybe next time in Rome. So delicious and learned so much! Our best night in Rome, by far!

Had THE. most wonderful cooking class and dining experience with Chef Marco. From welcoming us to his kitchen to our feast of home made pasta, sauces and tiramisu, this was a highlight of our stay in Rome!! Chef’s talents along with his great personality enhanced the afternoon!! We were three generations and all remarked what a delightful and memorable time we had; while learning to make pasta and sipping local wine ( kids had soft drinks!! ) Highly recommended!! Alora!!!

Enjoy Cooking was a great experience cooking alongside Chef Jacopo, walking us through the exact ingredients and methods used to assemble your very own Pasta, Rivoli and Tiramisu. I highly recommend this activity when visiting Rome.

An amazing experience! 🍝 Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the chef shared great tips while teaching us about the ingredients, many of which come from different regions of Italy. Everything was absolutely delicious, but my favorite part was making the pasta from scratch, especially the spaghetti and ravioli. It was such a fun, authentic, and well-organized experience, made even better with some great Italian wine. Highly recommended!

This was our second year booking the cooking class and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience. Marco is our favorite chef instructor. He is funny, skilled and full of personality. The food is excellent and we learned so much. This has become an annual tradition for our combined families! We plan to reserve again next year. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

The cooking class with Marco was an unforgettable experience! He is hilarious, welcoming, and made the entire class fun from start to finish. The three dishes we prepared were delicious, but the fresh pesto was the highlight, absolutely incredible and so refreshing! The kitchen is beautiful, and Marco does an excellent job explaining each step while providing the recipes so you can recreate everything at home. If you’re visiting Rome, don’t miss this authentic and memorable experience. I highly recommend booking this class, you won’t regret it!

This cooking class was so much fun! I am soo happy I booked with this company! The food was delicious and the chefs were so good! The chefs were very knowledgeable and also very fun! They had us laughing the whole time. Even my teenage boys had fun! And everyone knows how hard it is to please teenagers haha! This is a must do if you are in Rome!

My husband and I had such a fun time with our small group getting our hands dirty making homemade spaghetti amatriciana (my fave Roman pasta), spinach and ricotta filled ravioli in butter and sage sauce, and tiramisu for dessert! The meal was very good and the wine was plentiful. Our chef instructor, Davide, was great - friendly and personable. The space was beautiful, modern and clean. I highly recommend this experience for those visiting Rome! The only thing I would suggest is to have nonalcoholic options other than water for those who don’t drink.

Definitely a highlight of our stay in Rome! It was a beautiful, modern and clean class space. Bottomless wine and a fun inspiring teacher helped to make it extra special. I was celebrating a special birthday with my 26 year old daughter. We both loved the experience and especially eating our wonderful creations, ricotta and spinach ravioli, mushroom fettuccine, and tiramisu. Delicious! I highly recommend.

Me and my husband took this class with four other family members in Rome and it was amazing! One of the best parts of our trip, the food was delicious and the class was so informative and so much fun and Chef Jacopo was so much fun and taught us to make incredible gnocchi, ravioli and tiramisu, he was the best!!!

Giving the highest recommendation for this cooking class! The three hours flew by, thanks to our friendly, helpful, and well-prepared instructors. The pasta we made—ravioli and gnocchi—was farm-fresh and absolutely delicious. We especially loved that the class inspired us to try making pasta and sauce at home. The tiramisu was the best we had in Italy! At the end of the class, our wonderful hosts gave us certificates and a recipe book. In short: we laughed, we drank wine, we made new friends—and we learned quite a bit about Italian cooking. Truly one of our best nights in Rome! Bravo!

The class is Engaging and educational for all ages. The atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The chef MAX , a fantastic teacher and entertainer, made the entire process enjoyable, keeping both adults and children engaged. Participants were guided step-by-step through the process of making traditional pasta and tiramisu (the highlight of the class) learning about the ingredients and techniques. The hands-on nature of the class was perfect for the kids, who enjoyed participating in each stage of preparation, from mixing the flour for pasta to layering the coffee-soaked ladyfingers. The chef was patient and encouraging, offering assistance and making sure everyone felt comfortable. We will definitely do this again. Thank you to max! Grazie!!!

