My family and I have used Rome In Limo many times over the years when we have flown into Rome for a cruise. We usually book a tour which involves being picked up from the airport and then doing an all day tour with a drop off at our accommodations. We have always had a great experience and our tour guides have been great. This time we booked a tour for Ancient Rome and the catacombs. Our guide/driver even took us to a few places we had never seen in Ancient Rome. He had great recommendations for lunch and gelato near the Piazza Navona. I know that we will continue to use this service during future trips. It is so nice to be picked up at the airport and have a private driver for the day who knows the city. The information given about the history of Rome is fabulous and I learn something new each time. It is also a great relief to not worry about our luggage and then to be dropped off at the of our day. I highly recommend.

Marvel at the size of the largest political and commercial hub of the Ancient Roman Empire, as you drive by the ruins of grandiose temples, basilicas, and public spaces leading to the Colosseum.
Be amazed by the colossal white marble monument where the eternal flame always shines to pay respect to the unknown soldiers who fell during the war. Two soldiers guard it day and night to ensure it never goes out.
See the most important road of Ancient Rome, which was essential in transporting troops and goods in and out of Rome. Today, part of a splendid national archeological park.
the most ancient building in Rome to marvel at the "Oculus" in the center of the dome and the opulence of the marbles and the exquisite details of the statues all around you.
Rome is for real an open-air museum, as testified by this awesome square where you can admire the best example of Baroque art in its exquisite fountains. Why not enjoy a nice gelato as you stroll around the piazza?
Climb the 138 steps that lead to the church of Trinità dei Monti for a spectacular view of the square below, or just walk around the square to enjoy one of the most acclaimed spots in the Eternal City.
Time to throw your coin in the Trevi Fountain for good luck and a safe return to Rome, but you need to do it right! Turn your back to the fountain, hold the coin in your right hand and toss it over your left shoulder!
Ancient Roman law prohibited the burial of the deceased inside the city walls, so they were built along the Appian Way, which was outside the walls. They are a network of passageways that can stretch for over 15 miles underground, so visiting them is only permitted with the aid of a catacomb guide provided by the site.
Also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, it was built in the 1st century AD and is renowned for its grand scale and architectural innovation. The Colosseum was primarily used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles, symbolizing the might and entertainment prowess of ancient Rome.

We had a wonderful day exploring Ancient Rome with Piotr (Peter). Not only did he show us ancient Rome but also inside Rome. He was so knowledgeable and shared it with us. I mentioned i wanted to go to St Ignatius church, as I grew up and got married in St Ignatius in Ohio. At the end of our tour he surprised us with a visit there. How thoughtful. We had a wonderful day. Don't hesitate to use RomeInLimo for a tour or transport from the airport or cruise port. We used them for all 3, and excellent service.
We recently used RomeInLimo for 2 of our port stops, Rome was first, and could not be more grateful that we put ourselves in their capable, caring hands. I can only imagine the volume of clientele they must get and yet I believe they have all the best drivers and/or guides available. Our first experience was in Rome, we had last visited on a cruise in 2002 and also spent a weeks visit a few years before that- could not believe how much Rome had evolved!! The crowds were never like this some 25 years ago and I am glad we had an expert to help give us an incredible day. With our limited shore time and it being our 16 yr olds first visit- we chose the major Rome sites but went with the Aqueduct/Catacombs add on rather than the Vatican. Our driver was Piero and he was an absolute treasure. We travel a lot and knew to be amongst the first off the ship at this port. There were a ton of drivers holding signs and we had no trouble finding our name and off we went- probably ahead of 98% of everyone headed for Rome that morning. Piero has lived in Rome all his life, he knows every street option and tactic, we were there in just under an hour. We let him set up the order of the sites we were seeing as he knew where the logjams of packed crowds would ebb and flow. He drove the 3 of us right up to great vantage points just feet from his gorgeous car, while throughout the day we saw so many others trudging in massive groups and gathering around guides holding flags, we easily saw 3 or 4 times as much. There were things you could opt to do- like walk through the forum, but it's not like in the old days, you have to stand in massive lines, he knew of a vantage point that few knew existed and was able to point out everything from our nice shaded patio. It was mindblowing. When it came time for a lunch break he carefully felt us out about how we wanted to spend it- we did not want to take a lot of time from our day over eating- I can eat on the ship- we wanted something that could be ready quickly, eaten quickly and in a shaded outdoor cafe setting so we could people watch and wouldn't be too noisy. We also told him favorite places we had eaten in Rome in the past but that are not there anymore- post covid. What a wizard, he took us to the perfect spot, we didn't have to wait for a table, he made sure we were seated and waited on before heading for his own quick break (and to move his car). We met back up 30 min later happier than words can express and were on our way to Trevi Fountain, then the Aqueducts and Catacombs. The mob around the Trevi ftn were insane, don't miss it- he even took us past the Vatican so my teen could see the exterior where the Pope has made his appearances- it looks immense in person compared to on TV. Every bit of our day was so perfect that they haven't yet come up with the words to do it justice. If you are going all that way to see Rome- this is absolutely the way to do it, let them make your day magical too, I'm sure glad we did.
