Authentic Cooking Class Pasta And Tiramisu' At Spanish Steps

This was so much fun. Massimo was very funny and a great instructor. The class is very interactive and tasty! You get a full plate of pasta with a sauce of your choice, one drink, tiramisu, and a shot of limoncello. Highly recommend.

This cooking class should be attended by anyone who loves people and food. We had so much fun. Our teacher and the helpers were great. The pasta and tiramisu that we have made during our class were delicious. Great atmosphere during the class , easy to follow instructions. My family enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend !!!

The pasta part was fun and good. Should provide recipes if it’s a class. Dessert part was as a whole group so unable to experience as a couple or within your own group. You don’t try just your pasta at end they mix everyone’s. They did not offer us drinks or anything during class. They used some pushy sale tactics and tried to push for tips. There was mold on walls and ceiling of basement where class was. I would look for another class.

We had a great time cooking pasta and Tiramisu at chef-for-a-day. The location was very good, right next to Spagana. We started by making the Tiramisu first, a very easy process in which they asked my 11 YO daughter to break some eggs. Other volunteers completed the desert making, and we all crafted our individual cups. The pasta making starts from a pile of flour and an egg. We make the dough for the next 15 minutes with instructions from the chef. Once done, we all sat down for dinner with wine, pasta, and desert, eating what we prepared earlier

We booked the pasta and tiramisu course … chef was brilliant and joined in the fun and entertainment provided by our gang of ladies Ricardo was our chef …. We actually made pretty good pasta lol and a certificate to prove it …. Well worth it

This was a great experience with my three teenagers. Our chef Ricardo was fun personal-able. Enjoyed making pasta and tiramasu with him. Highly recommend.

Our instructor was great … BUT after we cooked we went to sit in the restaurant no appetizer, no bread , nothing but the pasta you made which they mixed all together with everyone that cooked in the class. I have done a few different classes and usually while you wait for your own food you will get an appetizer . I also thought it was interested you only got one glass of wine for almost $90 a person One glass of wine Mixed up pasta And a small cup of tiramisu So our group of 10 for $900 Left and went to dinner as soon as we left.. It was a little disappointing for the money

Fantastic food tour in a local market near the Vatican. Food was sublime! We had some delicious cheeses, pizza and more! Paolo and Claudio was so informative and entertaining! We had a great time!

I had an amazing experience with Claudio and Paolo. As a solo traveler, they made me feel welcomed and I loved meeting people in the group and sharing delicious foods from the market. We tried pizza, cheeses, and meats, etc... Claudio and Paolo also provided many recommendations at the end of the tour. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing day! Started with a little walk around some local markets and selecting fresh produce then went to Re Bio to cook and eat. The food was yummy! Great way to ‘live like a local’ for a few hours.

This tour is a must! I have been in Rome for a couple of months and never discovered this market in Prati before this tour but now that I have I will definitely return! The tour is also not crowded by tourists, making it both pleasant and feel like a more authentic Italian experience. The food was delicious and the food vendors were incorporated in the tour which is rare for Roman food tours! Moreover the guide was extremely eager to please and flexible to our specific taste preferences

Me and my sister went on this tour and we got to go to a huge market in Prati where we tried local foods and had a unique experience. Claudio was very informative and the group was small so you can request alternatives based on dietary restrictions. Overall was great especially if you want a relaxed yet fun food tour.

This tour was very fun and delicious! I've been studying abroad in Rome for almost four months now, and before this tour, I didn't have a chance to visit this market in Prati. I'm so glad I got the chance to do so with Claudio and Paolo. It was an small group so we got to ask a bunch of questions about the tour guide's fruitful background and we also got to speak to the food vendors about the food itself. We went to many stops and the food kept on coming. The cacio e pepe pizza was my favorite, but each stop was quite good. I also really enjoyed the cheese varieties. The guides were very accommodating towards my dietary restrictions as well.

The class was perfect, best of all was the chef April, she and her assistant make a difference, we were a small group of 6 people 4 in English and 2 in Spanish, she did the class speaking the 2 languages which made everything easy, thank you very much for your attentions!!