This was an amazing class! We took a group of 27 students and 3 chaperones to the ravioli, pasta, and tiramisu-making class. Since we were a large group, they accommodated us in both their Piazza Mattei and Colosseum sites. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew it was going to be a special experience. The locations were both inviting, authentic, and extremely comfortable. Our host chefs, Max and Alex (Piazza Mattei), as well as Jacobo (Colosseum), were gracious, fun, and knew how to engage with our students. You could also tell from the ingredients used that they spared no expense - everything tasted top quality. Our students (and teachers) left feeling educated and enthused about Italian cuisine. It was a fantastic experience. Kudos to the entire team!

Great experience and we had a lot of fun. The event was very well organized, clean and nicely decorated and the food turned out delicious. Chef Alessandro was very kind and professional. This class was one of the highlights of my trip! Alessandro was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, and I learned so much more than I expected to. The meals were simple Italian staples, but there were a lot of small details and techniques that I’d never thought about and will definitely be incorporating into my Italian cooking. Marco was super knowledgeable and friendly! We had a small group and he was attentive to everyone involved, including a 4 year old who couldn’t really participate so he made sure he had some pizza dough and other things to play with. The food was spectacular and we enjoyed ourselves so much, we’ve already been recommending the class to other people we know who are visiting Rome. Thank you again, Marco!

Attended pizza and gelato cooking class which exceeded our every expectation. The kitchen was spacious and beautiful. Marco was excellent, knowledgeable, welcoming and fun. Out of all the pizzas we had in Rome, the best pizza was in this cooking class. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful morning! Jacopo is a fabulous chef and a great teacher. The ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious. The morning also included a great tour through the Jewish ghetto. It was such a fun day. I absolutely recommend the Enjoy Cooking events.

We did a pizza/suppli/gelato class with Marco, and it was fantastic! Not only did we have some excellent food and wine, I learned some amazing technical details to improve my own cooking. It was a lot of fun, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get better at preparing Italian cuisine.

Max is a great chef and instructor. We made two different types of pasta - fettuccini and ravioli which were amazing to both eat and make. We also made tiramisu which was easy and delicious. Everything was so much more than we hoped for! We did this class on Christmas Eve Day. It was the highlight of our trip.

We attended the class Oct 19th, the class well surpassed our expectations. Max instructed the class, he was pleasant, humorous, informative and meticulous. His class was the favorite part of our time in Italy. Thank you so very much Max for sharing your passion of cooking with us. Fantastic afternoon cooking with Chef Max. We cooked two types of pasta from scratch and sauces, one with a tomato and garlic and one with fresh pesto. Really enjoyed learning the techniques and understanding more about Italian cooking. Tiramisu for the desert, what's not to love! You then get to eat the food you have created, perfect. Highly recommend - wonderful experience and I will return to do the pizza and gelato class when I return to Rome.

Chef Marco was amazing ! He taught us so much and was so much fun ! This was my favorite part of the vacation . I also love the unlimited wine while we were in the class!!

This was really a treat! Our class was fun and having it be a small group made all the difference. There were only 8 of us which was the perfect number. The wine kept flowing and our instructor, Jacob, was so great!! I'd even do it again with a new menu!

We had a blast with our Chef, Jacob! We were with a fantastic group of people and ended up being there for over 4 hours and Jacob was so accommodating. Definitely would do this again.

We loved this cooking class and would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! The kitchen is very close to the Colosseum and very clean inside! Marco, our cooking instructor was very informative, entertaining, and helpful! He gave step by step instructions and made the class very enjoyable with jokes and laughter. He was also able to accommodate a request from someone in our party who requested no cheese in the ravioli. In the class, we made fresh fettuccine with bolognese sauce, ravioli, and tiramisu! They also provided some snacks like olives, crackers, bread with olive oil, and cheese! Well worth the price considering you get a 3 course meal plus unlimited wine!

Visited for a different type of workshop from this one. Learned to make Roman style pizza and gelato. It was an amazing experience! The space is very cute and cosy, located right in city center. The pizza and gelato tasted amazing, we made them with premium quality ingredients. But what really made the experience special was the chef! We were 5 people at the workshop, it was very personalized, a lot of chatting, laughter and knowledge on Italian traditions. Marco really knows how to create a warm atmosphere and delicious food!

This was an amazing experience. Marco was great craic and had us laughing all evening. On top of it all we had gorgeous wine and a 3 course meal, highly recommend!

Fantastic class with chef Jacob. Jacob was very friendly and informative, also very considerate in making adjustments to accomodate food allergies/intolerances. The group was also great, we had a wonderful night.

Day Two in Rome. We did the tour of the Colosseum (through Crown Tours as well, was great) and they talked us into the cooking class later that night. We are so very glad we did it. Marco was amazing and the whole experience was wonderful! Highly recommend!