Lorenzo was top notch. He picked us up curbside at our hotel, we hit the major highlights before the crowds, and didn’t have to think about directions or driving. And our out of Rome day was fabulous. Adorable villages, great views, and fascinating catacomb. Gulia, our Vatican guide was incredible. A wealth of knowledge and took us through the museum narrating the highlights. She was invaluable!! Highly recommend.
Fantastic Day with Rome in Limo and our Private Driver! Punctual and great personality. We experienced so much of Rome in one-day that would have taken several to do on our own. Very good value for the money! Highly recommend.
Francesco was simply amazing! His knowledge and wisdom of all things Ancient Rome was astounding. He shared story after story, while masterfully intertwining facts, dates, significant events as well as prominent figures. We were soon filled with the history and culture of Ancient Rome. His sense of humor, patience and flexibility gave my family a memorable experience that will last a lifetime. Thank you, Francesco!
Since it is the jubilee we wanted to see the open basilicas with the holy doors, the CHRISTIAN TOUR by Rome in Limo. Since we did a private Vatican tour earlier, our driver added Santa Croce, the holy steps, and the catacombs instead, dropping us at the Borghese (also a must see, get tickets or impossible) for a 5:00 tour. Our driver Stefano was excellent! Very knowledgeable of history, knew all the best places to park, a perfect place for a quick lunch. He respected that we wanted to spend a lot of time in the basilicas and managed our day perfectly. There would be no other way to see it all in a day. Worth every penny.
Just the best. This was our second time with them. Everything always goes smooth. Drivers are very safe. Cars are clean. You pull right up in front, no walking for blocks in a parking lot. Best way to go after a cruise .
This experience was, by far, the best use of our time in Rome. Our driver was knowledgeable, well-spoken, fun and safe. We have told everyone we know about Rome in Limo and highly recommend their services.
This was our second time using Rome in Limo and yet again they were absolutely amazing. We bought my family to Rome for the first time and also had a few days in Assisi so booked Rome in Limo to do our transfers from Rome to Assisi and back. We than also had a wonderful Night tour and a tour of Rome with a trip to the catacombs. Our driver Peter was wonderful and my family learnt so much from his knowledge about Rome. We will definitely be returning to Rome again in the future and would not hesitate to use Rome in Limo again, a wonderful company.
We spent a wonderful day with Stefano, starting at the Catacombs and covering so many of Rome's "must see" sites, including the Appian Way, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, Piazza Navona ... and a neighborhood pizza place that was delicious and cheap -- one of Stefano's favorite lunch spots with lots of locals. Stefano was so accommodating, told us a lot about Rome's history and culture, and made the day relaxing and fun. What a great way to see the city!
My husband and I took our son & future daughter-in-law on a Mediterranean cruise and we pre-extended in Rome. We had a day and a half to accomplish so much before boarding. I have to first of all thank Jany at Rome In Limo for being so patient with me in scheduling everything we needed to accomplish for our trip. Peiro was our driver for two solid days and was a wonderful guide and such a gentleman. He was also instrumental in organizing our son's engagement at Trevi Fountain on a day that looked like rain. On our final day in Rome after touring the Vatican, he found us a wonderful lunch location and then delivered us to our cruise boat. It was perfection. Laura and Maria Laura were our tour guides for the Colosseum/Ancient Rome and Vatican Tours. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and fun to be around. When we left for our cruise and did other tours in other cities, none could hold a candle to the treatment we received from Rome In Limo. We missed them and wished we could have brought them along! Thank you so much for making our trip fabulous and memorable. We couldn't recommend you enough.
