Christian did a wonderful job! We walked the market and then back to the studio to cook. I don’t really like to cook (my husband is the chef, and ringer in the class) but he kept my chore easy and kept me involved. Making the pasta was fun!

We had such a lovely time with Vittoria! She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient as she guided us through the steps of making both pizza and gelato. The class was fun, relaxed, and hands-on, and we really enjoyed learning how to make everything from scratch. We also had some great conversations with Vittoria while waiting for our food to be ready, which made the experience feel very personal and enjoyable. The pizza and gelato were absolutely delicious, and we left with both full stomachs and great memories!p We would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun, authentic, and memorable experience.

Monica, our chef and instructor, was terrific! With kindness and humor, she taught a group of 9 of us to make three types of pasta. We got our hands sticky, learned a great deal about the science of making pasta, and had some laughs. The fruits of our labor yielded a delicious shared meal complete with wine and great conversation. To keep us eating the best pasta, they shared an extensive recipe book. To say the least, this experience was a spectacular way to conclude our visit to Rome.
Tommy and Nadim were amazing teachers. We had such a great time making 4 different pastas and dessert. Our 3 teens had fun and got a lot of the experience. Our final products were so delicious. I would highly recommend coming.

We had an amazing family experience! While not everyone in our family cooks, it was a great way to bond and learn new skills. The facility is beautiful, located on the river, and thoughtfully decorated. Our instructor was easy to connect with and made sure we understood how to make and cook dishes as planned. The icing on the cake was sitting down and enjoying our work and can’t wait to make these recipes at home. Our family agreed this was one of the highlights of our visit to Rome.

Our family did a cooking class here in March 2026, and it was hands-down the best decision we made. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic, thanks largely to Chef Roy. It is rare to find an activity that keeps everyone engaged, but Roy managed to make the class collaborative, fun, and high-energy throughout. The biggest testament to the experience? Our teenagers—who can be tough critics—declared this the absolute best part of our entire trip. The food we prepared was delicious, but the lasting memories Roy helped us create were the real takeaway. We cannot recommend this company enough, and if you have the choice, specifically request Roy. You won't regret it!
Fransisco was an amazing teacher who was great with teenagers and adults. We loved learning to make pasta and had so much fun with Fransisco.

It was fantastic! Our chef and host was Francesco and was amazing! So much fun making the food and then we got to eat an amazing meal. Might be the best night of what was already an awesome trip. Save this experience for the end of your trip because if you do this at the beginning everything else will be a disappointment by comparison.

We had such a great family experience at this cooking class in Rome. The kitchen and space are beautiful, and everything was extremely clean and professional — every detail was clearly thought out. Monica is fantastic at getting everyone involved, which made it fun and engaging for all of us. And the best part: sitting down together at the end to enjoy a truly delicious meal we made ourselves. A wonderful way to spend time as a family. Highly recommend

Had a Fabiolous time at the Pasta making class. We booked for a private class and had the best time, my son and husband don’t cook, they mainly just eat the food but had the best time. Roberto was amazing and patient, even for the inexperienced. If you’re coming to Rome then do yourself a favour and book a class! They also do pizza and gelato. Now we have to come back to do the other classes.

Excellent pasta making course that we made 100% gluten free as some of our family members have celiac. It was delicious and we all enjoyed the class. We can’t wait to go home and make the recipes again

What about, fantastic experience. The chef, Francesco, immediately puts you at ease and transmits everything he knows about Roman cuisine, in an exclusive and impeccable location. We will definitely come back to learn new recipes. We highly recommend for those who want to spend 3 hours differently, tasting freshly prepared dishes and good wine.
