What an amazing experience! My daughter and I took this gluten-free pasta-making class while visiting Italy, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip! Our chef was incredibly organized, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Everything was explained so clearly, making the entire experience fun, relaxed, and enjoyable. And the pasta was absolutely delicious! Such a special memory to share with my daughter. We highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Italy, especially those looking for a wonderful gluten-free culinary experience!

What an amazing experience! Christian was a phenomenal teacher, sharing his expertise in such a fun way. We learned so much and the pasta was amazing! Could not recommend Christian and Roma Experience Gormet more.
10/10 experience! Nothing but good things to say about the class. So special to be able to participate in learning pasta making while being a celiac. Not only was the class super fun, it was also very informative with lots of learnings to take back home! Would recommend this experience to anyone and of all ages. The class is a bit outside the major tourist areas, but it is well worth the drive out. Christian is a great teacher and is definitely what makes the experience so great. Put this class on your list, it is a can't miss!
We had an amazing time with Chef Christian at Roma Gourmet Experience! He truly knows his craft and made the entire cooking class so much fun. What made this experience especially special for us was that Chef Christian offered a 100% gluten-free class, allowing our daughter, who has celiac disease, to fully participate and enjoy authentic Italian cooking safely. He offers both traditional and gluten-free cooking classes, which is wonderful! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and we enjoyed every minute. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Rome! Highly recommend!
Absolutely stellar course with a chef who has spent years perfecting dough for very different types of gluten-free pasta. This is a hands-on course where you see it done, and then do it yourself under the watchful eye of chef Christian. A real pro who speaks fluent English and will help you to really learn and get it right. I'm so glad I took this course, because I'll be making these pastas for the rest of my life, and teaching my kids too. I think we are making gnocchi tonight.
We had a fantastic time with chef Christian! We made gluten free pasta, gnocchi, zucchini flowers and tiramisu and all of it was excellent. Instructions were easy to understand. Christian was very flexible and attentive and made sure the group had a good time. A grand final with dinner in the garden under the trees and lights.
We were in Rome and had our tour cancel bc of rain. We have food allergies and would have loved to do a cooking class but always assumed we couldn’t. Christian was able to handle our allergies seamlessly! We not only felt safe with all of the food- he’s an incredible storyteller and the wine was amazing. We give this experience a 15/10!
Absolutely worth every penny! Christian was kind, informative, and so much fun. We learned so much and the gluten free pasta was delicious. If you are in Rome, DO THIS!
We came back for this pizza class because we enjoyed our first experience at the pasta class so much. We learned some invaluable tips about how to successfully make gluten free pizza dough, which I have found to be very challenging to do. In addition to the pizzas, we made a number of Roman appetizers that we plan to make again back home. Overall we had an exceptional experience and learned so much. Thank you, Christian, for the fun afternoon and delicious food!
I had a fantastic time and learned so much. You never see fresh gluten free pasta out there, but this course proved it CAN be done, and extremely well. The hardest part of the course was answering chef Cristian's question about which pasta I enjoyed the most. You would not know you are eating GF. The chef made sure I was using the right technique for each pasta type and the pace of instruction was just right. You get to see him do it, and then follow along under his watchful eye. With a glass of superb Laziani wine standing off to the side to reinforce your courage and enjoyment. ;-) Not only was this educational, it was FUN! What I mean is that it's not just for cooks - I would recommend this course without reservation to anyone who wants to learn GF pasta, or even people that just want an entertaining family experience in Rome. Along with an excellent, three course gluten-free pasta dinner. The photo is GF gnocchi I made, with a ragu of wild boar. Truly the best gnocchi I have ever eaten.