By far the best company to use for touring Italy. Drivers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to try to take you wherever you want to go. Stefano in Rome, & Johnny in the Amalfi Coast were both terrific!
We have used Rome in Limo in 2011 so when we were in Rome this year , September 2022, we booked them again. We had Francesco and Giovanni as our guides. I had made a list of areas of interest and they did it all! When our group wanted gelato, they found the perfect spot. It was delicious. So very pleased with them and would recommend them. 5 stars is truly not enough for their service. Thank you again for a wonderful day we will not forget. 💕
Our driver Stefan’s was fantastic! He was waiting for us at the airport and we spent 4 wonderful hours touring Rome and the catacombs. He was very engaging and shared so much information about Rome. He drove us to all of the highlights and we spent time at the bottom and top of the Spanish Steps as well as Tivoli fountain with plenty of time for pictures. He also gave us tips for the rest of our day/night in Rome. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone with limited time in Rome!
We customized the Ancient Rome and Catacombs tour to pickup at Civitavecchia cruise port and drop off at our Rome hotel. From the moment we reached out with questions about the tour until we were dropped off at our hotel at the end, this was a 5 star experience. Our driver, Stefano was early for our designated pick-up and waiting for us when we disembarked the ship. We had some amazing private tours in all of our destinations, but this one was the highlight of our trip. We'd already visited the major sites, so we were hoping for some less well-known stops. Stefano was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He happily customized our stops, helped us find the best lunch spot that would accommodate food allergies, and made recommendations about things we might enjoy seeing. We learned so much, saw so many cool things we would not have found on our own, and had an absolutely amazing time. If you are on the fence about booking with them, just do it, you won't regret it for a second.
What a great experience. We used the Rome in Limo services for transportation from the airport to our hotels and day tours around the city. We felt safe the entire time. The drivers went out of their way to help us and show us around the great city. They even arranged a fantastic lunch. We were very pleased with their service and recommend them highly
Our tour guide Peter was really friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time, courteous and looked for ways to incorporate our requests into the tour. He even took us to his favorite Gelato place along the way and it did not disappoint!! Would highly recommend this company as I have used them for multiple trips in and around Rome and they're very professional.
This was one of the highlights of mine and my husband’s trip to Italy. Our driver Francesco was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was sometimes more knowledgable than some of the guided tours we went on that day! The van was a nice reprieve from the heat that day and he gave us all of the tips we needed to make sure we had a lovely day. Our favorite part of the day was when he took us to this quaint restaurant for lunch that served the best pizza we had on our entire trip in Italy! The whole day was such an amazing experience. We would recommend it to everyone!
Certainly visiting the highlights of Rome was amazing. Having a private driver at our disposal for 9 hours was great. Francesco had many sugestions and didn't hesitate to drive us around the crowded and congested city. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and got to see as much as possible for the day. Our private guide Maria Laura was very sweet , friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us a ran down of what we were touring prior to entering St. Peter's Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. Well worth the expense. Definitely my go to company when touring Italy 🇮🇹
Highly recommend this tour. Our guide Francesca was so informative & was able to cater the tour to our ability level since it was a private tour & we were able to see a few more things within our time.
We arrived in Rome early on a Wednesday and needed to board a cruise about 12 hours later. We selected Rome in Limo based on many recommendations from friends and colleagues. Piero did not disappoint!
