Orvieto is a nice town with a great basilica. The history of St. Francis comes alive in Assisi. Our tour guide Teresa and local guide Chiara were very knowledgeable

Elizabeth and her driver were fantastic. She knows all the ins and outs and can pivot quickly if needed. My wife fell before the tour began. She was a little uncomfortable and while we attended mass Elizabeth went to get medical supplies. Then my wife was able to tend her injuries but not see everything. Elizabeth arranged the tour to be car bound as much as possible so she could see as much as she could. They were so kind and thoughtful. The tour was great despite my wife missing some things but they helped me get a book so she could see what she missed. When things fo wrong is when u see true kindness and professionalism combine. This is a fantastic team to do business with. Dont miss it. Assisi is great but assisi with Elizabeth? Stupendous

Overall it was a wonderful day. Assisi is beautiful and the guide was communicative and informative. It was a lot to get in one day, so it felt a bit rushed as we had to keep on a schedule. Would recommend to others!

Great tour. We saw a lot of different places and the tour guide, Monica, was very informative as well as being friendly. The driver was courteous and the drive was enjoyable. We had enough time to look at the sites, shop and have lunch. The tour guide we had in Assisi showed us all the sites we wanted to see, in spite of it being a very busy place.

This was a great tour. Nicholas our guide was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable! Expect long van ride to get there and back. Lunch was in a quaint place and you have to pay. It was very hot the whole day and a lot of treking uphill so have good walking shoes. You will see many cathedrals so for women have a light scarf if your shoulders are bare. Assisi was incredible! We switched guides and Daniella was fabulous. A good tour but a bit pricey.

Ellen, my tour guide, was very helpful and informative. She helped me with taking pictures. She checked on me during the tour to make sure I was comfortable. I had an amazing time.

Ellen, my guide was very helpful and caring. I was picked up a little early which was perfect because of the heat. The whole experience was magical and she made sure I had everything I needed. I left something in the car. She found it and returned it promptly. The tour guide at Assisi was very kind, helpful and also informative.

Elisabetta was a wonderful guide and when she handed us off to Victoria at the entrance to Assisi, the trip went up a notch. I have personally been there two times before and did not have as thorough an explanation for all of the artistry as I did this time. We were comfortable in the car ride and there was only four of us for the day trip so it was very personalized. I would not hesitate to recommend it 100%.

The beautiful hilltop town of Orvieto and the magnificent Duomo are incredible! Topped by the medieval city of Assissi and the treasures there…a fantastic trip! Theresa and Fabio were wonderful!!

Fantastic Day in Assisi! Juliana and her driver were the best! Picked up my wife and me at 7 a.m. at our hotel and headed out for a great day in Assisi. Juliana was a wonderful guide - very thoughtful and allowed us to move at our own pace. In Assisi, we had a guide who walked us through the town and churches - explaining everything in detail. After a nice lunch, we stopped by Orvieto for a brief tour. Beautiful church. Highly recommend this tour and Juliana!

A most enjoyable tour with an excellent guide, Antoinette, and rich content. Information provided was clear and interesting, and delivered well. The pace of the day was carefully managed. We never felt rushed but the program timing was maintained and we returned to Rome as scheduled.

A fabulous tour to Orvieto and Assisi with our tour guide Teresa and driver Luigi. Excellent driving to and from Assisi, Luigi was professional, polite and friendly. Teresa was fantastic with her knowledge of the religious and historical sites. She was everything you want in a guide; kind, efficient, fun and welcoming to questions and comments and any concerns. Marco was our guide in Assisi; he was a font of information and also polite, kind and so knowledgeable! He too welcomed questions and comments. Thank you to all of them for making our day memorable. This private tour to Assisi and Orvieto was one of the most beautiful tours of our entire trip. Assisi is truly extraordinary—rich in history, spirituality, and charm. We were able to visit everything, and each stop felt meaningful and well paced. Orvieto was equally amazing, with breathtaking architecture and an outstanding panoramic view of the landscape that is simply unforgettable. The food experience in Assisi was also a highlight—trying the wild boar was exquisite and highly recommended. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring, which made the entire day even more enjoyable and relaxed. A nice bonus is that you don’t need to worry about breakfast. After picking us up from the hotel, they made a quick stop so we could enjoy a pleasant breakfast before continuing the journey. Overall, this tour is absolutely worth it and highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience some of the most beautiful and authentic places in Italy.

