The guide and the tour was great but the guide was late to pick up as there was a lot of traffic. That said he stayed late with us to make up the time
Ernesto was fabulous!! We saw so much of Rome and got to stop for pictures! 10/10
Horrible experience!! They sent me a link for pickup and it was not correct and they refused to refund. I followed the link as directed. They were not helpful at all. Do not book with them!
We had a wonderful time with a great guide who new his stuff and was very accommodating
We absolutely loved this tour! After walking what felt like ALL over Italy, getting around Rome by golf cart was exactly what we needed. We got to see so much without wearing ourselves out, and it still felt like we were really experiencing the city. Our guide, Matteo, was great — friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything fun and easy. He kept the tour interesting, answered our questions, and made sure we had a great experience. The pickup was smooth, the cart was comfortable, and we never felt rushed. It was definitely worth the money and honestly one of my favorite things we did in Rome. If you want to see a lot of Rome, learn some history, take pictures, and save your feet at the same time.
Matteo was great very knowledgeable and engaging. Didn’t feel rushed but stayed on time and on point. The golf cart was a great way to go around the major attractions
Absolutely amazing! Learned so much about Rome and probably the only sesh to consume Rome in a shorter space of time as 3 hours, highly recommend Ernesto, a fantastic guide

Paola was fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great experience with Ernesto and Massimo! I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the main attractions of Rome without the hassle of the Hop on hop off bus. We went with our three kids and my father, who all thoroughly enjoyed it!
Andy was friendly and had some interesting information about some of the stops. It was great to whizz around the city and stop off to have a quick walk around each area. The meeting point was quite a walk to get to it but that's based on coming from the train station straight to it. I think I might have been assigned to the incorrect route tour as the stops weren't all what I was expecting from the written itinerary on Viator I'd specifically booked. I know some were mentioned as 'optional' some of these weren't included but others I wasn't expecting were included. It was still a well rounded tour, just not all the stops I was expecting and missed off ones I had hoped for from doing research on all the tours available and booking based on certain stops I thought would be included so a bit disappointed on that front but it was still a good tour and a relief not to walk the whole city.
Andy was amazing! Very personable, on time, and knowledgeable. We got to see a lot of Rome that we otherwise couldn’t do if we chose individual tours. Highly recommend!