I began using Rome in Limo in 2003, and it had been a love affair ever since! This company is hands down the very best in Italy, and probably anywhere in Europe. The level of service they provide is superb. From all of the pre-planning done with Jany in their office to the final driver drop off at the end of a holiday, no detail is missed and no question is left unanswered. And always with lots of patience and grace! This particular trip, my group of 6 adults traveled to Rome pre-cruise, then sailed Celebrity Edge from Civitavecchia. When we arrived at FCO, we used a fast-track concierge service to breeze us through immigration (highly recommend.) Our first driver was waiting at the pick up spot with a name sign (BTW, in the 20+ times I’ve had a RIL driver waiting on me, not once have they been late, or not positioned right in front with a sign waiting on me.) He assisted us with a porter to get the bags to the vehicle, got everything loaded in the van and had cold bottled water for us. All of RIL vehicles are new, clean Mercedes vans and sedans, air conditioned and extremely comfortable. He took us straight to our hotel, and we paid him his fee and gratuity. (All fees were pre-arranged with Jany for all of the booked services, I knew exactly the euros required for each and every transfer and tour and had pre ordered all of my euros in the US.) That evening we had an evening tour of Rome at night and our guide Luca was wonderful. He was funny, charming, knowledgeable and also knew we were a bit jet-lagged, so he navigated us through the city to some main sites: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Forum, and the Vatican (amazing at night!) then some gelato and a skyline view of the city before retiring for the night back at the hotel. The next day, Luca picked us up and gave us a grand tour of his city: Coliseum, Pallentine, Forum, Pantheon, Circus Maximus, a real Sunday Supper in his own neighborhood and a trip to the Catacombs. His insight and historical knowledge was the highlight of this day. (There is no doubt after my years with RIL that owner Dumon seriously vets his guides...they are the best, English speaking, always charming and hospitable.) The next morning our transfer driver Gary picked us up right on time and we enjoyed a great ride to port, discussing all types of topics about life in Italy. Gary is also a huge Prince fan as am I, so we shared concert stories as well! Our cruise was to the Greek Isles and Amalfi, so we were able to use RIL at Catania and Naples. Our guide in Catania was Luca (not the same Luca!) and he, too, was wonderful. He picked us up right at the ship and whisked us through the city to Mt Etna where we experienced the volcano, and the delicious olive oils and honey at Oro d’Etna. The second half of the day we spent in the lovely town of Taormina, eating a delicious traditional Italian meal overlooking the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Luca. The cherry on top of this holiday had to be our time with Alex in Naples (my favorite destination on the planet!) Alex picked us up at port and took us to Positano and Sorrento...driving along Amalfi Coast is something not to be missed. We stopped for fresh squeezed juice and photos, taking in the majesty of our surroundings. Alex talked to us about life in these villages. In Sorrento, we walked and shopped, and then headed to the ferry to Capri. I had pre-purchased tickets, but while we shopped, Alex went and checked on our tickets and had them converted to vouchers for both the transfer and return to Naples. I would never had known to do that and he saved us time and a huge headache! I can’t say enough about how much we laughed with him and enjoyed the day. It was spectacular and so was he! We were on our own in Capri, but Alex did make an amazing restaurant recommendation and we had a fabulous meal looking out towards Amalfi and the sea. It was perfect! The final morning of the cruise, our transfer driver was promptly waiting outside the terminal to whisk us back to FCO, leaving the multitude of tour buses behind for the cattle, lol! Rome in Limo is a perfect way to enjoy all of the top destinations in Italy. I can’t speak highly enough about the service they provide, you beat the crowds, you don’t wait in lines, you get specialized itineraries and superb service. They are the very, very best at what they do. Grazie, grazie Rome in Limo! Il meglio! Kimberly, Atlanta, GA, USA
Enjoyed our 3rd tour with Rome in Limo, this time with a local pickup at our rental apartment. Stephano was prompt and professional, inquiring about our interests. We were impressed with his genuine passion for ancient Rome. He took us not only to the popular sites but also to lesser known (to us) places that were fascinating and uncrowded. We headed first to the Catacombs and Appian Way which was a great introduction to Roman history for my daughters. We then explored the Circus of Maxentius which was free (with donation). Back to the city, to the secret keyhole, view over the Roman Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and a requested stop to Santa Mario del Popolo. He also gave us the option to 'skip lunch' to see more sites which we appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed discussing the history, ancient politics, religious art and more with Stephano. We are still talking about how all of us out of change after visiting the Trevi Fountain, Stephano improvised on the fly for coins to light up a Carravagio masterpiece. Having such an informative, interesting and friendly person shepherd us in and out through Rome's history was a highlight of our trip. Thank you Stephano!
We originally used Rome in Limo in 2013 for 3 cities and when I knew we were returning to Rome, the first email I sent was to Rome In Limo. This time we were a family of 4- 2 adults and 2 teens. The cars/vans are beautiful and comfortable. Our English speaking driver, Stefano was a gem. He was friendly and knew exactly the stops to make for our second trip to Rome. The information and the ability of our driver to help us get to the front of the lines and assist us in communication makes your visit so much more enhanced. All of my communication with Jany coordinating the trip was quick and full of information. Stefano picked us up and dropped us off right in front of our hotel. There is no other way to see Italy except with this company. I gave Rome In Limo 5 stars in 2013 and they deserve the same in 2019.