We did a private tour from Rome to Assisi. We had a private van pick us up with a driver and guide. Adam and Elizabeth were so much fun and easy to travel with giving us a great description of our day. They accommodated us to the way we wanted our tour. By letting us spend our day only in Assisi. We had an awesome guide Marco, so enthusiastic and knowledgeable when he guided us to St. Francis, St. Clare and St. Carlos. It’s was our favorite day of our trip. Assisi is a beautiful spiritual place, we felt such a holy presence being there. This was worth every cent we paid! Thank you guys for everything.

My husband and I took our honeymoon to Italy, everyone told us how much we would love Assisi so we decided to splurge on a more intimate day trip there instead of the normal big bus tour guide trips. The description of the trip states that at most, you will be in a van with a few other travelers but we were surprised to be picked up by a sedan (I guess no one else booked that trip the same day we did) with just a driver and a tour guide with us. Our main tour guide Marie and our driver Natalia were so amazing, we got to ride around with them all day visiting Assissi and Orvieto and we are so glad that we splurged on this trip. The two ladies were fantastic and made our day so special, it was like riding around with 2 friends all day. The women were professional, friendly, and attentive and were great conversationalist as well as gave us a great tour/history of the areas we visited and tips for the remainder of our trip iN Italy. Our private tour guide in Asssissi, Monica was also amazing. We we got to visit very cool and off the beaten path places and the ladies took us to local places to eat and get coffee since they lived in the area and were very familiar with the other places we visited. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants a great, more personalized, and intimate trip to a very beautiful and special place. If/when my husband and I return to Italy, we will for sure be booking more trips with this company as they provided 10 star A+ service and an unforgettable experience. Very intresting places to visit, Landscape and hospitality Medieval cities with a lot of history and espiritualty

It was an excellent experience! We were treated like royalty by Giuseppe, our tour guide, and Luigi, our driver. They were both very flexible and work out the itinerary with us. We were able to visit what we wanted to see in Assisi and Irvieto. They were punctual in picking us up at our hotel.The restaurant that was recommended for lunch was very good, food was delicious. Overall experience was excellent , will use this company again and be glad to have Giuseppe and Luigi as our guide in the future travel. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I found this tour with Marie and Paula to be outstanding. They were engaging, knowledgeable and willing to tailor the experience to our wishes. I would highly recommend it!

They had canceled one boat ride and then canceled the second one. They said it got canceled because of the water, however , there were at least 15 to 20 ferries on the water. I feel it was because we only had 7 touredt.

Marie was very nice and knowledgeable. Our driver Joseph picked us up on time and brought us back home safely. Since Marie lives in Assisi she knows this area in and out. You would be lucky if you get her as your tour guide.

It was a long day but a great day. The tour vehicle was a new Toyota electric van. Very comfortable. Atom our driver was excellent. We stopped for 20 minutes each way to charge the van and get snacks and use the toilet. Our guide Marie was exceptional. Orvieto and Assisi are great sites. It was nice to see the countryside.

A fun, full day and worth the cost. There is a lot of walking including inclines and stairs. Two members of the group were unable physically to complete the tour.

Both our tour guides Maria and Merika as well as Natalia our van driver were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up customizing our tour and visited only Assisi, including basilica of Santa Chiara, Carlo Acutis body, papal basilica of Saint Francis and basilica de Santa Maria degli Angeli. The drive and the visits were incomparable, Maria helped us appreciate the beauty along the way, she gave us lots of local background stories and information to help us appreciate the region and the wonderful basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. That was followed by Merika, who took us for a private walking tour in Assisi. They were very engaging, patient with our needs and questions, explaining clearly and timing our trip perfectly. It’s well worth the money.

I had a great day Marie and Adam collected me at my Hotel at 6.45 AM. Marie was a wonderful guide. She looked after me really well. Adam was a great driver. I felt safe with him. The whole day was a. spiritual experience. The Church in Orvieto was beautiful. We then Journeyed to Assisi. What an amazing place. I saw the beautiful Church outside the city walls. Inside is the little Church that ST Francis built. I spent the afternoon with a wonderful Guide, Marco who took me on an amazing journey behind the City Walls. Be prepared to do a lot of walking and climbing stairs. But it’s well worth it. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.