We did three tours with Rome in Limo and were treated like royalty! The personal attention fromour guides was top notch. Piero really went above and beyond to make sure my family was able to see all of the highlights of Rome (we enjoyed him so much on our pre-cruise tour that we requested him again on our post-cruise tour). Excellent service, attention to detail, and highly recommend Rome in Limo!
We booked a Private tour with RIL for 6 adults to see the Highlights of Rome and visit the Catacombs in a day. Luca (aka Big Luca) was our driver and he made our day fantastic. He is very knowledgable, accommodating and the consummate professional that we saw everything we wanted to see and just loved the chemistry between us and Luca. He is a great Roman and proud to show off his City and Country. You won't be disappointed with booking with Rome in Limo and Big Luca as your driver!
As someone who is very frightened of all people, I found this man pretty easy to talk to, which was quite a relief. He is mad educated about all of the rad and funky sites he will take you, and knows just how long to talk without being too quiet or too noisy, it is very obvious that he is experienced and legendary at his craft. You can talk to him like he is one of your bros or not at all, whatever floats your boat really. At least I think so. He seems a rather flexible man in that aspect. I for one, enjoyed his company quite a bit, he even opened the door for me sometimes which was hella fly. All and all, I think you should def go with Enrico if you choose this service.
My family booked a one-day Christian Rome tour and it was excellent. Enrico went the extra mile to show us important sights as well as some hidden-gems that we didn't know about. The excursion is customized to suit your needs and interests. If we return to Rome, we will certainly be a return customer. Highly recommend.
Enrico was the perfect host and driver for a 1-day tour during our second visit to Rome. In addition to what we originally had on our list (catacombes and San Clemente), he recommended a number of sites and activities that fit into our taste and schedule (e.g., Capuchin Friar Crypt, keyhole view, St. John Lateran, The Pantheon, great viewing areas). Because of Enrico, we made the most of our one day in Rome to have an unforgettable and fabulous time. He was also very knowledgeable and when it was necessary for us to step out on our own, he provided excellent directions and instruction. We highly recommend spending the day with Enrico!
Our driver, Pietro, was right on time and started us off right away with amazing facts and detail about many sights. Then we met up with Marco, our archeologist guide for the Colosseum and surrounding areas. He was an amazing wealth of knowledge and had fantastic energy for explaining tiny details and making them fascinating. Then back to Pietro for lunch, a tour of the catacombs, and more sightseeing around Rome. My mother is a very fit 77 but would still have had trouble seeing so much in one day without this tour. It has been the best day of our time in Rome and I highly recommend it.
Enriquo did a fabulous job of highlighting interesting points on our way to various tours. He made great suggestions and gave wonderful background and insights. His knowledge of Rome was unbelievable. He was friendly and courteous, customized guidance based on our interests. Highly recommend!!!
We did Rome in 3 days Tour, Private walking tour Vatican Highlights 3 hours, Pompeii and Amalfi Coast and a Private tour of the Colosseum - All of our trips & tours were outstanding. I recommend Rome in Limo to all my friends traveling to Rome and now look for similar travel groups when venturing to other parts of the world! Highly recommended!! We had 3 young children and all our guides were just perfect with them.
I had booked a limo for a family of 8 (6 adults & 2 kids (both under 3 years old)) for Monday and Tuesday in late July (30 & 31), so I presume you could say I am in a position to comment on late July/early August weather & traffic. It is definitely busy and buses are jammed packed. We didn't want to pack a stroller for 2 (quite a large one) along with 2 babies with us on a jammed pack bus. We were offered a van that fitted our needs. Piero was excellent to our needs. He was patient with us and drove safely & efficiently for us. He was an Italian gentleman that took us to many of the smaller & lesser known churches (that I had pre-researched prior to the trip such Santa Pudenziana) and medium but famous churches such as San Pietro in Vincoli & Pantheon. We tried to get into the bigger churches such as St. Peter's Basilica, St. John Laternan's but it was quite busy & we didn't want to wait for potentially 1 hour+ to get in to see such some idols (despite the art is definitely fantastic to look at & take a photo with). I can definitely see & understand why they were important pieces for the Christian religion. All these churches are free so that's why I think the lineups were THAT immensely long so you have to take that into account. Anyways, I would totally recommend Piero again.
Last week, our Rome in Limo driver, Peter, accomplished the impossible. In the space of one day, he took us to every possible attraction in Rome, parking across the street or next to all venues for easy access, and provided a thorough, engaging talk about ancient Roman history. Among the many sights we took in were the Colisseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Basilica Santa Maria degli Angeli, the Keyhole, San Pietro in Vincoli, the Forum, and Circus Maximus. All in one day. Extraordinary tour and driver. Six out of five stars.
With only one day to see all of Rome's sights, it made sense to hire a private driver from Rome in Limo. We were greeted at our hotel by Enrico, not just a driver but a historian to boot! We were driven in comfort to all the sights over eight hours, only breaking for lunch for 30 minutes (our decision) before proceeding onto more sights. With high tourist season comes long queues and having a car cuts down the time needed between sights. Enrico pulled up and waited at each sight so that we could venture, take pictures and return. We saw all of the major sights: Colliseum, Forum, Pantheon, Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, as well as stopping in neighborhoods, taking in sweeping hill top views, Catacomb tour, lunch at the Farmer's market and a visit to the city park with view over all of Rome. It was an amazing day filled with great conversation with Enrico who knows so much not only about the historical sights but modern day politics, Italian lifestyle and perspective. I would highly recommend!
The Best way to see Rome in a Day. A friend of mine was in Rome a few years before and used this service. He said it was the best way to be able to see Rome in a few days. My only Regret is only using them for one day. I will definitely use them for two days on my next visit. From the reservation process, the car, and our driver, everything was perfect! Thank you!!
One would be hard pressed to find a better one day introduction to Rome than what we were given by Enrico. His extensive knowledge of Rome and its history made the day seem as if we were re-living a story, rather than simply taking another tour. Having always had an interest in history myself, I thoroughly enjoyed learning about Rome from someone who has a real passion for how it came to be. It would have taken us days to experience what Enrico showed us in 8 short hours. By the end of the tour a good part of ancient Rome had come alive for us. Thank you Enrico! We will certainly recommend you and Romeinlimo to our friends who may be coming to Rome. We look forward to touring with Enrico on our next visit.
What a fabulous day we had with Stevano! We fit in all of the Ancient Rome and Catacomb sights. He even made a great recommendation for lunch. Well worth the money!
My family of 7 booked a day trip with Rome In Limo to see the sites of ancient Rome. Our driver for the day, Max, arrived promptly at the pickup time and location with an extremely clean, comfortable, and seemingly new black van. We then began our day tour with him taking us to multiple locations throughout Rome. Along the way between each location, Max provided us with history of the places we were seeing and the context of each site. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He also knew English very well which made communicating a breeze. Our tour included the following stops: the Colosseum shortly after it opened, a quick coffee break at a nearby cafe, a visit to the Catacombs of St. Callixtus, a drive along the historic Via Appia, a brief visit to the location of the Circus Maximus, a walk up to the Trevi Fountain, a walk down and back up the Spanish Steps, lunch in Campo de' Fiori, a visit inside of the Pantheon, gelato while at the Piazza Navona, and a drive to the top of the Janiculum Hill overlooking Rome. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of this tour. When booking, we wanted to be able to see as much of Rome as possible and Max made this happen. We were also unsure of how much information the driver was going to be able to provide to us but Max knew all of the history of each site we visited in great detail. He did not disappoint. We all would highly recommend booking this driving tour of the city if you would like to see as much of Rome as possible in a short amount of time!
Francesca was wonderful, she expertly got us thru security and lines. Her knowledge of the Vatican and the Sistine chapel was impressive. She was patient and answered our many questions. I highly recommend romeinlimo.
My husband and I only had one full day in Rome and we really wanted to see as much as possible! I found this company through many reviews and thought I would give it a try. We spent 6 hours with Franco, our driver, who contained a wealth of knowledge on this beautiful city! We saw so many ruins, iconic locations and culture! While driving Franco filled us in on what sites we were seeing and how they helped build Rome into the city it is today! We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who has a short amount of time in this beautiful city!!
We took a fun and informative private tour thru Rome and the major sights with Roberto as our guide. It is the only way to go, especially for first timers. Roberto had extraordinary skills-he was knowledgeable, funny, engaging and, most importantly, had a real passion for his job. Our family had a fabulous time. I would strongly recommend.
